This newly renovated luxury vacation home is located in the Windsor at Westside upscale resort community - A perfect destination for DISNEY WORLD (10 minutes away), golf, and relaxing and celebrating with family and friends. It features 4369 sq. ft. living space and is luxuriously furnished with top line furniture,large screen LED TV in family room and LED TV in all bedrooms. Cable TV and high-speed WiFi internet are all provided. This beautiful villa is close to the luxury clubhouse. There are three master suites (two on the 1st floor and one on the 2nd floor). There are 4 king beds (1 on the first floor in 1 bedroom, 3 on the 2nd floor in 3 bedrooms). 2 queen bed (on 2nd floor in 2 bedrooms), 2 bunk beds with 2 fulls 2 twins (on the 1st floor in 1 bedroom), and 4 twins (on the 2nd floor in 3 bedrooms). Twin beds provide flexible combination for your need (two twin beds can be easily combined into a king size bed). Plus, two folding beds. It sleeps 24 people in total! New wooden floor has been installed throughout the house. The Kitchen has equipped with granite count tops and stainless-steel appliances. There is a 4 seating pull up bar in the kitchen beside the 10-seating dining table, 4 seating breakfast table, and 8 seating patio table. A ceiling fan circulates air, keeping the cool, and recessed lighting allows dining to go late into the night with several lounge chairs surrounding the sparkling pool and SPA. The pool faces south east, which ensures plenty of sun exposure in the morning and avoid hot sun in the afternoon with the full width lanai providing a shady retreat from the sun when required. I have a large family, 6 adult children with 6 SO’s, 11 grandkids ages 4 months to 17. This house was big enough for us all. The pool and hot tub were nice. There was plenty of space to spread out and plenty of space to cook and dine. There’s a nice club house in the neighborhood that’s close by. Had no issues, so didn’t have much communication with the owners; however, they responded quickly when I did contact them.

Only negative thing was we had to burn incents to kill the bad smell in the home once we arrive also bad communication with who ever I spoke to about a missing cable box in one of the rooms. I called twice and e-mail once and spoke to someone about the missing cable box. They said they will call me back and never did. One family member didn’t have cable in their room other than that I would definitely go back.

The minute we walked in we felted uncomfortable the house was not clean, floors filthy and sticky, carpet is DISGUSTING you can tell it’s been like that for years, all the walls around the house are filthy dirty, the bedroom sheets and covers were not cleaned, one of the game tables have loose wires hanging and it doesn’t work. Grill outside is filthy dirty and all the patio furniture. Couch in the living room is filthy and stinks like dog ( they have fleas really bad they were in the refrigerator and we woke up to fleas in our donut box). needless to say after we walked Thur the house my family and I decided we didn’t feel comfortable here so I called the property management and told him about all the problems, he said that he cleaned the whole house the day before but couldn’t get anybody out to clean the carpet before we came but that was clearly a lie. I could get the host to ever call me she kept emailing me. No one ever came out and we did not get any sort of refund. Ann and the property manager are slumlords and VRBO is absolutely no help. Stay far alway from this place

I hesitate to write this but I think it needs said.
Cleanliness: there was trash from previous guests under the beds and in the bottom of the trash bins and bed sheets were dirty
Washer/dryer: washer didn’t rinse well; dryer took 3 cycles to dry a load of t shirts
Pool/Spa: I paid for heat but the pool was cold the entire time; the rule of not turning on the spa until after 9 was not posted and it ran cold the majority of the time. This was reported to the owners directly but no accommodations were made.
Property manager: pretty sure one doesn’t exist; the owner showed up long enough to tell us not to turn on the spa jets. I called the property manager but am still waiting on a call back.

We had the absolute best stay at this property this last week. Our group of 19 had plenty of options for sleeping, bathroom choices, space in the kitchen, laundry options, and the pool/chairs outside were perfect for our group. Everything from the initial inquiry, to booking, to our stay was great!

We booked this property because of the size of our group. (21) Accommodations worked well for our family! We have 5 children and 9 grandchildren. I agree with many of the other people who stayed here that its a great property - but needs a little more TLC & upkeep. The issues we had were the pool /spa heater going out on our 2nd day (unable to use it the rest of our stay)which was very disappointing since those were a "must" when we chose a rental. Thankfully there was the resort area -which was very nice. Also, the glass on the front of the stove fell off & shattered. That was never repaired during our stay- even though the management worker said it would be a quick fix. It would also be nice to have clearer communication about provisions. Didn't realize only 2 dish washing tablets & 2 trash bags would be all that was provided, which is fine - but it would be nice to know up front so you could bring a few basics along. S & P etc. I believe we will be reimbursed for most of our pool heating costs - so that seems fair. All in all I would say we had a great vacation and made the best of the situation. Also I would suggest getting some more forks - 6 forks for a place that sleeps 24 is not quite adequate!

This property has misleading photos that need to be updated on the site. Pool heat was not on for the duration of my that I prepaid for. The walls were all marked up. The carpet throughout the house was dirty. The ice machine on the fridge had mold. The stove took too long to bake. The pool table has holes in the felt and was all marked up and scratched up. The air hockey table didn’t work. There was just a lot of issues with this house that the owner needs to address before they book another stay.

The property management didn’t respond for my call. Instructions say to contact them if you notice any issues and we had several. The house needs a new housekeeper and some TLC.

Someone stole my propane tank from out the front yard and I had to clean the trash can out every day because trash was put in there from other people and not in bags so to keep me from being charged I had to clean it out. On top of me having to clean the house on arrival because it was poorly cleaned . And last but not least I had a dirty ice machine that smelled bad on the kitchen counter that I found out from management that it was broken and should have been put into the trash I was there 6 days and it’s still on the counter and I bet they still have it there also it’s supposed to be gated with security but we were never stop just was able to drive inside

All was good except the spa and pool was not heated...they had to do repairs..i was refunded the amount for heating the pool and spa. However the resort spa was open until 6pm. I would ask the resort to stay open until 9 because everyone goes out all day and then wants to enjoy the resort options..the house had everything needed for my CLAN. Thank you

The property was perfect for our large family. Really enjoyed the space . The house itself could use a good deep cleaning & some minor maintenance. The neighborhood was not quite as secure as we thought. One of our vehicles got broken into. Nothing was taken but Security didn’t really seem interested. It was the same night another vehicle was broken into and guns stolen. Did speak with the management company about this and about some obscene drawings on the ceiling over the pool table.
With just a little upkeep and maintenance the would be a spectacular property. I would definitely recommend it for larger groups but with some caveats.

Great meeting place; a little disappointed with some of the cleanliness and lack of broom and mop for use to clean. Lack of return calls from management company. - they never returned calls. Dealing with the owner was fabulous.

Everything was ok. Except the trash can which made it a hassle to accommodate our personal trash to get rid of. Call was made to the number provided to Mel them aware it was not our trash at the bottom of the trash can.

Our stay was great everyone enjoyed the house and the kids loved the pool area. The house was huge and the kitchen fully stocked with all pots and pans u need for cooking. Property was great and club house in walking distance. Would love to stay again for next vacation.

This house looked great from the outside.
However the inside was total different. After
asking for a week if I could get early check in
due to an early flight I arrived at the property at
1130 on the 10th of July. The cleaning people
were having a pool party at the house. About
1230 I received an email stating that we could
not do early check in. So at 4 pm when we
could get in the house there were lots of issues.
The air conditioning was acting up, the oven
glass was duct taped to the stove and kept
falling off, the house was not clean. For the
week they gave us 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2
dishwasher tablets, and 15 towels. The pool
people were suppose to clean the pool on
Monday however they didn't come until
Thursday. The pool filter stopped working and
they didn't send anyone out for a day. I would
not recommend this property to anyone. The
sheets in some of the rooms stunk and were
dirty. The back door won't lock. The dryer took
3 hours to dry 9 towels.

Overall we had a wonderful time. The house is lovely, spacious, and looks a lot like the photographs. It wasn’t spotless, but the most important areas were clean. My husband and I were very comfortable in the master suite and our bedding smelled fresh and wonderful.
Our biggest issue was the pool and hot tub. The hot tub only seemed to heat sporadically, and apparently the pool automatically heats when the spa isn’t being used. The pool was over 90 degrees and unusable to the adults after a hot day in the Florida sun.
We contacted the property manager daily the first few days of our trip and were never able to get the hot tub to work consistently. One of the maintenance people told us there was a known problem with the pump that had been causing issues before we got there. We got tired of calling and basically just gave up halfway through our stay. Fortunately our kids didn’t mind the hot pool and had an absolute blast.
FYI, even when it works right the hot tub stops heating at 9pm, so if you have plans for the adults to relax in the hot tub after dark and unwind after the kids go to sleep, that’s not going to happen.
The resort pool was delightful, very cool and refreshing, and just a short walk away. That place was a hoot! There were people there from all walks of life. It was a place of (mostly harmless) lawlessness. There was a family in a corner just casually eating chicken wings in the pool. Licking greasy fingers and everything. The frozen daiquiris from the bar were great and the bartender had a very heavy hand. Best of all, there was a random duck swimming in the pool, just chilling and floating amongst the crowd like he belonged there. It was hilarious.
It’s very crowded though, and there wasn’t a single chair available in the afternoons.
I feel a bit compelled to defend the previous person who commented about a possible break-in. I can’t speak to their experience, but I can say for sure that security is very lax. The gate guards barely glanced at us. We discovered another entrance that wasn’t manned at all, and the gate automatically opened when we approached.
However, we really didn’t care either way. I never at any point felt unsafe there. We were surrounded by families having fun together. No issues.
I can’t give 5 stars, but the problems didn’t ruin our fun. We are a laid-back bunch just looking to relax together, and this house satisfied that objective. Most of the bad reviews seem kind of over-dramatic to me.

On the second day, after returning from the day out, it appeared someone entered the house, left a door open, and took some food. The front window latch was broken and did not lock, so it could be opened easily from the outside. We called the Sheriff and they took an incident report. At that point we had enough and left the property after 2 days into our week long stay as we did not feel safe with our young children in this property. Management and owner had no sympathy and refused to refund any part of our payment. Worst rental experience we have ever had.

We had a great stay at this house. It was plenty of room for our group of 20. The towels weren’t dry when we arrived at 6:30 pm, but the rest of the house was very clean. We enjoyed the pool at the house and the resort pool as well.

PROs:
Practical large open layout, great seating capacity inside/outside, plenty of parking, laundry room, walk to large club house, plenty of utensils, linen, & other items. Nice game room, Publix 10 minute drive.
CONs
1. By far the worst issue we had was a cold pool: We paid extra for a POOL HEATER not capable of heating pool in winter temperatures within the 9am to 9pm allowable time. This was not resolved despite multiple calls/emails stay and no refund. NOT HAPPY
2. Some light bulbs need replacement. Be more consistent in installing the same type as there is currently a mish-mash which does not enhance the appeal
3. On departure, we noticed that a sprinkler by the driveway was broken.
4. Check/fix the caulking around showers and tubs. 2nd floor master was coming off and looked bad & could cause water damage.
5. There were many smudges on walls and on staircase. We cleaned what seemed to be liquid that dripped at bottom of the staircase. In general, someone needs to walk around and inspect. Also, the center island wall with the 3 barstools is smudged / dirty. Install an easy clean surface since people hit it with shoes / jeans.
6. Some utensils were dirty so we cleaned everything again. Have your cleaning team inspect more carefully. Result: Unhappy guests & more water cost for owner.
7. Add labels to the light switches. We discovered the pool had lights on the day we were leaving by accident. Spent time trying all the lights to find the right one.
8. Very close proximity to neighboring homes: Noise on a few occasions. On last night, teenagers renting next home were loud and we had to go inside and close sliding doors to have a conversation.
9.Having guests responsible to re-fill the propane BBQ tank is not acceptable. Add a fee or include it in the pricing. Nobody wants to waste valuable vacation time.
10. Check-in process. I emailed several times asking if we need to contact anyone or how to do the check in. REPLY: "read the instructions". All it shows is a code. Some of us thought this was the entrance gate code when driving in. Clarification would help.
11, Communication required too many follow-ups on same issue. i.e. I asked for early check-in. Reply: It is possible to check-in in early for a fee. I had to write again to ask how much and how to pay.
12. Description of bedrooms/Beds not accurate –Go by the layout in the picture.
Conclusion: We had fun but will not be back to this type of vacation rental.

Just the crib and baby items on hand did it for us!! That was awesome!! Great time was had by all. Everything was wonderful. The sulphur smell got us at first, but we got used to it. Thanks for everything and being in constant communication.

We enjoyed our stay here and had plenty of room for the 14 people in our group to spread out. The home had all of the essentials and was overall a great stay. There are a few minor issue with the home like the condition of the carpet upstairs an the condition of the paint that could easily be addressed but these issue are not a big deal and I would stay here again.

First, my check in was at 4pm. Cleaning didn’t leave till almost 6pm. Walls dirty. Sheets were torn. Twin bed room had spider mites. (Have videos) 1 room had no power. Ordered the pool heating on Wednesday it didn’t start heating 2 days later because “pool water level was low” still charged me $160.

This home was great for our extended family vacation. Lots of space and kids loved the pool! The home is within walking distance of the community waterpark and no big roads to cross. Probably 20 houses away. Owners were great to work with. Disney about 20 mins away so made it super nice and easy.

Location was wonderful. Home was accomodating and was able to fit all my famliy members. When we got there to check in at 4pm, cleaning people were still there. We had to wait for them to leave. The house could of been cleaned more. It felt like they did a rush job with cleaning. Refrigerator was little dirty and blankets , sheets and pillows were just throwed in the closet without being folded and look presentable. Bathroom toilets could have been cleaned better as well.

Arrived at the property after an Uber from the airport and the management had just STARTED to clean the property. We were told to wait at the back of the house outside in the heat while they “cleaned” for 3 hours.
We were scheduled to check in at 4pm, but we weren’t allowed in the house with all our luggage and large party until after 7pm.
Upon entering the home, we realized the cleaning was rushed and the house was still left filthy and disarray from the previous renters.
The hard touch surfaces were not disinfected or wiped down consistently.
The rooms were not vacuumed.
The furniture was not cleaned and piles of crumbs and debris between the cracks and under the cushions.
The walls were covered in soiled fingerprints and dirt.
The refrigerator was not wiped down or cleaned either.
Pots, pans, cups, etc were left out.
We realized the back of the house we waited in was not cleaned either. We found garbage floating in the pool and cigarette butts across the patio.
During our stay, the refrigerator, microwave, sprinkler system, and one of the toilets needed maintenance.
The house seems relatively new and would have been great if the owner’s had a competent cleaning company and walked through the property to check for items not working or ready to break.

This property was perfect for our purposes when traveling to Orlando. It's located in a quiet, gated community. It's close to shopping, restaurants, and attractions. It is reasonably priced. Would definitely be a repeat customer.

Beware of the this property rental. We thought especially during this time of COVID, the sanitation and cleanliness of this “luxury villa” as you advertised would not have been an issue. Here is the positive feedback of this rental: it has electricity, hot running water, wifi and the bathrooms appeared to be clean. Here is the negative feedback: there were cigarette holes on one of the comforters on the bed, the floors were filthy and sticky, there were dirty pans with crusted food inside of the cabinets, the walls and handrails of the stairs were extremely dirty, the sofas in the living room are destroyed, peeling fabric, NOT LUXURIOUSLY furnished as advertised and the covers on it were dirty and looked like fitted bedsheets on the sofa trying to cover the broken sofa, the gas grill outside is completely rotten, rusted, and inoperable, there was trash on the grass outside with empty beer cans and cups, there were cigarette buds outside around the pool. Of course we have pictures of everything. The pictures and description you used to advertise this house is completely inaccurate, misleading, and disrespectful to whoever rents this property.
We had to find other accommodations for four families and lost a day and a half of our precious family vacation. We only stayed one night of our 4 night vacation and had to find and pay for another rental house. I hope you rectify these conditions before renting out again. Beware, even with all of these issues owners would not issue a refund or even partial refund. We had to hire an attorney and then they gave us 1/2 of the payment. Before renting any property PLEASE read ALL of the reviews. VRBO was somewhat helpful but getting in contact with a representative was VERY time consuming. Each call took about an hour of waiting time...extremely frustrating. Note to anyone renting a property through VRBO, use the messaging to communicate on their APP, if there is a problem with the property, immediately contact the owner AND VRBO and take pictures of EVERYTHING!
