Sink basin and shower stall walls were cracked. Wallpaper is coming off the bathroom walls. Sheets, comforter, and mattress were not comfortable. Overall, the room needs a big update.

I thought this was a safe area, and for the most part, right now at this point in time, I think that it probably is relatively safe. But when I went to check into my room, a single female, I was very uncomfortable, walking to my room as there were some folks lingering in the parking lot that seemed a bit sketchy. I went back to the front desk and asked for another room. I was relocated on the other side of the building on the second floor. Felt much more secure. It’s sad to see Aiken kind of falling in stature with more and more or less desirable folks hanging around

Long time expedia member folks. Avoid this place. Booked two rooms and had to be moved to different rooms on both. The staff were excellent, but the rooms are not. Roaches in room and mold in shower. Non-smoking room smelled like smoke in bathrooms, maybe because of shared ventilation system between rooms. needs a remodel. this place is not on my list rebook.

They keep screwing up my finances and double billing me.. So far I've spent over $300 in overdraft fees. Because I keep taking money out and putting it back in. Not the way I would run my business. And I will never stay here again because of the non stop inconvenience of their nonsense. The staff is wonderful but somebody keeps messing up stuff that cost me money.

From the absolutely fantastic lady (I am horrible remembering names) at the front desk as well as her wonderful daughter, maintenance, and housekeeping all around friendly and helpful staff.

The biggest problem I had was as follows: I was in a non-smoking room. However, I smelled cigarette smoke all night long. I at first thought it was my imagination until I asked my wife if she smelled the same. She did. Staff was very nice, no problem with them. Stairs were very slippery, rubber mats fixed to the stairs would be helpful. Bed and TV were OK, except that they use DIRECT TV which is difficult to find channels. I hate DIRECT TV. Would not stay here again unless there was no other option. Breakfast was good, no problems. Took me a while to adjust the hot/cold shower. A millimeter between scalding hot water and ice cold water. Finally got it after trying for several minutes.

I picked this hotel because Expedia said there was a pool and hot tub. There was no hot tub and the pool was covered.

No shower towels in the room, just the small ones. Lot of burning holes in the duvet. I understand, the hotel is cheaper than a holiday inn or so but even for this price i expect some standard.

This is a no frills motel, however I've stayed several times at this motel during business trips to Aiken. I love the location relatively close to downtown, with a few good restaurents within walking distance. It appears that the owners are slowly doing work to improve the property, which had previously looked a bit rundown. The service is good and there is a hot free breakfast everyday, so is ideal for busy workers getting on with their day. My main problem is the Wifi is terrible and on the last 2 visits, the fitness room is closed up for no apparent reason. Fix these 2 things and you'll improve it tremendously

From checking in to coming into a very clean room my stay was amazing and restful. The morning breakfast had a tremendous selection and was delicious. I will most definitely stay here again, and I will have to tell my family friends about how pleasant and friendly the staff was.

I did request to change rooms twice but each time was for a different problem. The front desk person I dealt with was argumentative and actually angry. I said that my reservation could be canceled if it was a problem and she told me that was not possible. I ended in a room where the tv was inoperable for an hour while I waited on maintenance. “She’s from NY, that’s how she is”. Not hospitable.

Smoked engrained in the sheets, fabrics and walls. Homeless like shelter in the back of the hotel and drug addicts/prostitutes walking around. We turned in our keys and never stayed a night in the hotel. Waiting on our refund now

The nighttime receptionist was very friendly. The room was nice, large and clean. The bathroom was disgusting. The paint was peeling from the ceiling. The bathtub was stained with dirt and there was a large cockroach in it. I have a picture of it. The bathroom ruined my stay there and I warned my friends to stay away.

A decent place to stay if you’re attending the Masters golf tournament. Tired and a little dirty but better than other places I have stayed in prior years. Friendly staff. I’m sure they are doing the best they can with what they have to work with.

We got there around 10:00pm. Staff was asleep on a couch in the lobby. There was a VERY loud party going on all over the hotel. Our room was right by the party and reeked of smoke. Front desk attendant then gave us another room on the opposite side of the hotel which also reeked of smoke. We didn't even stay but were thankfully refunded our money.

I am a writer and professor and expected access to a computer and printer as advertised. There was not access and the computer was out of service. Front desk hoped I understood. No I dont, and I think an adjustment should be made on my bill for lack of service in this regard. no on premises computer or word processing, very bad!!!

I have never stayed in such a disgusting place. From the pubic hairs, all over the bathroom floor, and in the tub to the two TVs, not working, cable, not plugged in, everything’s filthy, including the trash cans in the floors, mildew on the walls. There are many more things that I have on the list and I have multiple pictures that I am getting ready to put not only on the motels website but on yours as well. I want a full refund for both nights and I want it immediately. I tried calling, but I can’t get anyone on the phone. I need someone to call me back immediately at 828-216-0562. I will put this on every social media account. I have with pictures and videos if I don’t hear from someone today.

The room was ok rusted areas like tissue box, dirty counter on desk. Fitness room was a disaster very dirty , broken equipment no towels soap dispenser filler with water.

The room was clean, bedding was greasy and comfortable but everything was really rundown, extremely musty, felt gross to walk on the carpet barefoot, wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom hardware was falling apart, website description also says there is a hot tub and pool, Neither was running or available, covered with tarps and crumbling cement outside, not worth it for the price, wouldn’t consider it an inn or suite, more like old motel. Will not book again there and will do more research when I see Clarion Inn and Suites, here in CT there are more reputable☹️

Our stay was very disappointing.Primary reasons include:1)used towel hanging on bathroom door,2)faulty light switch and shower mechanism,3)corroded refrig and kleenex dispenser,4)dusty appliances and streaks,5)no coffee maker or fixins,6)food stains on table lamp,7)no clock or timing device,8)moldy spots on ceilings,9)old smelly pillows,10)white paint on leg of table,11)breakfast inadequate/broken waffle machine. The condition of this room was much worse than a 2 night stay 3 years ago. Front desk service was very good. Just a thought-do third party reservations get left over rooms?
