Take an easy 1-block walk to Coligny Plaza, boasting more than 60 specialty shops, restaurants, and entertainment for all ages. In addition to championship golf courses and tennis courts, the island is interlaced with an extensive network of trails so you can easily explore by bike or on foot. Take in a show at the island's 349-seat theatre. From musicals to concerts, the art center does a remarkable job of providing the best in Hilton Head entertainment. Heading to the RBC Heritage golf tournament? Take a shuttle from the property to this event. Return home to have dinner on your private balcony with serene courtyard views. After a fun-filled beach day just outside your door, relax in the remodeled living room. Enjoy a movie on the 50' TV with private balcony access from the living room. The chef in your group will appreciate the beautifully renovated kitchen with updates such as granite countertops, premium cabinets, all-new appliances, and bar seating. Relax in the primary bedroom with a king bed, TV, dresser, private balcony, and a remodeled en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom includes two queen beds, a large dresser, and an updated en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination and surface-mounted lighting. Things to Know The Ocean One complex is currently under an extensive remodeling project. The end date for this project will not occur until the spring of 2024. The elevator is down until June 2, 2024, and there is construction on the outside of the building including scaffolding in the area around the complex. Trailers, boats, and campers are not allowed on the Ocean One grounds. This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Very clean and great location. Only thing we didn't like was the beds were too soft for our liking. And the unit needs a Keurig coffee maker. They aren't that expensive at Wal-Mart or Target. Also would be a great idea for the property management to paint lines in the parking lot. I read somewhere the entire building is getting a makeover. Maybe a few more parking spaces and lines for spaces would be a big plus.

this place was perfect. It was nicely decorated, very clean, very comfortable and very convenient. Everything you need is right there. The pool was also beautiful and clean. I would absolutely return to this place and specifically to this unit. For a much-needed vacation, this was definitely the answer. Five stars for sure!

Overall well maintained property. Condo amenities and furniture were up to date. Pool was very nice. Used the gas grills a couple of times which was nice. Loved the close proximity to the beach. Under the beds need to be swept after each stay, found some items that didn’t belong to us. Also concerned with cleanliness of the decorative pillows. Overall pretty happy with the unit.

Great location, very clean, plenty of room, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, quiet, private, TV had unending channels, quality appliances and very close to the beach, but why use a 10 digit entry code and not share the beach access code with tenants? Vacasa is used for nearly all communication.

The location is perfect. The condo had everything you need. The pool area was wonderful and the beach access was conveniently close to the sand.

Loved everything about this place. The size was perfect, proximity to shopping, restaurants and bars and the beach was as well. I would definitely stay here again.
The only thing that lacked but wasnt the end of the world was the need for extra trash bags and toilet paper, other than that, great overall.

The floors were gritty with sand upon arrival and q-tips under the vanity and bugs in the floor. The mirror behind the door was smeared with gobs of lotion or something nasty. The closet areas and the balcony were dirty and very disorganized. We didn’t use anything in the kitchen except one pan and covered it with foil before using. Very disappointed that we had to clean when we arrived. Definitely would stay at Ocean One again but maybe choose a different condo.

This particular spot is really solid. Overall great location (extremely walkable), great complex, with great access to the beach. It's busy, so if you're looking for something low-key this might not be the best option. But, if you're vacationing with friends/family who don't mind that, or would like to be in a family-friendly place - this is an excellent option. Management is solid, everything lived up to expectation, and I'd book it again if revisiting with a small group of friends or family.

We spent six nights at 220 Ocean One and loved every minute of it. Great location close to shopping and restaurants as well as steps away from the beach. The layout of the condo was perfect for our family of 6 and we appreciated the beach closet with wagon, chairs, boogie boards, etc. The only thing missing was an ocean view but I would definitely rent here again!

We really enjoyed this property! Check-in was seamless, location was perfect, and super clean!! My only recommendation are more linens, specifically towels. I listed everyone on the reservation and we still didn't have enough towels and washcloths. So we ended up doing tons of laundry. Otherwise, perfect stay!!

We enjoyed our beach stay at this property. It was a very convenient location as it was just a short walk to the beach, a playground, Coligny plaza, restaurants, and shopping!!! The property was beautifully decorated and was accurately represented in pictures on the listing. We have a family of 6 and there was plenty of room for sleeping, relaxing and hanging out, dining and the convenience of having 2 full bathrooms was very handy! It was great having a washer and dryer as well! We would definitely stay at this property again in the future!

Property is close to the beach. It's about 1-2 minute walk to the beech. The location of this beech is such that we are able to watch sunrise and sunset everyday.

We had a great stay in Hilton Head! We love the area and the location can’t be beat - just a short walk from Coligny. The beach access was great with a wagon. The pool was nothing special but made our toddlers happy. The condo itself was well equipped. The rug in the living room needs replacing - our baby had black knees and feet after crawling on it (it may have been the long hallway rug too I’m not sure). The living room and bedrooms would benefit from blackout curtains as well. Overall we loved the condo and would stay again. We were traveling with a 16 month old and 3.5 year old and they had a blast. We slept the baby in the dining area but there was plenty of room for our pack n play in the primary bedroom. Other parents of young kids: bring cabinet locks and your firestick. We grabbed the firestick which made finding the shows for the kids easy. I made due with a hair tie on the kitchen sink cabinet to keep the baby out. There is a beach closet equipped with wagon, chairs, toys and boogie boards. We brought our own stuff but it was nice to have access to all that stuff.

We've been vacationing on HHI for the past 20 years during Labor Day week. We have always stayed at another place on the same street while vacating......our first time here but will be back again as out new vacation spot! ♥️

Condo was decorated very pretty. Area beautiful. Upon entering it was not clean, I had to clean the floor, part of the refrigerator & linens. Countertop dirty. Floor s sandy.There was not enough linens for everyone., laundry being done often. Air conditioning broke/ did not work.
Tubs drained extremely slowly.
Condo needs some upkeep!
I will say I did receive immediate phone& email follow up from the rental group persons. Pictures sent.
