This was my second stay at this location. I have been pleased with the customer service provided by the staff. They are very helpful when called upon. The Manager was nothing short of FANTASTIC....... Job well done Blake Kenya and family

Room was overall fine. Swimming pool was quite green and slimey. Because they said we were using a third party to pay we had to put down a$100 deposit. Didn’t make sense to me

The floor hadn’t been swept in days, the elevator needed to be deep cleaned, I can’t imagine the germs in the carpet!! There is hanging electrical wires from the ceiling. The site advertised breakfast, but then when you got to the hotel it was Continental breakfast. Who even does that any more.

I searched for a hotel for a couple nights with my children to stay somewhere with a pool. I chose this location specifically because of its proximity to local amenities and the pool. During checkin, the front clerk could not verify if the room had been paid for so I paid with a credit card. The amount charged did not match my email receipt. I am anticipating having to contact Hotels.com to discuss a double-billing once the card statements are finalized, and I expect to deal with a lot of hassle due to this. I will be pleasantly surprised if I am not going to end up being double-billed and need to contact my bank for receipts. I was extra, extra frustrated when I asked about the pool and the front desk said "Oh, it's out of order." That pretty much negated the whole point of the stay at the hotel, and I was very frustrated, to say the least. The breakfast food was some of the worst I have ever had and the presence of the same guests sitting at the same table for 3 days, smoking cigarettes all day long, did not add much to the atmosphere. The door to my room had some gaps around the edges of the door (which was not hanging properly on the hinges), allowing cold air and lots of noise to filter into the room. I made it a game for my 9-year-old to count all the problems with me and we got up to 13 or so issues. I cannot remember them all: cracks in the drywall, the peeling paint on the cupboards, the broken bedside lamp, etc. The beds were very comfortable though!

While it looks like an attempt to remodel was made, it's still a neglected property. Pool is green, landscaping around it is dead, security gate from parking lot is bent and the latch won't catch allowing anyone to enter the central courtyard. Staff is aware as they just hang their heads low when being told. I'm sure that they do all that they can but it's clear management could care less. On the positive side, the bed was very comfortable ant breakfast was decent.

We stayed here for a concert. We received no towels and when asked for towels were told “Friday and Saturday were busy and couldn’t wash any” - mind you we had been at an outside concert for 12 hours and couldn’t wait to shower. There was no hair dryer - called front desk and one was brought to the room hours after being called. No one made up the room. We saw several people putting their dirty towels by the door outside and did the same thinking someone would pick them up and put new ones in. Came back to room that night with our dirty towels thrown on the bed we were sleeping in.

Nobody was at the desk when i got there. There was a light above the bed that i didnt know how to turn off, the front desk didnt know, so he had to call maintenance? I needed to get up at 5a..and we couldnt turn the light out. The tub had mo stopper, the shower didnt work right, just dripping, and the sink was plugged up, wouldntcdrain

Room was nice, clean and seems to have been updated recently. The overall appeal of the place is not great but could use some grounds upkeep. Lady handling the breakfast was very nice and was on top of everything.

It was a pig sty under construction. The maintenance guy burst into the room at 3 am without a knock or call.the place looked nothing like the advertisement

The staff were excellent! The breakfast was a tad lacking, but we got our fill the second morning. There was a little cosmetic damage in our room, but nothing of safety concerns. My kids and I truly enjoyed ourselves while we were here.

All of the staff from the desk clerk to the maids were exceptional. My only complaint (suite 104) is that the large screen TV is hardly viewable from the "lounge" portion of the suite.

The front door handle/lock was loose and didn't seal properly. The cushions on the couch were stained. There was a crack in the window next to the bed. The bathroom door was hard the close and open, it needed cleaned painted, or just plain replace. The beds were very clean and comfortable.

For 6 people staying we got 1 towel! First room got no light and fire alarms hanging from the ceiling. They told us their breakfast lady didn't come, so no milk, no eggs, no coffee, basically nothing to eat.

Guy at the counter was nice and helpful. Sent us to a room that the door did not lock, looks like it was kicked in previously. He gladly changed our room. While the room was nice the toilet as leaking on the back of it wetting the floor. The vanity light which was the only light to actually see in the mirror did not work at all. We had two rooms for some friend of ours. Their room was awful not updated and had very old nasty sticky carpet. I guess they are remodeling slowly. Also had so much night traffic going on all hours of the night. Alot of women hanging around. And one room in particular that was really busy with traffic..

This property should be charged for FALSE ADVERTISING because the property’s conditions were totally AWFUL! The walkway, sidewalks, stairwell, and elevator were filthy and smelled of strong urine! The security gates were ALL propped open with mice traps as the stoppers and I felt afraid to stay there both nights! I tried to cancel my reservations and get a refund to go to another property and was told I could not receive a refund. I was fearful of the open access from any strangers standing outside or that visited the convenient store adjacent to the property to the open rooms. So I am still trying to speak with CS for Expedia as the reservations were refundable! I could not reach anyone to resolve this matter Friday of Saturday! They’re undergoing renovations and should CLOSE until they’re finished! I am exhausted from the anxiety and lack of sleep from this weekend’s stay in the hotel. PLEASE CONTACT ME AND HELP ME GET MY REFUND THAT I REQUESTED AFTER SEEING THE CONDITION OF THIS PROPERTY! Thank you

First off there is $50 deposit required in addition to what you pay to book. No where on the website did it say anything about the deposit before confirming the booking. You cannot have access to your room until the deposit is paid. They will refund the deposit if your room is in good condition when you leave but it will take 3-5 business days. The receptionist at check in (Trudy) made me feel very belittled when I explained to her I had no clue there was a deposit. The room was absolutely subpar. Huge roaches. The lamps next to the bed didn’t work. It also smelled incredibly Musty

So this is a new but unfinished hotel. Which is questionable considering that it already looks run down. No garbage can in room, no hair dryer, or iron in the room! Also there was pubic hair in the tub and small hairs all over the bathroom like from a man shaving his beard! If it wouldn’t have been so late when I checked in I would have went somewhere else

This property is under renovations. I booked the hotel on expedia and when I arrived after 7 hours of driving, they did not have a room available for us.

I really don't know who has the problem if the app. from Expedia or the hotel. It turns out that when I approach the hotel reception I tell them that I have a reservation in my name and they tell me that they do not have a room available, how is it possible that they can allow me to make a reservation. and they don't have rooms available, I need them to manage the return of my money because I paid for a service that they didn't provide me. I'm disappointed with this application, this is the second time this has happened to me. I let the first one go by because it wasn't that much the amount I paid. Please contact me either by mail or call if they call me, let the operator be in Spanish

The staff was great and helpful. They are in the middle of a change of ownership and are doing renovations so there are things to definitely work on but my room was nice. There was some genius who thought he had to rev his car outside our room every night at 230 a.m. that was annoying and the regular food in the breakfast was not replenished since the first day so it was very limited but fresh hot sausage and eggs was available fresh every morning. Once they get the little glitches out it will be such an amazing place to stay
