Situated in Dayton, this charming house for £104 per night is a great choice for your next trip. My property is close to restaurants and dining and family- friendly activities. It is a short walk to Montgomery county fairgrounds and a lovely public park about 100 yards from the property for guests to unwind and only 10 minutes from downtown Dayton as well as the UD Arena. You'll love my place because of the coziness and the location. The kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances and the living room is decorated with a contemporary-styled furniture, a 55-inch wall mounted HD flat screen TV with unique artwork adorning the walls. The master bedroom has an additional bathroom attached and a flat screen TV just for your relaxation. All the rooms are furnished with Queen sized, Serta Brand memory foam mattresses for your comfort. I have also provided an automated self inflatable queen sized mattress for younger members of the entourage. There is a full functional gas grill for barbecue with a reclining chair for guests to entertain during the hot summer months. The property has a fenced in backyard to enable kids play and have fun during their stay. It also has a fully automated oversized one car garage and has the capacity to accommodate up to 5 cars on the premises all at once. My property is great for couples, business travelers and families(with kids) whether it is a reunion, wedding, graduation or business trip, you will find this well-appointed house just right. It has 1500 sq. feet of living space and can host up to a family of 8.

Property was clean and spacious and met all our needs for this visit. Only little negative i might say would be nice to have a coupke extra towels since there were 5 of us staying for 3 nights, but not anything major distracting from our stay or visit

We stayed at this comfortable home while we moved our daughter in for her 2nd year of college. The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked and even some complimentary snacks and beverages. Plenty of room to visit as a family. Location was a great quiet neighborhood. Our host was very communicative.

The semi-rural location of the property was quiet and appreciated after family functions. Plus the location in proximity to US-35 made getting everywhere a breeze.Paschal is an attentive and responsive host, but leaves you to enjoy your stay in peace. Thanks! The property is well laid out, spacious and comfortable.There wasn't anything we wanted that wasn't provided already. A very good stay, indeed.

The house was spacious and in a good neighborhood. It was easy to find places in the Dayton area. The host was great to connect with and provided an easy checkin and out process. The house was warm upon arrival with no central AC but it didn’t take long to cool down with AC units in each room!

Paschal is a very attentive host. Check in and Check out intructions were easy and communicated well. Any questions I had were responded to in a timely manner. There were even complimentary snacks, water, juice, and some toiletries. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

We spent a few days in the home and I give it 4.5/5 stars. Communication with Paschal was top notch! He was attentive and responsive. I didn't have to request information as he was prompt with any form of communication. The area had me concerned, mainly from reading highest crime areas of the Dayton area, but prior reviews eased my mind. The home is in a quiet neighborhood with some land next to it. I didn't feel uneasy about the location. The only downfall about the location would be having to drive 15 minutes to a grocery store or restaurant. The house itself is old but has been updated to accommodate. It had a very welcoming feel to it. My biggest complaint had to do with some minor cleaning issues, however I notified Paschal verbally so that it may be addressed prior to the next tenant. Lastly, out of the 3 bedrooms, I (the reviewer) unfortunately had the worst bed in the house. The room across from the master had the most uncomfortable mattress (too firm) and the bed creaked at the slightest movement. I asked my family if they had any issues sleeping and they all loved their bed. To confirm this, I tested each bed and they were much more comfortable than mine. I needed an extra trip to the chiropractor after my unfortunate, broken bed. Aside from that, it was a nice place. The rest of my family loved it and had no complaints. The kitchen was lovely. The home is perfect for your Dayton area needs. Thanks again.

Great place to stay! Very clean, comfortable rooms and beds. We had events in miamisburg, and the drive was about 15 minutes. Very easy to get back and forth to. Same with the airport.

We were in town for our daughters wedding. This house was the perfect place for us to relax and get ready for the special day. The house was very nice, clean and inviting. The snacks and drinks were very much appreciated. The host was very nice to work with and quickly replied to any questions we had. My husband is a runner and Possom Creek Metro park was close and a great place for him to run. We would gladly stay here again.

It is clear that Paschal, the owner, is putting in much work and effort to take care of his property and make it as comfortable as possible for his guests. This home allowed us to avoid the hassle and expense of a hotel, while also enjoying the comforts of 3 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Bonus for being able to park our rental car in the garage. We greatly appreciated Paschal's efforts, and his home.

The house was exceptionally clean, nice furniture, and although the A/C is window units, they were more than enough to keep the entire house cool in the August heat. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, there was ample storage for clothing to include some hangers for hanging clothing. Each bedroom has a nice size closet and dresser. Usage of the garage was a good plus as we came back to the house late on several occasions and as anyone traveling in an area you are not familiar with, this was an added safety feature that was nice to be able to use. The neighborhood was actually very quiet. The home is right down the street from the Veterans Hospital so anyone needing to visit family members at the VA, this would be a nice option for rental. Kitchen appliances were outstanding. The ONLY complaint we had with the kitchen was there were no pans, only pots for cooking and we couldn't find a strainer. Otherwise, everything you could need to cook with is available to you. Our teenagers that accompanied us on the trip were even pleased with the home. The bathrooms are small, but they serve their purpose. There were plenty of towels, linens, etc for your use. The owner was outstanding to work with and very helpful and accommodating both before and during our trip. We were here Monday thru Saturday and was able to go to Kings Island, National Air Force Museum (would highly recommend this for anyone visiting Ohio - it was outstanding and we didn't get to see everything - it literally would take 2 days to see the entire museum), attended a Cincinnati Reds game, outlet shopping, and we checked out Ohio State University Campus. We will DEFINITELY stay here again!!!

The home was as described, with all the comforts of home, up to date appliances, air conditioners in all rooms, treats left for myself and my family and FABULOUS beds and bedding. One of the most important things in rentals (in my opinion)> Paschal was a great host, attentive to details, quick to respond to any questions, and helpful when needed. Home was close to all activities we had in the Dayton area, it was a great place for my wife and family to get together for the wedding we attended. We would stay here again anytime we are in the area and I highly recommend the property if you are in the Dayton area.

The property was perfect for our needs and has an open concept throughout the living room, kitchen, and bonus room. The 3 bedrooms are spacious with queen-size memory foam beds that were much better than any hotel I've stayed in! The 2 bathrooms were small, but sufficient for our needs with one connected to the master bedroom. The kitchen has all the appliances you need to include a coffee maker and iron/ironing board and Paschal provided some snacks for the first evening which was a nice touch. The property offers high-speed WiFi and 2 HD televisions in the living room and master bedroom. You'll also find a grill on the property if you'd prefer to grill out! Paschal met us at the property and was a very gracious host, even providing the garage door opener for our use while we were there! We will not hesitate to contact Paschal the next time we're in the area to stay in his home. Overall it was a great experience and hands down exceeded any hotel we could have arranged in the area! I'd recommend this property to anyone headed to the area!

Memory Foam beds made the stay so comfortable after 9 hour drive. 2 Up to date accommodations with 2 Full baths for 4 adults made the stay a terrific experience. No surprises. Thank you.

We had a wonderful time. We were there for a school event. And even after throwing a curve ball at the last minute, Paschal was kind and accommodating. We found Sugar Creek Metro Park that was beautiful. We even spent an evening shopping in Beaver Creek Shopping Center. Thank you for the use of your comfortable house.
