This was such an awesome place. It's huge! It's close to everything and most importantly the company that runs it worked extra hard to help us. We had so many problems arriving and they took care of us.

I loved the house. It has so much personality. It is istoric. It has authentic furniture. It has a 3D app where you can see each room. It has a huge yard. Its location is very good and has a nice open view, considering the big yard

It is a pity the coomunication with propery management was a bit strange. It is a Spanish company to have a whatsup chat number. They do reply very fast, but they need to talk to the Romanin people acctually in charge so their info is a bit out of sync. We had an issue with heating: it did not work. We lost a lot of time searching for the panel to turn it on, based on the Spanish Chat Team indication when there was acctually no panel! It was it the basement a central heating device. It was really unpleasant, both searching for some non existing panel, as well as staying one night without heat and hot water. Communication with the on site team was also strange: they just came and entered the basement to repair. They did not announce me or say "hello, we entered the property you fully rented". They could have been burglers, we just heard noices from basement. The Spanish Chat team offered to relocate us for the night in a better stared hotel, but it was not accetable, as we had already unpacked for a 3 days full property staying. Also they were not offering any gurantee it is going to be for the first night only. In the end they repaired next day, 4 pm, the heating and water and they refunded 50% of the first night cost.

The architecture, the size and quietness

A superb villa that has seen better days. Probably built around the turn of the century (last one, of course) now badly requiring a complete refurbishment. The hallway, living-room, kitchen, bedrooms were large, spacious with a lot of character but the furniture were wobbly, power sockets were fiddly and kitchen utensils were leftovers from some other places. The doors and windows were not properly isolated so during the night it was mighty cold (Dec 2021). The boiler & radiators were all working fine but just couldn't keep up. There was hot water and the showers were working fine. It is centrally located, just behind Sinaia Hotel and it has a very, very large courtyard. Plenty of space to park. I loved that place, I would definitely go back, probably next summer. I'll get an extra jumper - just in case.

Who is Emilia?🙂 The barbeque is old and rusty. It was a little cold inside the house. You should replace the heating radiators.
