LUXURY is in the name, but "relaxed, comfortable, fun to live in" are better adjectives for this place. Wish it was on the beach, but THAT would make this a luxury.

We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again! The house fit all 18 of us comfortably and the view of the bay was super pretty and you can fish out on the dock. They added chairs to the balcony so it was a perfect hang out spot. It’s really close to everything and in walking distance to the beach.

The home needed some updates and repairs. The master bedroom ceiling fan rocked back and forth so hard when turned on we thought it would fall down. The downstairs garage area was super dirty and in need of repairs. The garage door only opened partially and the door under the back deck leading into garage area had a broke doorknob/lock and couldn’t be secured. The decks were in rough shape and if you went outside without shoes you would get splinters in your foot. There were several loose boards as well. The refrigerator shelves were broken which limited the space you had inside of it. The ice maker made ice but didn’t dispense the ice. But over all it was a place to sleep our groups of 18 and we were able to enjoy the nearby beach.

Pros: great location, walkable to nearby public beach access and lagoon for kayaking. Our kids loved the dock. Cons: Stairs inside house are unsafe. Numerous people nearly fell on poorly laid carpet. Not stocked well for groups. Lots of cosmetic issues. Limited chairs inside and none outside. Parking is limited.

No cable No internet had to use phone hotspot to watch tv pool in pictures does not come with house was why I picked the house there was nothing at the house that it said it came with accept washer and dryer HOUSE ITSELF IS REAL BEAUTIFUL

This home had enough room for all of us to have some personal space. Loved the morning walk to coffee shop and two blocks to public access beach.

House was as expected. Lots of space, beds were comfortable and bathrooms were spacious. Only downfalls we’re we came to check in at 4 and they were still cleaning and we found some dirty towels and left over clothes under the bed. No extra trash bags so if you stay you might bring Some. Outdoor seating would have been nice for the decks. Luckily we were there for baseball and had folding chairs. The dock was great for the kids to fish off of. Walk to the beach was not bad. Overall the place was great and we would definitely stay again.

The pictures do not do this place Justice. More beautiful in person. There was plenty of room for our family of 6. We enjoyed our time there very much
