The Kitchenette is on the 2nd floor and the Large Bedroom + Private Bath is on the 3rd floor. Queen-sized bed; roomy bathroom. VERY clean. You get bedding, Wi-Fi, cables, a large flat TV, A/C, heat, a Kitchenette with micro/fridge / electric cooktop, a toaster oven, and a coffee maker. Private parking. RESTRICTION DUE TO 'SAFETY FIRST': Due to the unit size, building structure, steps, bathroom design, and type of furniture, the unit WOULD NOT FIT LARGE FRAME PERSONS / ANYONE ABOVE 180 lbs. LOCATION: 10 minutes to Capitol; 30 to Hershey; 35-45 to Gettysburg and Lancaster. Guests maintain the unit clean! I do NOT charge a cleaning fee But Do COLLECT PAYMENT, or use the cleaning deposit if the unit is returned uncleaned / damaged. PLS READ BELOW BEFORE SENDING A BOOKING INQUIRY: HOUSE RULES: 1. We conserve energy; pls avoid excessive cooling/heating. 4. You are a guest and not allowed to bring your guests or visitors (others not on the reservation list). Unauthorized visitors will be trespassers and removed by the police. 5. House rules follow the PA Tenement, Lodging, and Boarding Houses Act. The main items are: no visitors; maintain a clean unit and quiet atmosphere; no smoking, no vaping, no candles or any open fire, no illegal drugs or excessive drinking. No pets. Report any issue 24/7. 6. We apply pest control and disinfectant as per CDC guidelines. Way before the Corona era, the spread of bed bugs was and remains a major issue. Due to our tight pesticide procedures, WE HAVE NOT HAD BED-BUGS EVER IN OUR PLACES. You CAN NOT come if your belongings are infected. You agree to participate in the monthly 'Cleaning and Maintenance Day'. 7. Any violation may immediately terminate your stay, without a refund.
