Beautifully furnished with great attention to detail, this villa features top-quality mattresses, flatscreen TVs, and a breezy outdoor balcony. Find tasteful decor inside and majestic live oaks outside. Delicious food and spectacular ocean views await at the Pelicans Nest restaurant at the beach club less than a mile from the villa (amenity card required). Bohicket Marina and Freshfields Village have additional restaurant and shopping options just outside the Seabrook gate. LIVING AREA The villa's stylish furnishings and quiet setting will quickly lull you into vacation mode. There's plenty of room for your guests on the spacious balcony and in the open-concept living area. A queen-size sleeper sofa and two armchairs surround a large 60-inch cable TV in the living room. Gather for appetizers and wine, or settle in for a group movie night. KITCHEN & DINING Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances shine in the modern kitchen, stocked with everything you need to fix special meals. The spacious French door fridge has lots of room for all your favorite foods and drinks. A formal dining area seats four on high back wicker chairs with two additional folding chairs stored nearby, while the nearby kitchen bar can accommodate two more. OUTDOOR AREA Take in views of towering live oaks from the private balcony. A dining table offers seating for four, and an electric grill is ready to use for afternoon cookouts. WHAT'S NEARBY You may never want to step outside of Seabrook Island Resort. Between the beach club, equestrian center (which offers beach rides!), indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, and golf, there's plenty to keep your group occupied from sunup to sundown. When dining out, head to Hege's in 3.3 miles for an authentic French meal, followed by an energizing cup of coffee at Java Java equidistant. Bohicket Marina and Market is a favorite shopping destination 10 minutes away, and Synergy Day Spa offers wonderfully restorative massages. The cultural mecca of Charleston is just 45 minutes away by car. Fort Sumter, Waterfront Park, and Rainbow Row are must-see sights, and Halls Chophouse is the hottest place for seafood and steak in the city. THINGS TO KNOW -Gate access is $40/vehicle. The condo is situated in an area that is quiet. So if you want a quiet and restful area, this is it. And the beach access is near also. The kitchen has everything we need. The condo is clean and well-maintained. And we had a great time exploring the area.

The condo itself was just as listed. Location was great, well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return. The only downside was the communication from the property manager. The deck was being repaired, and we did not have access until the day we were leaving. When I called, the property company told me they knew nothing about the repairs and that they would contact the property manager and get back to me, no one got back to me. Thankfully we weren't there much during the day because the repairs were noisy.

Our first time to stay on Seabrook Island. Wow! Really enjoyed the condo. Clean, comfortable for five, well stocked. Two bags of ice in the freezer. Nice deck. Extra beach chairs came in handy. Close to beach and island club. Nice living room with comfy seating for movie nights. Well appointed kitchen. Just really enjoyed our stay. We're already planning to come back next year.

It was odd that the master bedroom did not have a bathroom attached. The 2nd bedroom did. Also kitchen only had bare necessities. No spices, coffee, that is typically offered at rentals

Confortable beds and LR couch. Kitchen was updated and nice with all cookware you need but you do need to bring your own cooking basics of EVOO, spices, etc. You also need to bring your own coffee for the drip machine. Our stay was very quiet as hardly any other units around us were occupied. Beautiful area, would make for great walks. We would stay again.

The property and location we’re great! Only gave 4 stars overall because property management company failed to email us our access pass prior to arriving (home is in a gated community). Also, WiFi did not work at first and continued to go off and on, making the Roku TV difficult to use. Overall, house was in a great location for what we needed it for.
