Nestled in Beach Haven, this lovely house for £1,471 per night is a great choice for your next break. We welcome you to spend your LBI vacation in our newly constructed custom designed ocean-side home in Beach Haven’s charming Historic District! “Our little piece of Haven” is conveniently located right in the heart of Beach Haven. Only a short walk (2 blocks) to the beach and a few short blocks from Fantasy Island, Thundering Surf, Bay Village, Tuckers, The Seashell, The Gables, Chicken or the Egg, and many more restaurants. Just park your car and walk or bike to your favorite attractions! Our home features 4 bedrooms, 3 full and 1 half baths, with a bright and open floor plan, large family room, gorgeous coastal kitchen w/ breakfast nook and large island, separate dining room, abundant deck and patio space for outdoor living, rooftop deck to catch that famous LBI sunset, french doors to terrace off master, custom bunk room (sleeps 4), mudroom/laundry room, 2nd floor coffee/cocktail area, outdoor wash station, and heated pool. 2 zone HVAC and a traditional coastal cottage design professionally decorated with tons of nautical charm. Rental includes 8 beach badges. Please note, linens and towels are not included and are the responsibility of the guests. Our cleaning company is taking extra precautions in keeping our home as clean and disinfected as possible, there fore we also strongly recommend our guests bring blankets and pillows in light of COVID-19. We are happy to provide a local rental company to help accommodate your linen needs. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS, NO EXCEPTIONS.

We were in town for a wedding. The house was spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated. Did not cook in but kitchen appeared to be stocked with anything you would need. Grandkids loved finding games and were happily occupied. Wonderful stay!

This home is magnificent. Large, open first floor living space with expansive outdoor deck and patio. The bedrooms are spacious with custom bathrooms and comfortable sleeping accommodations. The location is ideal just two blocks from the oceanside beach and restaurants and a market right around the corner. The owners are great. Very responsive and clearly want their guests to have a wonderful experience!

Beautiful, clean, and spacious! The house was perfect for hosting a large group, and all furniture and finishes are in great shape. Wonderful location, close to the beach and in close walking distance to restaurants and shops. Host provided helpful and detailed information before we arrived. We hope to visit again!

This wonderful, spacious, and beautifully decorated home, is quintecentially LBI (if you know you know). Having come to Beach Haven for the past 40 years, Vanessa's house sums up all one needs for a happy, fun, and relaxing vacation. The house is within walking distance; from the grocery store, Fantasy Island, to the shops on the Wharf, all within walking distance. Park your car and walk, unless you intend to visit Andy's in Barnagate. We were able to share a wonderful time with as a multi-generational family. Our kids enjoyed the proximity to the beach, and enjoyed plunging into the pool in the evenings. Get ready for some amazing sunrises and sunsets atop the roof deck. Vanessa was incrediably responsive with whatever was needed, though one doesn't need much when you're staying in a home that has everything! We are looking forward to returning again next year. Thank you Vanessa for such a lovely stay, and sharing your home with our family.

I don't believe if I owned such a gorgeous home I'd be willing to share but thankfully this family is. We had the best multi-family stay at this property. Everyone that walked in was in awe of the gorgeous open concept, high ceilings and well-appointed living space. The backyard pool was also a HUGE hit. 3 short blocks to the beach - really can't be beat. Best vacation rental in our lifetimes thus far. Thank you for allowing us to stay - we'll be back!!

Vanessa’s home was beautiful and fully equipped with everything you need for a family vacation. My husband and I brought our 3 young children and the home and location were perfect. Nothing was more than a 10 min walk away, beach, bay, great restaurants, groceries, shopping, coffee and ice cream. Vanessa was a fantastic host and very responsive for any questions. We’ll be back again!

There aren't enough great things to say about the property and the host. Wow. We stayed for one evening in November to celebrate two family birthdays with a nice dinner. I swear, every inch of the house was perfectly curated. We spent most of the time just walking around oo-ing and ah-ing at the beautiful property. But, the kindness or the host was worth staying again. If you are looking for a property and fabulous experience, this was worth every penny.
