An excellent option for families, value for money

The hotel is in an excellent location. We arrived very late in the night but the staff were very supportive and sorted out the room very quickly. The family room was very compact but comfortable for a family of 4. Overall a great stay. The location is a walking distance from almost everything you would need to experience Baku Old city. Recommended for family stay.

No hotel parking, however there is a paid parking structure near by. The room was a little noisy as it's right on the main road. Traffic noise is a problem.

Happy stay.

The hotel is in prime location. Walkable distance to most of the tourist attractions in Baku. I booked a duplex setup, it was small but comfortable room with big balcony. Breakfast was great with special jams and cheese which I tasted first time. Reception staff were good at catering our requests, they were kind enough to check on us as we reached late to the property. Especially Mr. Tahir. Hotel has restaurant, spa,massage and juice bar within. It was comfortable stay at passage hotel. I recommend it for solo and family travellers.

Property doesn't have parking facility. Had to park our car in a public parking with daily fee. Property doesn't accept cards- debit or credit. Guests have to pay by cash.( ***Note- every property and few restuarants in Azerbhaijan wants cash alone. Carry cash with you. Atm withdrawal charges are high too!!! )

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel around Fountain Square during my visit to Baku, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Located right in the heart of Fountain Square, this hotel offers convenience, luxury, and impeccable service that exceeded my expectations. Upon entering the hotel, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff who made me feel immediately welcome. The check-in process was smooth, and I was swiftly escorted to my room. The room itself was tastefully decorated, well-appointed, and impeccably clean. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the comfortable bedding to the modern amenities provided.

The location was perfect. All the tourist spots and restaurants were easily walkable. Though it's in a central area, the hotel was actually in a quiet street. The staff was amazing!! Our flight arrived quite late, but they made everything smooth for us, from airport transfer to checking in. They were also great people to talk to in general and we enjoyed our conversations with them

Well situated hotel. The staff is very nice and friendly. Tahir, Orhan, and all the other guys were very welcoming and helpful.

The beds are a bit hard, but relatively comfy. Wifi doesn't work sometimes in some of the rooms.

Great value for money

The receptionist who greeted us - Tahir - was super nice and helped us book our taxi for the next day as well as recommending some late night restaurants. The location is fantastic and if you're there for one or two nights max, then it's very suitable. Breakfast was good. Good value for money.

Pleasant to stay as location is quite nice.

The location is good, all the popular attractions are near by.

They don't have basic things in the room like an electric kettle, even you have to ask for soaps and other stuff multiple times. Breakfast is super ordinary and very very basic, no cooked item available.

Great location, friendly staff

Hotel is in a great location, 2 minute walk to fountain square. Hotel is clean and staff are very helpful. Eltun and Uusal at reception were especially friendly and helpful.

the location

room service is not done only if u actually call them to do it everyday. coackroach in the bathroom. the room is 30meters square but they fit only small half ton A/C which is not sufficient. the room is very hot at night. the bed sheets were dirty. for 3 nights it was never replaced once.

Loved our stay here and surely will go back to stay here.

The location of the hotel is very good, and staff is also friendly. Breakfast is decent and you can ask them to make eggs the way you like. Timing of breakfast is amazing from 8 am to 12 pm so thats a plus for those who like to sleep in till late. The hotel has an elevator so easy to take the luggage to your room. Room size is very good and spacious. However, room does not have a good view.

Best Value for Money.

Guys we very cooperative and good thing is room service very face . Good Breakfast. So i suggest everyone to book with the breakfast. Its Next to the ministry of internal affairs so Security is not a problem around hotel. Good Laundry service as well.
