This was the most disappointing stay at a Best Western I have experienced. When we arrived there was no hot water, the TV was not working and the heat was not working as well. They did come to the room to fix it but the hot water only stayed hot for a few minutes during our showers throughout our stay. We were really disappointed with the breakfast as well.

Service was bad toilet was stopped up for 3 days of the stay. Was told that maintenance was gone. Horrible experience

Hotel rooms were decently priced. However, our room on the 4th floor (where we stayed) as well as the corridor absolutely STUNK of stale smoke (seemed to be both cigarettes and marijuana). We felt the bed was quite uncomfortable. The bathroom sink and shower took several minutes for the water to get hot. Also, I had to call the hotel several times prior to arrival, and at least twice (on different days), I had to call back later as nobody picked up the phone. The front desk and housekeeping staff were very courteous. Breakfast was OK (coffee was great!), would be nice to have more drink options (more milk, more juice choices, etc.).

It was a good stay. Tv didnt work in one of the rooms, but we basically just used the room to sleep. The front staff was very courteous. Breakfast was decent, good location to visit six flags.

I would say that I got my money’s worth. Honestly, the pictures posted did not do justice for this hotel.Pros: It is newly renovated, smells fresh and clean. Staff are friendly and responsive. Quick check-in and check-out. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is decent. Cons: Wi-Fi connection is slow, few channels to watch. Location is right off the ramp so if you missed it, you have to make a huge turn around. And it would nice if rooms have microwave ovens especially if you have small children to warm snacks and foods instead of going down to the lobby to heat up food.

Bathrooms could be a little cleaner, especially the towels, i think more hair was on them than on my body. The rest of the room was pretty clean and the beds were pretty comfortable. Overall fair value for the price and wasnt a far drive for the Braves game

Don’t stay here. The rooms looked clean on the surface, but they hadn’t cleaned the bathrooms well, and surfaces were dusty. The breakfast area was a mess and nasty, and my shoes were sticky from the floor of the breakfast area. I guess it was syrup from the waffle station. It had stormed last night and when the power flashed, the ice machine on our hall started beeping. We called down twice and it took them over 2 hours to fix it. Because of the beeping, I couldn’t sleep. The roof was leaking on our hallway and there was a puddle of water outside of the elevator. I usually never leave reviews, but this was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at.

I've stayed here often in the last month because my mother is in a hospital about 8 miles away. It's right off 285 and fairly central to the Atlanta area. The hotel was recently renovated in a modern theme and mostly clean except for outside trash cans were full and the elevator needs to be updated and cleaned. The beds are fairly comfortable but the pillows are polyester and too small. I bring my own king pillow. The rooms have a mini fridge and some of them have microwaves. I don't usually eat the continental breakfast but sometimes grab a yogurt when I'm leaving. When they renovated, they installed new toilets but the seat & cover are not commercial quality and every time I have to tighten them or they try to slide off to one side. It's nasty and I have to wash my hands off but better than falling. Now for the TV, it's a pain to determine how to get just live TV so ask the front desk when you check-in. It seems to be made for streaming services. The hotel seems to be in a safe area but lots of traffic on the main road so I wouldn't suggest walking across unless you don't have a car. There are several restaurants close by. Since the hotel is at I-285 there is lots of traffic noise on that side of the hotel and I'm a light sleeper, so I stay on the parking lot side. Overall, it's a decent hotel for the price.

The main thing was the pool and we was in able to use the pool

My stay was great. My only issue was not being able to do my laundry for the week. I travel for work. I needed to wash my work uniforms due to the machines being “out of order” I couldn’t. Big inconvenience!

The stay and the Hotel was nice, the only problem we had was the hot water in the sink was not working properly. The shower was working after someone checked it.

This was a nice place to stay though the breakfast could have been better the option for peanut butter especially.

We have paid so much more and gotten so much less. Less is friendly and helpful. Room is clean AND smells clean. This facility must have an air filtration system because the entire building smells fresh. Our stay was so i could receive medical treatment at a nearby hospital, so I promise you that I am sensitive to smells. They are a little light on towels, but i have no doubt you get more with no problem; the staff is so helpful. We did not have a chance to try breakfast on this particular stay, but we will be back, and I will update this review. Really appreciated the cleanliness, not only in the rooms but the common areas. A bargain at this central location.

The hotel is a great value for the money. Very clean. My only issue was the problem with the internet connection.

The stay was nice and met all of our needs. There was laundry on site which was nice. I have nothing bad to say about this stay and I'm very particular. They had breakfast but even better was Waffle House across the street. Atlanta tourist breakfast spot did not disappoint. Two exits away from the mall and baseball stadium. Convenient location. Nice staff.

I booked the room for my husband and his friend who were driving another friend’s car down to Florida. I don’t know the area but I saw that it was a Best Western and figured it had to be decent. He said that even though the area looked more like an industrial park they were greatly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the room and the common areas! So thank you team at that hotel

My mom and I stayed here for an event. It was our fave of all the hotels we’ve stayed in over the last few months, and that’s been a lot. It was very comfortable and nice. Will definitely stay again!

No TV service in the rooms. Has smart TV available but WiFi only works half the time. Nicely updated rooms but low water pressure. Breakfast is also hit and miss. Items missing most of the time making choice’s very limited.

Very nice place. Looks new even though it isn’t a new property. Very comfortable and clean room. Staff were friendly.

I like the management was nice. Need more work on cleaning elevator and work on the breakfast.

I had ordered a non-smoking room, this room smelled like it had been used as a smoking room at some point as it did have a heavy odor to it walking in that lingered the whole stay. The sheets and comforter had stains but the room was otherwise clean. The staff was very nice and friendly and the hotel was clean and well kept.

Overall good stay with kind service. My only complaint is the whole place smelled like weed from several guests (one even openly walking with weed).

The bathtub is very dirty The smell of cigarette smoke mixed with perfume is very unpleasant in the room. If the breakfast items are gone, the staff will not replenish them.

This is nice experience. The can do better with the breakfast
