The house is located near the beach (5 minutes walk), a tennis club (2 min walk) and shops in a green neighborhood (Park) quiet residential. All trips can be made on foot or by bike. The house is large and comfortable. It can accommodate up to 13 people without embarrassment. A cot is also available. Surrounded by a garden, the house is especially nice for children who can play in peace. It has garden furniture, a barbecue and a cabin for children.
