CASA SERRENTA is a fabulous country house with indoor and outdoor swimming pool fully restored in 2010. CASA SERRENTA is situated with a small forest on one side and the fields on the other side with an excellent view to the surrounding mountains, and in bright weather even the Montserrat Mountain. Walking though the forest, the nearby town is only 1,5 km away.The layout of the house is brilliant. At the ground floor, there is one bedroom and and a game room. The common area has a large sofa corner with TV, DVD and fireplace, a dining area and a lovely and modern kitchen fully equipped. From this common area, you have direct access to the indoor swimming pool and outside to the covered terrace with BBQ and from there to the outdoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is fenced for the security of small children. The house has a brilliant view and the decoration is beautiful and of high standard. All 7 spacious bedrooms has en-suite bathrooms.
