From Texas eseof checkinto timely communication, it has been one of our best experiences The house have envy thing a renter could need & the backyard offer hors of exploratinfor my granddaughter. You’re close the beach, shopping, & tourist attractions or you can just lay on the hammock & read (nap)! Thank you Ana for sharing your home.

We had a wonderfully relaxing, warm, comfortable and overall enjoyable vacation with 3 of our kids in this beautifully maintained home. The house had everything we could have wanted in a vacation home, from a fully stocked kitchen, to comfortable beds including linens and towels, to a cozy den with a large TV to a piano in the living room. The hosts really thought of everything. The house was a short ride from the Osterville private beach (beach pass included!). The weather was perfect and we spent the entire week relaxing on the beach, collecting sea shells and playing in the ocean with the kids. we took advantage of local cafes and restaurants, ventures out to Falmouth and other neighboring towns. Overall, we had a memorable vacation and will definitely back in this "home away from home".

Beautiful house, well placed on Cape Cod. The house is very clean and all the need is provided, however it is not suitable for 8 people; during our stay we had to sleep on the ground at the First Floor because the mattress and the snice base of is the out of order. The small room of the bottom only suit for people of small size, and during our stay a single restroom was available, that of the First Floor Out of Order.

The house was nice and clean. Decorated nicely and large enough for our family. The family room was a nice place to play games and read. It was nice to get away for a week. We didnt watch television once our whole stay. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and felt safe there. The only issues with the house were that when it rained the gutters were clogged causing a waterfall right over front door. Had to walk through it to get inside. And would recommend updating the mattresses. Other than that we had a great stay.

Wir haben in diesem Haus mit der ganzen Familie unseren Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gut und hat unglaubliche Atmosphäre. Man fühlt sich wohl im Haus und in der Umgebung. Alles ist sehr sauber. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und noch mehr. Die Räume sind klimatisiert, was im Sommer auch wichtig ist. Vor dem Haus und auf der Straße gibt es sehr viel Platz zum Parken. Auf Wunsch kann man auch in der Garage parken, haben wir aber nicht gemacht. Es gib auch einen Wintergarten und eine schöne Terrasse. Der Gasgrill darf auch benutzt werden. Das Grundstück um das Haus herum ist sehr groß, so dass Kinder viel Spaß haben können. Die Duschen und die Toiletten sind frisch renoviert. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber nicht weit von der Ortsmitte und vom Strand entfernt . Der Privatstrand kann nur von den Einwohnern von Osterville oder von den Gästen benutzt werden. Man bekommt einen Ausweis für den Strand, den man bei der Einfahrt zum Strandparkplatz zeigen soll. Der Strand ist ebenso sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermiester sind äußerst nett und hilfsbereit. Sie waren für jede Frage offen. Ich kann das Haus absolut weiterempfehlen.

House was overall good and had very nice bathrooms and kitchen. Dishwasher soap wasn’t there (but that’s ok). What wasn’t nice was that there were too many spiders and spider webs in the house. Also, bedroom in the lower level had a musty smell to the point it couldn’t be used. I wish the that bug control was done and spiders and spider webs were cleaned out. The garage door clicker wasn’t available for use and so that didn’t allow for garage to be used. Bed mattresses are very typical spring loaded ones, and weren’t very comfortable to sleep on, but it is manageable for a few days. Overall, not a bad property, just needs attention to cleaning, bug control and musty odor that’s in the bedroom downstairs.

The place had everything we needed and was close enough to everything we wanted to go too. The local Osterville beach is wonderful and so quant! The back yard was big enough and who does not love a hammock to relax in. I also appreciated that they left more than 2 beach chairs.
