Situated across the street from the Logan River Golf Course and driving range. Within walking distance of the Logan River Trail, Willow Park, Cache County Fair and Rodeo Grounds, and the Logan Aquatic Center. Also conveniently located to shopping and downtown Logan. The condo sleeps 10 in soft and cozy new beds. There is also a pack and play crib and 3 twin size fold out beds that allow sleeping space for up to 14 for an amazing stay. Full game room located in the garage with foosball, air hockey, and ping pong table.

Bedding and towels not washed. Kitchen floor dirty.
We enjoyed the location. The beds were comfortable. We Cleaned it up a bit and we had a great time!

Very nice home. Owner was always responsive to emails. Would recommend it. There were a few little things that were overlooked some supplies that were out but those things will happen.

We had so much fun at this rental. My parents, sister’s family and my family stayed here. There were electric scooters, ping pong, air hockey & foosball that kept the kids as well as the adults entertained. The living / Kitchen area was large enough for all of us to relax, chat and watch football. I would definitely recommend staying here!

I can't say enough good about the GREAT communication with the owner and how helpful he was!! We had some issues come up with our travel plans and he went out of his way to accommodate our circumstances. I can't wait for our next trip to Cache Valley to book this property!

We stayed for a few days for my daughter’s wedding. The hosts were great about answering any questions and taking care of any needs we had. The rental itself is very nice and provided a great place for us to hang out and do whatever wedding prep we needed. We would stay again.

We stayed here for a funeral and the hosts went above and beyond. They were very quick at responding to any questions and even provided a great welcome basket with snacks!

Stayed here to visit our daughter. Plenty of room. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen is pretty well stocked. Games in the garage were a plus. The views from the front and back are amazing and it is close to very nice walking trails We'll be back

We very much enjoyed our stay. We needed a place last minute and the host was gracious, helpful, and accommodating. The space was clean and spacious with some fun extras. Location is fantastic near parks, trails, and golf course. We hope to return again.

We came to Brigham city for a pickleball tournament. The home was great to stay in. The host were awesome with great communication and a sweet little gift when we arrived.

We had such a great stay here! The townhouse was very clean and comfortable. It was in a fantastic location near the golf course and near a beautiful trail system. We took a ride on the electric scooters the property provided and had a wonderful time. There was also a ping pong table, a foosball table, and air hockey. You could stay home all day and never get bored!
The beds were very comfortable and all the rooms were very spacious.

The townhome very was nice, clean, and spacious and the game room in the garage was nice touch. Communication with the owners was easy and quick and the owners checked on us before check in after check out. All of the instructions for check in and check out were easy and a lot of communication is want really needed.
I will definitely try to stay there again whenever I’m in Logan!

Enjoyed our stay in Logan. The property was clean and had nice amenities. Had some great family time in the game room. Back patio was a pleasant place for coffee in the morning!

This condo was incredible, we slept my whole family group of 9 comfortably. It is perfectly located close to literally EVERYTHING! Walking distance from the baseball fields, Willow Park Zoo, Parks, Logan River Walk. We even walked to the golf course driving range in the evening to hit some balls.
The property is incredibly clean, comfortable and has all of the kitchen needs to cook each meal at the home! The bedrooms are spacious, the beds were super comfy. The condo was exceptionally clean and the games in the garage were a blast. My family will definitely be staying at this property next time we come to Logan!

We couldn't have asked for a more accommodating host! Not only was the house VERY clean, but Devin delivered a cooler to the house for us to use during our stay, so we didn't have to purchase one. This home is perfectly set up for a large family and is equipped with everything you need. I highly recommend this home and the location was perfect.

This townhouse is so cute, clean and such a convenient locations. We LOVED it! We had a group of friends, 6 ladies, stay at this location for 3 days. The property managers were amazing to work with and everything was as good or better than we expected from the listing. It is comfortable and had everything we needed. The games in the garage were super fun. We used the scooters to check out the local park and zoo and so fun to cruise around close to the townhouse. I would highly recommend staying at this cute townhouse.
