Fairhope was the location for our son’s wedding and rehearsal dinner. This home is perfectly located a block off of downtown. We could easily walk anywhere we wanted to go, yet quickly be home if we wanted. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee or evening wine! We will come back to this location in this home.

Furniture was worn. Bathrooms were old and not that clean. Several bugs in the bathroom. Hallway smell in building was awful and the outside of the building had peeling paint.
We were barely there due to our weekend activities but I wouldn’t rent it again.

Better than the photos, this property is an excellent location from which to explore and enjoy Fairhope. The three bedrooms were perfect for us girlfriends and the porch was a great spot to enjoy the breeze and sip cocktails. The white noise machines helped counter any noise from the lively bar across the street.The high ceilings and roomy interior were quite nice. The best part of course was the location, which made walking to the cute downtown shops and restaurants VERY convenient. Highly recommended!

The condo was beautiful. We discovered there was no soap in the entire place soon after arrival, Went to a pharmacy but it had already closed. I called the host and she brought some over.
Our last night the place right across the neighborhood street featured a live band which was the loudest we had ever heard anywhere. No kidding. It was bad and it went on until after 10:45 at night. After a long and wonderful day downtown we were ready to relax., that was impossible. So disappointing because we had enjoyed the condo before this.

We traveled to Fairhope for the Beauty and the Beast play at the bluff and decided to rent a condo rather than stay in a hotel. This beautiful condo definitively exceeded expectations. Being able to walk to restaurants and shopping in downtown Fairhope was a plus.

We had a wonderful time! The condo was very roomy for 3 ladies. We each had our own space. It was clean and very nice. We thoroughly enjoyed the balcony - for coffee in the morning and wine in the evenings. Location is great! Would love to stay here again!

This property is beautiful and so centrally located. We walked to all the wedding locations including several great bars and restaurants. It is very well equipped and nicely decorated. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed being downtown, walking to shops, restaurants and sites. Frustrated with the TV provider as we could not access sports events & cable news casts. May need to get a new provider or post instructions and codes for access.

The home was clean and exactly as advertised. The only problem that would keep us from using this location is the amount of noise we could hear between floors. We were on second level and could hear the people above us walking, cleaning, moving furniture as if they were in the same room. At one point we thought we were going to have to go upstairs and comment about it because it was late and they were cleaning. However they stopped in time for us to sleep. It ratcheted the anxiety level hearing the stomping. Like a heard of elephants.

I have no complaints for more stay. I noticed there was a light bulb out in the ceiling light in the living space. The top portion of the oven was very dirty.

This has been the nicest place we have stayed. We wanted to feel like we were locals while in Fairhope and we did. The kids brought their bikes and we could watch them from the expansive veranda. You can stroll anywhere easily. Make some time to enjoy being at "home" though because this space itself will make you feel pampered.

This place is in an ideal location; walking distance to shopping, entertainment & dining. The owner thought of everything…from white noise machines in every bedroom to air freshener in the bathrooms. Very clean, in excellent condition. We had perfect weather for relaxing on the balcony while listening to the live music from a nearby restaurant. Positive experience all the way around! Highly recommend!

This was our 2nd stay at this property and it was just as great as last year. The unit is convenient to everything in downtown Fairhope and offers lots of activities within an easy walk. We love that it has enough space for our family of 5 to spread out and be comfortable. Very well stocked & clean. Looking forward to another stay soon.

The only drawback is that it was across the street from a busy fun filled bar! Bring your ear plugs. Close to everything and very walkable !
