Fantastic property and amenities, had everything needed for a safe and fun family vacation!

Such a beautiful cabin! We had 10 adults, some couples, some singles and the size was perfect for us; all king size beds as well as sofa beds if needed - no adults had to get into a bunk which was super nice. Our weather wasn't the best, so we absolutely made use of and enjoyed the game room on the 2nd floor. There were plenty of kitchen appliances and tools to cook with as well as a blackstone on the deck that we got to make use of. Sitting at the fire pit was a nice way to end the evening. The location was great! Not too far from the main roads which was reassuring if the weather got worse, we'd be able to drive to/from the cabin. Overall, we would definitely book this cabin again on a future trip to the PF area.

We had an amazing time at our cabin. It was very nice. Everything was clean. Beds were super comfortable. The jacuzzi was relaxing after we got back from visiting all the attractions every day. The game room was nice. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out. Would go there again.

This was our second time staying in this beautiful cabin and we would love to return soon! Unfortunately, we had to abruptly cut our stay short due to a death in the immediate family but, this is definitely our favorite cabin! Melinda has added many personal touches that I haven’t seen elsewhere. I absolutely loved that she provided special wash cloths to use for make-up! We don’t have a dog but, I loved that there is a special basket with a blanket and paw wiping towel for furry pets! We also love the location - you can easily and quickly get to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg but, using the back roads from this cabin, you can escape much of the traffic! The neighborhood is quiet, lovely views, beautiful cabin! Highly recommended!

Beautiful views, well appointed home! Our family had plenty of room to spread out, the house had videos games, pool table, fire pit, & hot tub. Close to town but very quite neighbors. The office staff was able to satisfy our requests. Very willing to help. A+ experience!

Great access with ramp and two downstairs bedrooms - no steps required. Fun game level.

Great location. Has plenty of room to spread out families. The game room was a huge hit. Bathrooms are set up in each of the suites so nothing in the main house but have hotel style towel sets. Had all we needed for cooking. We only noticed some dusty areas but overall very clean. All wood no carpeting haha so put the noisy family members on the first floor. Would recommend! Thanks

This cabin was lovely. It had just about everything that you could want/need. Other than a swimming pool but there was so much to do that we didn’t really need one. I would definitely stay again. Communication was easy and everything that needed attention was attended to quickly.

Dissapointed in quality for the price. Twice - workers showed up during our stay fir things unrelated to our stay. At one point they entered the inside the house after asking my 4yr old grandson. I was not happy at all.

Thank you for sharing your amazing home with us for a short getaway! So much space for all 6 of us to spread out - and so much to do without even leaving the cabin! Super clean and the beds were so comfortable. Will definitely be staying again!

The cabin worked well for our four-generation family gathering, with ages ranging from 10 months to 86 years. The level entry, accessible ground floor living area, and large shower bedroom was well-suited for our senior family member, while the 2nd floor kitchenette worked well as a baby bottle station. We made the ground floor large shower bathroom more senior-friendly by bringing a shower stool, suction cup grab bars, and free-standing toilet support bars. The shower was equipped with a spray hose attachment. The only challenge with the associated bedroom was that the bed is high and our senior found climbing into it a little challenging. Otherwise the set-up was perfect.
The cabin's multiple indoor and outdoor areas provide gathering spaces as well as places for private down time. The side decks are screened from the neighboring cabin by tall trees, giving the sense that you are out in the woods. With a well-outfitted kitchen and a good assortment of games, those who prefer a quiet getaway can relax while others go visit local attractions. It takes 20-30 minutes to drive to most attractions, but this means you are removed from the busy-ness of the tourist areas. We were very happy with Eagle's Landing Lodge.

Overall we were very pleased with our stay and the space worked great for our group of 17 adults. The cabin is beautiful, great neighborhood, and easy access to nearby attractions. There were a few maintenance issues that should be addressed for future guests, but nothing we couldn't work around. We had a great time!

This cabin was clean and spacious. I enjoyed the large dinner table because it was enough room for everyone without us being on top of each other. The fire pit area was something I enjoyed the most and it was enough seating for everyone. Over all I loved the cabin and would recommended It.

We loved our cabin. Location was good. Beautiful scenery. But, the hidden VRBO cost was ridiculous. Will NEVER book thru VRBO AGAIN. .

Everything was exceptional! We had to clean the outside griddle before use and there were cigarettes butts left behind in the tins outside and we couldn’t locate the PS4 gaming system but overall I would definitely recommend. It’s very spacious and has all the kitchen appliances you could imagine to need during your stay.

This place was absolutely perfect. Plenty of room for large family...adults, teens, children..everyone had plenty of room. Plenty of bathrooms. we loved that there was a large table so all could sit together as a family for meals. We had to call property manager once as the washing machine wasn't functioning properly and they were there very quickly. The person that came was friendly, efficient and got it taken care of quickly. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone

Everything was perfect with the exception of the outdoor griddle. It was not at all clean. However, we did clean it up and still used it. Maybe just remind housekeeping to take a look. Just because the cover is back on it, doesn't mean they hadn't used it.

Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean. The pics of the common space on first floor seemed much smaller than what the pics showed. Cabin overall was generally clean, some attention to detail could help. There was visible dust on bedroom wall of bedroom on second floor, back bedroom. Also the kitchen table is a large wood plank table, between the planks could use some attention. Owner was available and helpful via text message during our stay.
I have visited this area many times in the last 40 years, a lot of times in mid June. There was an unexpected heat wave this June which was not typical based on previous years when we have visited mid June. I realize no one has control over the weather but it is hard for me to believe that the problem we experienced has not happened in the later summer months to other guests. What I am referring to is the cooling of the 3rd floor. At 5 pm in the evening the thermostat registered the temp on the 3rd floor at 79 degrees with AC sitting on 70 degrees. I feel this could be somewhat remedied by putting more insulated window covering on third floor especially the front facing windows including the triangle shaped windows at the front of the cabin on third floor. It is hard for me to believe that others have not experienced this same problem in July & August, when temps are more consistently elevated. The people on the third floor struggled to be comfortable the 1st night.
When I texted and followed up with phone call about our cooling situation a maintenance man did come out and checked on our situation. Air temps from vents were checked and all seemed to be in order- the 3rd floor just seemed to have heated up in the late afternoon and was having difficulty cooling down. Maintenance man found one fan and went and got 3 more to help with cooling of third floor. Subsequent nights were more tolerable thanks to the fans. I highly suggest owner invest in more substantial window coverings for third floor. I would think it would be beneficial for heating and cooling costs.
This cabin worked well for our family group ranging in age from 1 year to great grandmother of 95. I would rent this cabin again but not in the summer months until I was assured third floor would be more comfortable at night for sleeping.
The front door look was a little tricky, had to pull on door knob why typing in code when looking or unlocking front door.
