Vacation in a penthouse here at Regency Towers, directly facing the Gulf of Mexico. With a beautiful view of the azure waters of the Gulf and snow white beaches this unit provides a true Pensacola Beach experience like no other. Witness your own personal Airshow when the Blue Angels, Coast Guard, or Air Force training planes fly by or watch pods of dolphins from the balcony. We are located on Santa Rosa Island, offering leisure and care-free living during your stay. Cradled between the tranquil waters of the Sound and Gulf, you are able to enjoy the serenity of island living; while being minutes from the conveniences extended by the mainland cities. The predominate southern breeze assures comfortable living and vacationing in any season with an array of outdoor activities such as sailing, charter boat fishing, tennis, hunting, swimming, golfing, scuba diving or just relaxing and enjoying the beautiful coast, sun and surf! Enjoy the 50x25 ft. swimming pool, directly on the Gulf, shaded by two condominium towers. Join us and let your back yard be the soft, white, cool, sand of Pensacola Beach. Sleeping Configuration: Master Bedroom: 1 King Bedroom 2: 2 Queens Living room: 1 Queen sleeper sofa We offer a 3 to a 4-night minimum stay except from June 1, 2024, until August 10, 2024, which is a 7-night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday only. Rents monthly November-March. Pet friendly with a fee of $185 for each trained dog 45 pounds and under. *Minimum rental age 25. Renter must occupy property for full term of their stay. **Reservation holder and card holder must be the same person. For security purposes, we cannot accept payments from individuals other than the reservation holder.

The property manager was adequately helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.

Condo not what we expected. Had water problem for 4 days before fixed. Beds need to be replaced. Very uncomfortable. Only had 2 chairs on balcony that was usable, for 4 people. Management brought 2 more. Had several issues and requested a partial refund, talked to management several times regarding this, was promised a return call, never happened. Over all not a good experience, would not recommend.

The property was overall clean, and ready for guest. The only problem we incurred was the last night there the elevators quit working. Also the air conditioning was very loud when it turned on.

Wonderful relaxing vacation. We spent most of our vacation sitting on the balcony enjoying the ocean and dolphin watching.

I liked this property because of its location close to the beach with easy access. This is a top floor unit with beautiful view of the ocean.
The only complaint I had was that the getting pans need to be replaced as well as the plates.

Overall, it was a nice unit. However, it was difficult to find. The unit number on the door is very tiny. Had to put my nose to the door to read the number. Also, there seemed to be a problem with air flow inside. The master bedroom was always several degrees warmer than the rest of the condo.

There was an electrical fire and our floor had no electricity. We still had 3 days left of vacation. We had to pack up with no ac or lights with 2 kids and a dog. We were told we needed to find somewheres else to go. Huge thunderstorm and tornado warnings while trying to load up our vehicle and call places for us to stay the night. Our vacation ended the next day because the hotel room was so expensive for 1 night and we were so stressed and tired.

Condo was clean and well equipped. Everything we needed was available. Painting had just been completed outside the unit and it looks great. Location is perfect, far enough from public beach but close enough to restaurants and shops. We will definitely be back

We really enjoyed this condo. The location and views were amazing. It was dog friendly for my little 4# morkie which was great. Condo was well stocked. We had to get used to the tv situation since it wasn’t cable but other than that we loved it. We will definitely rent again, hopefully in October.

When we arrived and opened the door, there was a bad odor. Sand was all over the floor, dog hairs in all beds, sand was in the double beds, a roach was crawling on the floor, candy wrappers and peanuts were in the in the double bedroom. We spent the first day cleaning the condo washing all bedding, sweeping and cleaning the floors before we felt comfortable staying. Other than that the beach was beautiful

If you want to see and hear the waves from your room, this is a great choice. We also liked the location on the island. It's relaxed and quiet. The condo is clean and had everything we needed for the week.

The condo was clean and in a great location. It was spacious and had a beautiful view and was well stocked. The only issue we had was the master bedroom mattress was sunk in and feels like you are laying on a piece of plywood. It was hard and very uncomfortable. As great as this condo is, I love sleeping more. If the mattress gets replaced, I would recommend. If not, I would go somewhere else unless you don't like sleeping.

Management company could not have been kinder and more helpful. View from the unit was spectacular. Owner could spend a little money and have a fabulous property. Mattresses are super old. Deck furniture is broken and mismatched. Small changes would mSke a big difference!

Great location. Master bed was pretty hard and the balcony furniture was in need of replacing- advice: get a smaller table.
Other than that, pool was great, the kitchen had everything you will need and more! Was awesome having an ice maker. If you have coffee drinkers, use the coffee pot vs the keurig because it's super small and it's awkward.
The kids loved it, our dog loved the glass on the balcony so he could check out the view too. Will be staying again!

Need to check & see if swimsuits were found that one guest left behind. I was just notified by my friend that she can’t fine her swimsuits & believes she left them in her bedroom.

Condo was large with convenient laundry in unit. Unit was a bit dated & worn. We had some issues with the cleanliness of the unit. Floors were dirty & sliding door in the bedroom wasn’t cleaned. The property manager sent someone over quickly to take care of this. The building was well taken care of. Several staff were constantly working to keep the lobby, common areas & pool areas clean. Carla checked on our stay & even fixed the disposal in our unit.

We enjoyed the location very much. Steps from the beach and an unblocked view of the Gulf. Did not have a lot of people crowding around us when we were there in June. The view was amazing and the condo was large enough for our family of five. We were disappointed by a few things. Overall, the condo could have been cleaner when we got there. I certainly did not expect to find Cheerios on the floor in plain sight. Also, I did not expect to have to go out the day of arrival to buy toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Maybe that is on me and I missed it in the agreement that I should bring those. The condo has a million dollar view. We would stay there again but with the hope that a few small details are addressed. If they do that, then this would be a great value for any family wanting to be on the beach and wanting to fall asleep to the sounds of the waves hitting the beach.

Overall I would highly recommend this beach front condo. Starting with the management company, they are the best I have ever dealt with. From communicating during the entire process to check in and check out they were top notch. The absolute best I have ever dealt with. The condo itself was beautiful. It just needs a little bit of TLC. A deep clean and a fresh coat of paint would make all the difference in the world. Very comfortable condo. Huge balcony. It is in a great location. Super easy access to a beautiful beach. We had a fabulous time and we would definitely stay again. Thank you all for a great vacation.

Walls were all marked up, needed some love almost in all areas! Not really a Penthouse sweet…
Faucets dripped, door handles had screws coming out of of them, toilets did not flush without holding down the handle. No extra toilet paper to be found and had to rush after 1 day to minimart.
Washing machine was broken so they swapped out while we were there, luckily we were in the area as the dog would have not been nice!
Whole complex seemed tired and needs some love.
Anyway we love the area just needed to be updated for sure.

An issue arose with the dryer, it wasn't working properly, not drying our clothes. PBR offered to cover the cost of using machines downstairs or going to laundromat. Also, the mattress in the master was not very good, definitely needs an upgrade. Would have loved to clean up sand, as it tracks in no matter what you do, but there was no dustpan, only a ****** broom. Tried using the shop vac but it wasn't the best either.

If you are looking for a beach oasis getaway, then you have found your place! Every morning - we sat on our balcony & watched the dolphins play close to the shore, they were out there for hours. We slept with our balcony door open so we fell asleep to the sounds of the ocean (it was amazing). The beach isn’t a private beach but it wasn’t over crowded by any means, we all had our own space & room. My ONLY complaint, on our last night we got new downstairs neighbors who would sit on the balcony & were extremely loud- I woke up to them at 5:15 am, which was annoying. However, they came at the end of our trip, so it didn’t spoil our fun! Condo is close to a lot of attractions as well!
