This beautiful four bedroom, 2.5 bath Cape home was fully renovated in 2017 and is located idyllically just a 0.1 mile walk away from both Long Pond and Greenland Pond in the private Beechwood Landing enclave in Brewster, MA (off Rt. 137). This dream-like home is a unique opportunity for boat owners looking for a family vacation inclusive of a mooring on Long Pond, the largest freshwater lake in Cape Cod. It is located on a quiet cul-de-sac that ends in a private dock on Long Pond where you can enjoy the most spectacular sunsets across the lake. This inviting respite, landscaped with a beautiful lawn surrounded by hydrangeas, epitomizes the leisure and otherworldly experience that Cape Cod is renowned for. It is a mere four miles away from the beautiful Cape Cod Bay and the famous flats and beaches of Brewster. Boat owners can access Long Pond via three ramps (two in Harwich and one in Brewster) and can moor their boat at the Long Pond dock (just 0.1 mile walk from the home). Upon entering, guests are greeted with bright, white walls and stunning light wood floors allowing the natural light from the windows to bounce off them, creating a happy and inviting space. Winding around to the kitchen, stainless steel appliances and vast counter spaces are perfect for putting together some tasty meals. Gather in the inviting living area at the end of the day to share stories with family and friends or curl up with a good book. (The fireplace is not operational.) The ground floor of the home features an inviting foyer leading to a family room with plenty of comfortable sofas, a six-seat dining area with an open kitchen and a half bathroom. This level also features French doors that open to a large deck with outdoor dining furniture and a gas grill. The lower level of the home has a large entertainment space with movies, Sony PS3 gaming system, a DVD player, and a smart TV with streaming capabilities and two large leather couches with a walk-out to the back yard from large French doors. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
