Enjoy more beautiful mountain views from the comfort of the condo's private balcony or the living area lined with large windows. Cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace with a vacation read, or stretch out and watch favorite shows on the TV. The well-equipped kitchen features everything you need to prepare family-style meals. Perch at the three-person kitchen while the chef cooks, then gather at the six-person dining table when it's time to eat. To enjoy amenities, keycard access will be given by Purgatory Front Desk upon verification of guest name. This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning or a washer/dryer. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
