Nestled in the Daniel Boone National Forest, our three-bedroom, three-full bath home is the perfect place for families or groups of friends looking to enjoy the great outdoors and each other's company. As you approach our home, you'll notice the wrap-around covered porches that beckon you to come relax and unwind. The large screened-in porch in the back of the house provides plenty of privacy and is perfect for family dinners, game night, or just catching up with friends. For those looking to escape and unwind, our hot tub located on the lower level is the perfect spot, and the fire pit out back is ideal for roasting marshmallows and making s'mores. Step inside our completely remodeled home and you'll find a beautiful open floor plan that's perfect for gathering and spending time together. The shiplap wall gives the home a perfect Lakehouse feel and creates a cozy atmosphere. The fully-equipped kitchen features all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare delicious meals for your group. Take a stroll through our home and you'll find three spacious bedrooms, and three full baths. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and feature comfortable bedding, ensuring a great night's sleep after a day of adventure. The basement is where the fun happens! This was a wonderful house to stay in. It was a lot of fun for all the ages we had with us. We had toddlers, teenagers, and adults. My only recommendation would be to bring a baby gate if you have one that is not great at walking yet. We loved the screened in porch, hot tub, pool table, and the space to spread out.

Everyone had such a great time at this cabin! It was very pretty, very clean, had more than enough space for everyone, and the amenities were awesome! We all had a blast in the basement, by the firepit, and in the hot tub. Was very cool that you can turn on their radio and it's connected to speakers in the wall, so you can have music playing pool! Also, felt very safe and was super close to the lake. Would definitely return.

Our third time staying at Lake Cumberland resort and this has been our favorite cabin. It had everything we could ever want and more. Walking distance to pool, pool table, pool table, fire pit, screened in porch and sleeping arrangements for everyone in our party. We had such a good time, we didn’t even watch tv. We were just so relaxed and enjoyed the company amongst ourselves.

Our "cousin weekend" of 6 adults had a fabulous time. We never ventured out or left the home, as it was mid-Jan! We've actually stayed at this property multiple times over the years (since 2005)! We love it here. There's always plenty of room & space for everyone. The lower level family room area, pool table & hot tub are perfect! The house was clean & cozy! The location is very quiet. We will definitely be coming back to this memorable spot!

It was a very nice place but it wasn’t the place we booked , we was relocated to a different property, the house was very nice but the hot tub didn’t work well , the jacuzzi jets didn’t work at all other than that it was an over all good stay just like to get what we picked out

This was a beautiful getaway for our family. We loved the spacious home with basement pool table and bar. We had been looking forward to using the hot tub, but it did not appear well kept so we didn’t use it.

Cabin was fun. We loved the pub basement. The hot tub has lived a long life. Loud motor, cover that is falling apart underneath and jets that don’t work. The bed I stayed on was SO COMFY though

This is a weekend we (me, my wife, and 2 other couples) get away. The house was very nice, well stocked, beautiful scenery.

The best stay ever! Friendly reception, clean cabin, best location for privacy, hot tub and the views are majestic. We stayed during the recent snow storm and didn't mind at all that it snowed 6-8 inches. We'll definitely be back!!!

The perfect place for three moms to escape for a weekend. The gated community was very reassuring for us being on our own. The cabin was gorgeous, the furniture was cozy and comfy. The staff were also very helpful and even stayed late for check in when we got delayed.

Perfect little getaway for families and friends. The house was clean and cozy. Everything worked great! The hot tub was a little complicated to figure out the buttons (we are not familiar with operating a hot tub though).
The basement was our favorite spot of the house. Playing pool, card games at the booth, comfy couch, and a smart tv. Throw in stepping right out the door to the hot tub, that’s what I call perfection. The owner has provided lots of games and entertainment to be found behind the bar. There are speakers outside, but we could not figure out how to get them on.
Make note that the pool table has some holes in the pockets. One of our guests almost lost a toe. Added a good laugh to our stay, but the wrong person would’ve been highly upset.
For the showers, everyone always wants to know about water pressure and shower experience. The top floor shower was decent. Main floor shower, I think the shower head needs to be replaced or maybe there’s a lot of buildup on the shower head. The basement shower was great! Dark, but great water pressure and temperature.
Kitchen was very well equipped. Grill worked great. Oven worked great. There were a couple of little bugs in the basement, but that’s to be expected when staying in an area like this.
Overall, amazing experience. We will be back!

Just enough room for 3families to unite but room to spread out. Most impressed with all the Kitchen supplies. Everything and anything you would need to cook with and we did. Very well equipped and clean. Definitely a thumbs up!

House was plenty big for the 5 of us. Hot tub was nice to relax in and the area was super quiet and peaceful.

One king bed in lofted upstairs area no door for privacy does have bathroom with shower stall, 2 bedrooms on main floor one with very nice queen bed, other room has full size mattress which was too soft. 2 other bathrooms with tub shower combo. Hot tub needed cleaned, it was drained, refilled and treated but had to wait another night to use it, checked in on time but had to wait 2 more hours until properly was cleaned. Owners very kind as apologetic. Large property, really enjoyed rec room downstairs, nice kitchen.

We had the most amazing time; the house is beautiful and set up perfectly. We were able to enjoy it all and cook the entire time we were there. Alot of places dont have all the cooking necessities or just bare minimum but this house had everything. The hot tub was fabulous, the view was great, and the house was very clean and decorated to make you feel at home away from home!

My two teenagers and I had a wonderful few days at this cabin. We loved playing pool, relaxing kn the hot tub, and hanging out playing games on the screened in porch. We will definitely be back!!

We had the best time at this cabin! The bar downstairs was the main hang out place. The furniture was so beautiful and vintage! We even took a dip in the hot tub. We got in on our last night after the chlorine sat in it for a few days.

We were a little nervous as this is in a secure neighborhood. We were concerned we would not have privacy. However, the property overlooks the lake and there is no one behind you. In addition, the neighboring properties were quiet and peaceful during our stay. There is a strict 10 pm noise ordinance, so be aware of that. The fireplace was out of gas, but the house was warm enough without it (we didn't report the gas being out. I'm sure they would have fixed it had we said something). Overall, this was a beautiful home in a beautiful location. Thank you for the amazing weekend away with my sisters!

A time to remember, the cabin was perfect. We got a little snow which no one was expecting and the office staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating with our departure. Overall all wonderful trip, no complaints. Thanks so much ❤️❤️❤️

The property was very clean and the setting was relaxing. The resort is quiet and made for a nice Christmas break getaway. Cabin was big and had plenty of room. The only thing I would change is the hot tub. It was low on water and could have used a good cleaning. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful! I would recommend this location to others.

Although we didn't get to stay in the house we had rented online because the hot tub wasn't working, the one they moved us to was ok. The open space, the bed/bathroom suites, the fireplace and views looking over Cumberland River were a positive. The hot tub cover was difficult to remove, lack of instruction for electronics (tv and thermostat) and the long drive to get back into the cabin we changed to with only having one way out were the negatives.
Having seen the cabin we originally rented, we did miss the seclusion, unique character and the lack of fire ring for that particular cabin. The property manager and onsite help were very apologetic for having to make the change. #@^* happens I guess :o) They were also very sweet as they shared stories about their bear experiences. We enjoyed those stories. In summary, after never visiting Burnside, KY before, celebrating our 40th anniversary there was memory we will share for a lifetime. Sincerely, Jay & Jodi Boatman
