Location in front of the ferry terminal is good. Playa Norte is 10 mins away.

At first I don't understand how this property has 8 on booking. Second this hotel is definitely not a 3 star hotel. It is no star hotel at all. It was super dirty. Shower fool of hairs. Shower wall was all covered with long black hair. I'm still feeling bad when I remember this. Linen dirty. Towels are very thin, gray (used to be white sometimes) and damaged. Room was bad as well, single small window is looking out to corridor and was not working properly and not opening, i.e. there was no window in the room. Wifi connection simply doesnt exist. In public areas it is sooo slow that you cannot use it. I really cannot think of any positive feedback. I do not recommend this hotel. Hotel was empty for whole week we stayed, but when I asked for late checkout for several hours, I was refused. UPDATE: original I put 3. After publishing this review hotel management contacted me. Instead of giving some apologies they accused me in lie. Said that others staying in exact same room liked it. Most fanny part was: "wifi is perfect". Just for your information, perfect wifi is 1mb up and 0.1mb down (megabit, not megabytes). You can assume about everything else. SECOND UPDATE: Several days has passed after me publishing the review and hotel still writes me messages. Unfortunately these are not a messages for excuses but an offensive messages. Try to avoid this property.

Right across from the ferry. It is nice and clean with water view. Great for the price. Will stay again.

No wifi in room which I don't understand when the rooms have smart TVs. Come on management. It is 2022. If I have work to do I will have to stay at another hotel next time.

Location was great , a really short walk across the street from the Ultramar ferry boat. The room was very clean and the air conditioner and fan worked great. The little refrigerator in the room was a plus. The people that work at this Hotel are really kind . It takes a minute for the shower to get hot water , but it's no big deal as I stayed on the 3rd floor. Enjoyed the balcony view )) I stayed here 5 days and enjoyed it.

I have no complaints about the hotel or staff or the room. It was enjoyable and I look forward to going back again. I just keep texting how good it was because you should stay here and enjoy a clean room and nice people ))

Price. They used to have a kitchen but you can’t use it.

It was easy access from the boat but a walk to the nicer beach area. It was a large room but loud at night.

incredibly accesible! right across from ferry landing. near everything! cold a/c! very clean with daily housekeeping. amazing staff!! forgot my apple watch and staff retrieved and saved it for me until I was able to go a couple days later! thank you so much!

The location was great! It was right in front of ferry station and about 5 minute walk to the beach. Staff were friendly and the room was clean. It had what we needed. Bed, AC, bathroom, fridge.

The wifi did not reach our room. We coould only use wifi if we were in the lobby which was not ideal. Also, when the 2 nights I stayed there there were loud neighbors. I barley slept one night and the next was better but I still got woken up.

It was a nice hotel with a good location. Walking to the beach was around 5-10 minutes. Isla Mujeres is very nice.

Unfortunately someone from housekeeping walked in, without even knocking, at 8am while we were still sleeping :(

the place was great except for the water. at times there was some water and some none at all. Taking a shower was excruciating to say the least. When the water did work it was just the smallest stream of cold water.

The location was fabulous the staff was very helpful the staff was very pleasant.

The hotel had some physical defects.

It doesn't look much from the outside but rooms are great: amazingly friendly receptionists; large, clean room; comfortable bed and pillow; very well equipped; water refill. Great view from the roof, even if it is currently used as a broken furniture store rather than the wonderful roof terrace it could be.

The convenient location directly opposite the ferry terminal means a trade off in terms of noise, both vehicle, people and ferry horns. Light sleepers will need earplugs. Astonishingly given the price, there's only wifi in reception and the seating / eating area on the first floor. There's no in-room wifi and no plans to install it (unless your room is right next to the eating area). The card machine wasn't working either so I had to pay in cash.

Everything was great, except the water pressure (but that’s to be expected on the island). Frank and his staff were all awesome and very friendly. We had a minor issue with the shower drain but they responded immediately to it and dealt with the issue promptly. Very clean and well worth the price, thanks to you all…we had a great time. Adios until next year.
