The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The house had everything we needed for our stay. There was lots of room and would be great for a family traveling together. One minor complaint was that the master bedroom had its own AC unit and that room stayed warmer than the rest of the house.

Flip Flop Inn was in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room and fun beach themes throughout the house like the tiki bar at the kitchen. Big fenced yard for our dog. Would recommend to families and those who vacation with their dogs.

The only issues I had were minor… the ice maker didn’t work, I had to run to buy coffee filters, and Internet was spotty. Otherwise it was awesome!

Loved the location and super friendly neighborhood. Stairs were dangerous for us - washer/dryer is technically outside. Appliances very old. Needs garbage cans in BR and the Streaming TV was a challenge. Very hard to get door locked from outside. Vacasa staff worked very hard to make out stay better so we enjoyed 16 days in Flip Flop Inn. Thank you Vacasa.

Wonderful location, the teens loved the boogie boards and surfing on the waves, everything about the house was lovely, clean and perfect! Thanks for two showers and a tub, by the way, with everyone coming in from the beach with sand in places only a shower could fix! thanks again!
