Nestled in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, this charming house for £649 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. MONTHLY SPECIALS!! Inside: Pristine, comfortable and stylish with an ultra-contemporary flair throughout in this 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom home. The home has a beautiful open floor plan with skylights and floor-to-ceiling glass patio doors which provide an abundance of natural light and a perfect view of the pool and beautiful landscaping from anywhere in the common space. The well-equipped chef’s kitchen offers top-of-the-line Whirlpool stainless appliances; ample granite countertop work spaces; and kitchen island that seats four. A modern 6-seat dining table extends the dining space for everyone have a seat at the table. The living room and both Master Suites feature flat screen TV’s, a DirectTVNow cable subscription and high-speed WIFI. Outside: Relax and soak up South Florida’s sun in the beautiful back yard right on the intracoastal! Our home features a outdoor dining set, chaise lounge chairs with cushions under umbrellas and additional seating and table space. Take a dip in the refreshing pool, which offers light for night swimming. *Pool heater currently being installed and can be available upon request ($25 additional fee per night booked to have the pool heater turned on). Grill up your favorite meal on the Weber Series II gas grill with propane included. Location: Just a 5 minute walk to beautiful Lauderdale-by-the-Sea Beach, seaside restaurants and shops, this ideal Lauderdale-by-the-Sea neighborhood is safe, quiet and is considered one of the best small beach communities in South Florida! Extra Amenities: Inquire about renting a street legal golf cart for use around Lauderdale by The Sea. Inquire about renting our private boat with your very own captain for the day! Anybody under the age of 25 years old must be accompanied by an adult. No more than 10 people on the premises at any given time, without written consent from the owner / manager or else the damage deposit will be lost. Easy yet luxurious, this is home is the perfect place to get away. Note: In our neighborhood there is some construction going on ~ FAQ's!!! How far is the beach? 5-10 minute walk. Do you have beach chairs and beach towels? Yes. Beach chairs can be found in the garage or the side of the house. Beach towels will be found linen closet. We have a beach wagon filled with all beach essentials in the garage, already ready for you! Do you need parking permit for the beach? No. The beach is a quick walk from the house. Or we have a street legal golf cart you can rent per day to ride to the beach. There are usually plenty of parking spots available. Is the pool heated? Yes. It is set at 80* and will be heated for an additional cost. Do you have pool towels and lounge chairs? Yes. We have pool towels in the linen closet, and lounge chairs are outside by the pool. Do you have a BBQ? Yes with all the essentials, we have an extra propane tank on the side of the house as well. Do we need to bring extra linens or towels? No, the house has all the essentials and all extras can be found inside the linen closets. Does the kitchen have all the essentials? Yes. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials including paper towels, dish soap and basic condiments and spices. Please replenish after use. Does the bathroom have all the essentials? Yes. The bathroom is stocked with toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Street Legal Golf Cart Rental: Rent directly through us request upon arrival or prior to stay to reserve, for guests only. 4 seat $100/day 6 seat $120/day 2018 68' Galeon Yacht Charter: Need at least 1/2 days notice to reserve. 4 or 6 hr tour on intracoastal, captain and steward included. $800/hr but discounted price of $650/hr for guests. ~ PLEASE READ all the rules before booking. Rules strictly enforced! No smoking on premises!! - you will lose your deposit No parties No loud music Quiet time is from 9pm-9am 10 people max on the premises day or night - extra fees will accrue if broken (additional guest fee after 5 people) Pet Friendly - Additional pet fee and cleaning fee required $400 No parking in the street or on the lawn Must be over the age of 25 Provide identification of all guest All of the plumbing is perfect in all houses, if there is a clog or other plumbing issue, guest is responsible for all costs associated. Please no disconnecting or adjusting the TV’s. If TV is not found to be working after guest checks out, $150 will be deducted from security deposit or additionally requested for IT services to come fix TVs. If any of the rules are not followed you will lose your deposit and may be asked to leave the home before check out. Note: There is 24 hr surveillance around the exterior of the property (this includes a ring doorbell, backyard and front yard camera) THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE

The property was very clean and in great condition. The property manager was available and always responsive before during and after our visit. We were only a short golf cart drive to restaurants and the beach. A perfect stay for our family of 5.

Property and location were idyllic, exactly as pictured. Loved sitting on the intercoastal for morning coffee, nighttime cocktails, sitting in pool/hot tub watching the boats go by, very relaxing and entertaining! House was spacious, clean, and well appointed. Having golf cart was so much fun going to nearby beach and shops in Lauderdale by the Sea. Owner Michael and property manager Michael were always readily available and responded promptly. We rented the boat, had such a great time with boat captain Wyatt and steward Marlon that we rented it again!! Highly recommend! All in all, the people and the property made for a great family vacation for kids, parents, grandparents! Thank you!

This property has a great location where you can walk to the town and beach ! The house was clean and the property manager was very helpful and responsive when we had a few questions. The house if gray fun for families and has all the amenities you can ask for !!

All the reviews for this place are spot on! It is a beautiful home that was so clean and well equipped with everything. The pool area is great and it was so fun to watch all the boats going by on the intercoastal. Close to everything including the beach and some amazing restaurants. Michael was very responsive to all our questions and gave great recommendations. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home right on the intracoastal and well equipped with everything you need. We spent a lot of time in the pool, watching the boats go by and fishing off the dock. Great location, close to the beach and restaurants we love. Had a fabulous time with our family!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was as pictured and described in the listing and the location was fantastic - a few minutes walk to restaurants and shops, 10-15 minute walk from the beach. Close driving distance to grocery stores. Being on the intracoastal waterway was a great experience - both for people and boat watching and for having a water view. We were there during 4th of July and could see fireworks all around including the ones down at the beach (which we watched from just outside the house). We could also hear and see other fireworks shows from the water side of the house and the echos were pretty awesome. A reasonable drive to both Miami and Boca, this was a good location to explore everything we wanted to on this vacation. The teens in our family enjoyed the pool, the big screen TVs and the pool table. The house was comfortable and modern and a great size and layout for our family.

The house was lovely with plenty of space. The backyard was definitely our favorite part. We loved laying by the pool and watching the boats pass by on the Intercoastal. Very close to town and beach.

This is an excellent vacation spot for a family up to 10 people. It was perfect for our family. The house has everything you will need for a week long vacation. It is fully equipped and the owner has thought of just about everything. Being right on the intercoastal was better than being right on the beach. To be honest, we enjoyed hanging out by the pool overlooking the intercoastal more than we did sitting on the beach. We even had a daily visit from a family of manatees (dad, mom, and baby). The owner is extremely responsive in communication through VRBO app giving us high confidence in advance of our trip. We absolutely loved it and will be back! We highly recommend this house for rental.

If you're looking for a place to stay while you're around Fort Lauderdale, this house is phenomenal. It's completely modern and up-to-date, very clean and fits 6-8 people quite comfortably. The backyard has a stone pool, plenty of chairs, and is completely closed off to neighbors. The bedrooms are a good size, while the master bedroom/bathroom is huge. The owners provide all the bed linens, towels, and even beach towels, chairs and pool floaties! The kitchen has a few pantry staples, a blender, cutting boards, and dishes, utensils and cooking knives. It really felt like we were staying at a top ranked hotel. The area the house is located in is quiet neighborhood, with the beach being a 2-3 min drive away. The beach there was calm and not crowded at all. We were only a few mins from 95, so getting to Miami and other places was super easy. We loved this house and look forward to staying again!

As the title says, this place is extremely underrated. It's so clean and set up so well. The house is beautiful and the pictures only tell a portion of the picture. It's a great neighborhood and a lot to do around there. There is a Publix, a CVS, a Target, multiple restaurants nearby. The beach is nearby. $10-15 Uber to Fort Lauderdale. Mike (owner) is a great communicator and was flexible about our arrival. He was always responsive and helped with questions that I had. Easy check-in and check-out process. Trust me...the pictures do not do this place justice. It's gorgeous inside!

Our group of friends had a wonderful vacation and stay at this house. It was just as beautiful as the pictures and very clean! It is in a great location, only a ten minute walk to the beach and the restaurants/shops at lauderdale by the sea. We had everything we needed (beach chairs, towels, etc) and Michael was very accommodating and responsive to all of our questions. We hope to come back soon!

Brand new House , it was like a luxury Hotel. The rooms were beautiful the master bathroom was unreal as well as the other bathrooms . The kitchen , dining room, living room is modern, comfy, and roomy. The pool was excellent it is heated and had a stone flooring which was very neat. The outdoor patio is perfect and has a lot of furniture all brand new and comfortable. The landscaping is well maintained. My wife and I cannot wait to come back here . Michael was there for us for everything. We had a baby and he went out of his way to get us a baby monitor and pack and play. Customer service gets an A++++++. I can never go back to a hotel after this. The whole week was like a dream.

The house is brand new from top to bottom ! Great location as well ! Only 5 min walk to the beach.... the backyard is the best part ... the kids had a blast !!! Can’t wait to go back real soon !!! It’s a must see to experience the property!!!!
