Nestled in Umbria, this lovely villa for £731 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Villa Canton is a newly restored house situated in the lower part of our Park, only 1 km from our town, enjoys a wide view over the Valley and the lake. The Villa is fitted with professional kitchen accessorized with: Professional dishwaher, oven, refrigerator, freezer, pots, crockery and kitchen utensils of all kinds, Mokas, kettles; The kitchen communicate with the big stone walls living room where you and your friends can eat all together, it is furnished with tables, chairs, sofas and TV, fireplace, dispenser of microfilthered still-sparkling-cold water. The bedrooms and the Villa are furnished in Tuscan Style: Wood, Stone and terracotta floors, each bathroom as a shower and hair dryer, toilet and bidet. Outside there is a beautiful covered terrace with tables where you can enjoy the sunset, have dinner or lunch, eat a Fioretntina steack cooked in the barbecue or in close cooked pizzas in the firewood oven The outside pool is filled with our own source of solphurous thermal water, it can be heated and it is illuminated at night; it is divided into a pool for adults and a smaller for children for a total of 15x6 meters, it has a solarium with umbrellas and sunloungers. Four years ago When We started the restoration of the villa we found a source of sulphurous water rich in beneficial properties; This gave us the idea to create a SPA for take advantage of this water. The SPA has an extensive view over the Tuscan hills and offer every comfort .. - Gym - Massage Room - Chaging Rooms with bathrooms and shoower - Wellness Center with sauna, Turkish bath, emotional shower, Rustic Shower, Hot tub 12 seats. Free WI FI is available in all the rooms of the house and of the wellness center, free fenced parking for car and bus, only 50 meters from the Villa there is our fishing lake Exclusively reserved for our customers. The price includes: All the utilities of the Villa reserved for you, electricity, hot and cold water, gas, washing machine, iron and ironing board, private swimming pool, solarium, barbecue, pizza oven, outdoor panoramic terrace with tables. On request: 2 baby beds for free. Private SPA, you will have access Exclusively, no stuff will be in the wellness center, only a masseur if you require it; 8 hours per day of hammam, sauna and hot tub. Extra costs: Bed linen and bath towels on request at € 10 per person. You can have the kitchen service directly to the villa, the chef can prepare the great Italian dinner, pizza cooked in a wood oven directly to the Villa. Sansepolcro, our thousand-year old city is rich in art and history with the important Museum of Piero della Francesca, The Museum of Aboca Herbs, the Cathedral and the old town full of Renaissance, the Medici Fortress. Ideal place to combine nature and culture Nearby you can visit many small villages typical Tuscany Anghiari, Citerna, Monterchi, Citta di Castello, Caprese Michelangelo, La Verna .. until you come to Assisi, Gubbio, Perugia, Arezzo, Florence, Lucca, San Marino. In our town there are many restaurants, where you will have some of the discounts as a guest at our Villa, Bars, Museums, Pizzerias, Supermarkets at really good prices.

What an amazing villa! Everything was perfect! The pool, the spa, the view and the house! We booked the chef for 2 meals and the food was really delicious! Thanks to Chiara for being such a nice host ☺️

If you’re looking for somewhere really special to stay then villa Cantone is it. The villa is wonderful, with plenty of space for lots of people to stay. We were 18 adults and we had no problems. The villa is in a wonderful location with beautiful views. The spa is a real bonus, and the pool is just wonderful. We ordered the chef for 3 evenings and the food was delicious. And over half of us had massages which made the trip even more relaxing. We could not fault the place. Chiara was very helpful, even helping us organise a cake from a local patisserie. We hope to return some day. If you’re considering staying here…do it. You won’t regret it.

As a family group of 20, with 10 children ranging from 7 months to 14 years, it was the perfect property to relax and have a week to escape from everyday life. The pool was idyllic and the photos don’t do it and the views from it justice. It was kept clean with visits to do the pool and sort the bins every couple of days, but these were early morning visits and not intrusive at all. Chiara was a wonderful host - so lovely and very responsive to any requests we had. We also had Andrea the chef for 3 nights of our stay and the food was outstanding. Two of the group are coeliac and the effort he went to ensure we were well catered for was above and beyond. In all we didn’t venture out much as the property was idyllic so a perfect place to relax and unwind. Thank you Chiara and Villa Cantone!

The villa was more beautiful than the pictures and all aspects were very clean and in good condition. The view is incredible and you really could just spend your days in the pool or in the shade of the villa looking at it. We were a mixed group of friends and family and it suited our needs perfectly. Manager Chiara was responsive, and even though there was a couple of minor issues, she resolved them quickly and we have no complaints. We booked the chef for 2 nights for pizza and pasta making (which the kids loved) and it was lovely to be cooked for, served and they even did the washing up! A real luxury. We had the masseuse (male) who was really nice and worked through very hot temperatures. We quickly found out that Italy does not do taxis and the nearest shop is approx 15-20min walk away but there is a very steep hill back to the villa. With the heat and the hill, you need to have rucksacks and be fit or have a car. Chiara put us in touch with Antonio who did our airport transfers at very reasonable rate. He very kindly gave us private transfers to Sansepolcro and an evening visit to the Street market in Anghiari which was a great night out. We all had an amazing relaxing time in Italy and would love to come back.

We had a super week in this fantastic villa, enjoying the pool, the chef, the massage and the spa to its fullest. A large family of 23 people could enjoy the sun, food and drink in this spacious, clean and well outfitted villa. Chiara is super host, communication was quick and easy! Anyone renting this villa is in for a great time 👍

This Villa exceeded our already high expectations set by the excellent description on VRBO. The Villa, the spa, and the grounds were 1st class and as advertised. I was pleasantly surprised to see lavender fields from every view of the Villa as well as the expected Italian Cypress alley typical of Tuscany.. The Villa clean with spacious bedrooms and personal bathrooms for all family memebers which made this family union very comfy. The real benefit however was our host, Chiara. She was kind and accomodating every wish throughout our stay. Easy access to her via text and able to assist in every fashion, including a personal chef on 2 occasions, wine glassses , grocery items for intial stock up, drivers for family excusions ...the list goes on. Not one request was turned down and all handled wtih a smile. She is truly a special person whom made our stay very special indeed. I higly reomend this villa and this host to anyone and everyone considering a stay in Tuscany!

The property was beautiful, the accommodations were first class. Everything as advertised and very well organized. This lovely family owns multiple villas on the same property and we would highly recommend them to any large groups looking for a place to stay. Only book this property if you are clean and responsible because I don't want anything to change when I return for my next visit! Mark

This place is perfect, it is just beautiful and amazing and really fit our large group so perfect. A few things - definitely hire Julio to come cook - HE IS AMAZING. I mean, you will never want to eat again unless he is there. Chiara is easy to work with and so easy to communicate with, it is like you are part of the family. Ok only thing I would say that is hard, the spa is only open for 8 hours a day, so you gotta plan... was sad we didn't get late night hot tub or tukish bath time BUT this place is just so perfect and so beautiful I would go back in a sec. LOVE IT

Amazing house up on a little mountain with a breathtaking view. a perfect kitchen and an amazing pizza ofen (i wanted to steal that beauty)! great rooms with nice showers and a SPA area as great as a hotel SPA! amazing villa and chiara is the best host !
