Nos dieron una habitación que ya estaba ocupada, y ni se disculparon… Y nos dieron otra peor (había hormigas). no hay agua caliente en la ducha, y te dicen que es lo normal en la isla. 🙄El buffet parece que les cuesta darte de comer, mi acompañante fue a pedir una arepa más y le dijeron que NO, y en ningún momento se pidió nada de más, ya que son ellos mismos los que te sirven la cantidad. En fin la isla super bien, pero el hotel una decepción, todo en general, personal de recepción, personal del buffet, nos sentimos super mal tratadas y tanto mi amiga como yo nos quedamos con la sensación de que jamás se nos había tratado de esa manera. Espero que mejoréis el servicio, y la atención, porque ha sido una experiencia mala mala para nosotras, ni a tu peor enemigo le recomendarías este lugar.

El hotel es bonito; nos gustó mucho la piscina y el área de desayuno. Las habitaciones tienen un buen tamaño, la cama es confortable y hay aire acondicionado. Al principio, tuvimos dificultades para cancelar una de las habitaciones que reservamos (parte de nuestra familia no pudo ir por cuestiones de salud), pero al final resolvieron nuestra situación. Los empleados, sobre todo aquellos que organizaban el desayuno y los de la limpieza, eran muy cordiales. Todos los días arreglaban nuestras habitaciones y limpiaban la piscina. El hotel cuenta con transporte gratuito hasta el centro, lo cual nos ayudó bastante.

Faltaba una silla en la habitación y un balcón para dejar las ropas de baño al sol. El desayuno en general era bueno, pero con pocas opciones de frutas y a veces algunas comidas se acababan antes del horario final.

Room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The staff do not speak a word of English and offer zero information, tours or motorbike hire - this made it very hard to figure out what to do or where to go. The location is poor as it is water facing but not on an actual beach and it is far from the city centre and also far from any restaurants or activities - you literally need a taxi or motorbike to do anything. The wifi does not work unless you sit at the reception outside and even there it is very weak and barely works (we thought this maybe was an island-wide problem and later moved to another hotel to find it was not). There was no hot water in our room. We asked them to fix it they said there's no hot water to this part of the building. Finally they moved us to another room and still there was no hot water. The breakfast is very average, only open for an hour and a half window and never enough food, when things were finished nothing was replaced. Things that are listed to be included in our room (at time of booking) that are not actually included are: - bottled water - pool towels - mountain views - dining table and chairs - small pool - minibar (there is a tiny fridge but no minibar) - wifi

Completely not worth, much better to rent a room or a house! Expensive and with no services. And not that clean.
