The ambience
No amenities as claimed on booking.com. No satellite tv, no coffee or tea maker, food has to be ordered from outside. Bathroom smelled of sewer . When you ask for cutlery there is always an excuse that they are under wash.There is a mosque attached to the property that blares a loud speaker in your ear at 4 am and continues at multiple times. As of writing this review I was not given an invoice for my stay for 3 days. Booking platform should verify if amenities claimed on websites are true.

No breakfast. Good walk over footbridge to town. Akhal very helpful
The map location on booking.com was completely wrong and needs to be corrected. No other guests
