After a fun filled day at the Disney theme parks or on the golf course, what would be better than a swim in the private screened pool or relaxing in the lounger from the lanai with a drink? The dream vacation can come true in our lovely Disney villa! Situated in Silver Creek, a tranquil and picturesque new vacation community just one mile north of the US192 and 12 minutes from Disney Main Gate West, our villa offers all the amenities of your own home and with everything we could need ourselves, at very affordable family value rates! We have two side-by-side villas. each has 5 bedrooms (two master suites) and 3 bathrooms. Total of 4 suites and 6 bathrooms makes a comfortable living for up to 24 people. Our villas are ideal for families who want to be close to the many restaurants and shops the area has to offer but wish to be located amongst the solitude of conservation land, lakes and wildlife. This two beautiful Mediterranean style villas have total of 4 master suites with 2 king size beds and 2 queen size beds, each has its own large private bathroom, 2 additional queen rooms, 4 twin rooms (each has 2 twin beds) , and 2 queen size sofa sleepers. It comfortably sleeps up to 24 people. 2 washer and dryer, bed linen and towels are provided. 2 super sized (30'x15'), southeast facing pools (one with SPA) can be optionally heated. The lanai and pool is fully screened to keep the bugs out while allowing the sunshine and great view to come in. 2 BBQ grills are provided for your pool side cooking. Two kitchens are fully equipped with open bars, two dinning tables can seat for 12 peoples, and two breakfast tables can seat for 8 people. Two patio tables seat for 8 people. Cable TV with a 100+ channels is provided in the lounge and all of the bedrooms. Additionally there is a DVD/CD player and an FM portable radio in the lounge. A number of popular feature films on DVD and video tape are provided along with several good novels for the odd occasion when a thunderstorm might keep you inside. iPOD speaker with remote is provided for enjoy your favorite songs and music. High speed internet access with WiFi (wireless) connectivity is provided to allow you to access the web and read your email from your laptop computer. The local and domestic long distance phone call is free. Our villa is very kid-friendly. 2 High chairs, 2 strollers, 2 playpens. Both pools have child safety fence and gate. A Wii game console with remote controllers and games will add additional enjoyment to your kids and entire family. Two game rooms (one is air conditioned) equip with 2 pool tables, a Foosball table, tan electronic dart, kids corner with lots of toys, books, video DVD/Tapes, costumes, etc... This villa is pet-friendly (Pets fee applicable).

Nothing is as it is portrayed on VRBO. The house has water damage, unclean, not safe for children, and very poor communication.

Me and friends came to Florida for a golf trip and we enjoyed the house

The house is not properly maintained. To begin: it needs a new refrigerator. There are NO SHELVES in the refrigerator. This makes cooking difficult especially since we rented the two houses for thanksgiving. We ended up using the wire racks from the oven to create a shelf over the two bins at the bottom. Then we realized the door doesn’t shut properly. Thus your food does stay at the proper temperature. Then we opened up the dishwasher and almost threw up. It was black with mold and had standing water from who knows when. We called management immediately and we’re told that a technician couldn’t get there till the next day. Well a “technician”never came and we had 4 more days of living inwhat looked and felt like an old frat house. The floors were damaged in the bedrooms, the dryer’s heating coil does not work and the furniture drawers will fall out. Literally we had a foot and arm incident. And that is just the beginning, there is rust and mold on the shower curtains, the pool table has a hole in the pocket so that the balls fall on the floor and the TVs in the bedroom are the size of a computer monitor. Please save your money and avoid this house at all costs.

We had a great 10 day stay! Was awesome not having back neighbors and the vuew was pretty. Owners were very responsive. Would definitely stay again. Pool was amazing!!

This home is a perfect base for attending the WDW parks as well as trips to the beach. The rental was as described and we had no issues with the property. The agreement and communication were straightforward.

The house is very spacious and the location is great! The overall cleanliness of the property wasn’t great. The couches are worn and stained, the grill and outside outlets don’t work and there were several cigarette butts left by the pool when we arrived. The pool table is falling apart as well. As for our stay, besides for those minor inconveniences we had a great time. The pool and hot tub were perfect and the beds were comfortable to sleep on.

We rented 2 houses Nextdoor to each other to celebrate my grandmother’s 90th birthday. We had family meeting from all over. These houses were perfect for what we needed. They could use a little updating but that didn’t really bother us. They’re 20 minutes from Disney which was perfect for us, the neighborhood is quiet and people are nice. Any issues that we had were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Thanks for allowing my family to reunite and celebrate my grandmother.

Place is nice a little outdated, never stayed at a place that never had small items like dishwashing liquid, paper towels, and little things like that. We have to buy everything. Other than that the place and area was nice

We paid for heat and they didn’t turn the heat on to heat the hot tub until the next day. What really upsets me was on our Departure day they had roofers coming to replace the roof at 630 AM!! Woke my whole family up. We were never told roofers would be coming otherwise I would have NEVER chose this house!!!

The property has mold the fridge cabinets dressers and floors are peeling. The pool table can’t be played with bc it’s missing a pocket. The grill does not work. I am still waiting for my call back.

My family of 12 adults and 3 children rented both houses and they were perfect for our needs. Lots of space and the pools were great for after being in the sun all day ! Communication through the rental process was easy and Ann was winderful. Will definitely stay here again

The place was clean and well stocked. The pool was great. The couches and the out door chair pads could be updated due to wear. The master bedroom bed mattress has a big dip where a person sleeps, and we had to turn the mattress over to be able to sleep on it.

Ann was very helpful and responded quickly to any question. Had lots of space for us to spread out and close to the parks. Made it easy to visit parks and come back relax and go back in later after dinner and swim in the pool. Good area that had access to stores for shopping and groceries.

Great for a large family. We had 6 adults and 5 children. The home needs some updates like new mattress, appliances and larger tv's in the bed rooms. Overall we had a great time at this home.

Short drive to the Disney parks and was close to a Walmart and places to eat: House is in quite area which was nice too. Could use some updates but was clean. Definitely felt safe and would stay there again.

Our group consisted of 6 adults and 5 children 2 yrs to 7 yrs. The house was comfortable and spacious. The pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids. The safety features for the doors and pool put all the adults at ease also. Very close to stores and all the Disney parks. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

The listing was for two side by side for sleep 24 people. We booked this for a family vacation. The owner basically told me because we put 4 adults on the reservation we get one house we haven't ever had this problem. On out trip we had 8 adults and 6 children in a 5 bedroom house that had mostly twin beds. All bedrooms had 19 inch tvs in them. Living room furniture was outdated with sinking. Garage had a waterleak for two days. Pool lights didn't work along with hot tub never got hot. Hallway bathroom was stopped up everytime they would take a shower. Once it would go out it would be dirt back in the tub. Outside patio furniture was not good. It had holes and awful with being dried out. Door knobs falling off,furniture in bedroom peeling, holes in walls and tiles spots missing. Just overall disappointing when you are meeting family from other state.

Had a great time with the family. But the pool had way to much chlorine, as I rented both properties 1 of them had roaches, microwave was broken, sliding glass door was broke, the pool table room
Was to hot to even play. No pots and pan to cook with had to get from one house and the grill was dirty. I took pictures as soon as we walked in the house so my family wasn’t blamed for it.

Location was convenient and Homes had great space for families. Children loved the pools. Appliances need an upgrade but the homes were clean and enjoyable.

We paid extra for the pool to be heated. In the email it stated that the pool heater cuts off at 9 pm... it didn’t say the pool and spa heater cut off at 9, just the pool. The hot tub never got above 87 degrees, so nobody wanted to get in it. The pool light didn’t work.

We really enjoyed the pool/hot tub area
Very spacious for what we needed with 5 bedrooms and 7 beds and 3 bathrooms
Pet friendly with plenty of space for our dog crates
Full size washer and dryer
Cons
Towels were stained and probably need to be replaced
Pool had a lot of hair and other debris that I felt like should have been skimmed off before we arrived
Ceiling fans really need to be replaced as the blades are bent down on most of them
Pool table is in a converted garage which might be really hot during the Summer months but was cool enough for us
Pool table needs repairs and probably should be replaced It is missing a ball and one of the pockets has a hole in it where the ball falls straight to the ground
Pillows on beds are really flat and need to be replaced We were able to use some of the pillows from the beds that were not being used for extras.
Despite posted 25 mph signs on the street people drive extremely fast Just an FYI if you have children or pets

This house was perfect with 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. There was enough room for everybody. The pool, hot tub and game room kept teenagers and adults entertained on our down time. Nice neighborhood and safe. One of our van doors was accidentally left wide open all night and nothing was taken from the van. The owners and management company were both a pleasure to communicate with. Would definitely recommend this property.

We rented both houses which were very nice. The 2 things I would suggest are replacing the sofa and patio furniture as well as some of the blinds. The location is great for family’s far as shopping and eating with a young family.
