It was a perfect location, close enough to easily join our family for dinner. Was a fun place to take walks. We definitely enjoyed the spaciousness and comfort of the unit. Grant’s is a nice grocery store and close by. Liked the views and quiet and convenience. We would readily plan another visit.

Our crew was working on weatherizing a couple of properties in the area and needed a place to stay so they could be closer to the jobsites. The crew thought the property was what they needed. Quiet convenient location.

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend with our adult son and his partner. It was spacious, clean and well stocked. The big sofa was comfy and roomy. There is no AC but with window and ceiling fans running it was very comfortable. I don't have AC at home so this was not new anyway for me. It was easy to get everywhere we wanted to go from here. There were instructions on the fridge, but some only seemed to apply during winter. We figured it out pretty quick. Ronnie was quick to answer any questions we had.

Ronnie is a wonderful host. This is our second year staying at his home. It is perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. So much space, it’s cozy and the location is perfect. Less than 5 minutes from Attitash, Story Land, living shores aquarium, great restaurants and minutes from the center of North Conway and ZEDS. We will be back next year!!

Enjoyed our time there. The owner was very quick with communication for the check in and it very easy. The place stayed warm in the coldest of temps. We were there during the polar vortex of -20 Fahrenheit. We were toasty. Close to Black Mountain and North Conway.

I would recommend this condo and host to anyone. The condo is very spacious and well laid out. The host is very good at communicating and fast to respond. He went above and beyond making my booking process easy. This condo had more then enough room for my spouse myself and my partners we could have had three or more people there with us and still been comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

Our condo was well-equipped and close to nearby amenities. We were in NH to attend a wedding nearby, and it was convenient to get to the wedding venue (Cathedral Ledge), the reception at the Bernerhof Inn, and other activities in North Conway. The owner was very responsive and overall we enjoyed our stay (4 seniors and 2 middle-aged adults).

Check in process was well communicated and easy to understand. The space was bigger than expected, which was great. Perfect location for shopping and our trip to Santa’s Village.

Everything was fine except the no AC which I knew about. We had a heat wave so the 1st night was a bit uncomfortable even with all the fans. Not a good arrangement for any cross breeze. The next 2 days were very warm but ok. And finally cooled down by 3 AM or so … then it was comfortable!

The owner was very easy and responsive to communicate with from the beginning. The property is very well kept, roomy, and loaded with everything you need for a terrific stay. The location couldn't be better for hiking, terrific food, and beautiful hiking. We will definitely hope to stay again in the near future!

Ronnie made everything extremely easy from check in to leaving. After the snowstorm the night before, we had great snow for our ski trip. Great location in between multiple mountains and 15 minutes to shops and restaurants. Could not have been a better weekend.

Larger than expected based on pictures, the massive couch in the living room was great for watching movies (I also got a kick out of the retro blue bathroom)! Ronnie was communicative and pleasant --- would love to rent again in the future!

We stayed here for a short ski midweek trip. It was perfect for our family of 6. Kids room in the loft had 3 twin beds- but kids need to be careful on spiral staircase. Generally speaking, the condo is not updated and is outdated. However, it was clean… and the brand new Gas wood stove fireplace was a really nice!!!

It was a very nice, cozy three bedroom condo at Christmas Mountain in Bartlett, NH. We love to ski and always go to the North Conway area with friends to celebrate and ski over New Years. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice getaway in the White Mountains and feel it is one of the nicest places you can stay. Excellent experience.

place is great place to stay while skiing at Attitash. Only problem was trying to get in late at night-- code didn't work for door and had to call and reset the code in subzero temps. Place has tvs with netflix, nice kitchen and three bedrooms. And I really liked the stacked washer and dryer-- good for skiiing!

The condo was just as described, well stocked, and super spacious. We spent most of our weekend in North Conway (spa & shopping) but the location is a perfect jumping off point for so much in the area. Thank you!

Great central location with easy access to the White Mountain National Forest including 20 minutes to key trails, attractions and other points of interest and towns. Ample room for sleeping and guests, lots of parking, good table room for working and eating, great communication. Unit is dated but comfortable, good sleeping materials and reasonably equipped kitchen. Would stay again.

It would have been better if we were able to open the loft window.It really would've been nice to have AC in the loft.Its awesome that the rental is pet friendly but there were stains on the carpet.We sprayed and powdered for fleas in living room. We weren't able to bathe the kids in the blue bathroom cuz the drain wouldn't close.The grout needs touching up in the blue bathroom.The oven had white powder in it and I couldn't get the self cleaning option to work.Loved being able to have access to the pool.The unit was nice and spacious .The location is great.

This was a great location for my “adult” grandsons and me. Comfortable and spacious, allowing both privacy and comradery. It is conveniently located between Crawford and Pinkham Notches, and close to North Conway. Our host made the recreation facility available, which the boys enjoyed and took advantage of. We all agreed, a place to come back to!

We had a great time at this condo. Five adults and one 4 year old. Great location, It was bigger than expected. Down stairs neighbor was great, even let us use his grill. Only negative was the club house. I know the owner pays an extra fee for his renters to use this. hours are 10 to 6 which does not allow for relaxation after a long day at Storyland. Both pools were not the cleanest, hot tub was closed and staff was not welcoming at all. Again, not the owners fault but we definitely got non welcoming vibe. Hopefully this is due to lingering COVID effects. Club house aside, we would rent again.

We wanted to get away for a couple of nights and decide on-the-fly which activities to do with the kids. This location was close to Conway, the Saco River, Storyland, and the White Mountain National Forest in Crawford Notch. Tons of stuff to do. The unit was big, clean, and affordable. Kids liked the pool and the loft. Super easy check-in and check-out. Will come again.

We wanted to hike, and we wanted relatively easy access to North Conway town Center. This was perfect for both. This place was plenty big enough for a group of 5 or 6 to be able to do things together - or separately without getting in each others' way.
