There is a four-person dining table and a convenient breakfast bar seating four. This rustic abode has two well-appointed bedrooms, each one with A/C units and comfortable beds - the main bedroom additionally features a smart TV. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Things to Know There is a bus available to the slopes. There are ski lockers located in the hallway. You must go down a flight of stairs to reach the home. The community pool is closed during the winter and open Memorial through Labor Day. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Ski shuttle details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Conveniently located 5min. from Pico, 15min from Killington, 10 min from grocery store. Condo was in quiet end. Very clean and lots of storage space. Kitchen had enough to prep simple meal. The shower was nice and steamy esp after all day skiing. The gas fireplace makes a cozy and relaxing ambiance. Comunal laundry was 2 doors down the the hallway. Only takes electronic payments, credit card etc Parking space across from condo making loading and unloading easier. Great space! But too many fees. Almost as much as the rent.

The unit was very clean and tidy, with a good number of amenities. It does not have air conditioning, but during the very hot and humid days of my stay the unit remained cool. One note to Verizon cell phone users is that there was zero service there, and even when using WiFi calling the usage was highly intermittent. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

Loved the convenience to town and also the privacy. Sadly the floors were dirty and has to be "re-cleaned" but the rugs were old and vacuuming just wasn't enough. The couches were worn and had a dirty feeling. The shower/tub was oddly squishy as the base felt like standing on a water pillow.

Condo was a bit dated but very nice. Great location. Not to make a big deal of things there was a dead mouse on living room carpet when we arrived. Maybe the complex was recently exterminated but they should have walked through the morning before we arrived. We still had a very good stay.

Close to Pico and Killington for skiing. Also close to amazing hiking trails. Perfect space for ski get away or to explore nearby Vermont towns
