The terrace was nice

Great location, well-equipped, clean

Quite noisy with traffic at night and early morning, very small, parking difficult to find

Liked the location, the communication with the owner, the completeness of the facilities

The place CAN sleep 4. However, the only bathroom is ensuite to the one bedroom. Therefore, it can make for some interesting dynamics if there are nighttime pee-ers. 😂 Also, the place is small so the sound insulation between rooms is weak. Thirdly, the key situation. We arrived at night, so the numbers on the lockbox (to retrieve the keys) were difficult to decipher (silver on silver). The host said the red key for the front door. Well, the key was silver color with just faint red paint near the key brand. Finally, our bad, as stupid Americans, we forgot 2nd floor is TWO levels up! 😂

Very cosy aparrment with everything that I needed, it was perfect for a 5 night stay in Sevilla. The roof terrace was a really nice touch and I really appreciated the small extra's like kitchen towels, soap, washing powder

The TV could be a bit bigger, I thought it was quite small for the size of room.

Lovely little apartment with a private terrace. Had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Super clean, bright and new. We found a free parking lot just 1min from the apartment which was a huge plus. Location worked well for us, also because we got a sevici bike subscription.

It‘s quite noisy, so we had to sleep with earplugs. It‘s located in a small street but you get the noise from the larger street across the corner due to the very thin windows.

The apartment is small but comfortable for 1 person stay. I found everything I needed in the kitchen. AC is both in the living room and in the bedroom. The neighborhood is very nice, with a cafe just next to the house, and supermarkets around the corner. Several bus stops in a close proximity make it easy to reach various destinations in the city. I have not met the host in person, but we communicated over Whatsapp and everything went smoothly! I enjoyed my stay.

I slept with earplugs due to the noise from the street. The terrace is super nice but it's one floor up from the apartment (so no entrance from the flat directly) and I got locked there once by other neighbor (luckily the host could help very fast!)

Nice apartment, well equipped, everything works perfectly. Wonderful private terrace. Easy to park for free :)
