Right on a very busy highway that went all night. We were originally given an occupied room...yikes! Front desk people seemed harried and unable to give me the time of day!

The room was nice but it had nats in there I mean they everywhere so it was like it was a super problem but overall it was a good stay

This hotel has a sport bar that has higher priority than hotel guests. Breakfast is very simple

OK! We arrived on Saturday 3pm. There was a crazy party going on! All parking lot was full without any spot for parking and check-in. The worst part was... the party would keep going on until mid-night! The room was out of date and the weed smell was everywhere!

nicer than expected, our ac and refrigerator wasn’t working at first but i contacted the front desk and they fixed it, room was clean and tv was easy to use

Booked my stay 4 months in advance for a festival going on near by. Got to the hotel at 11:30pm to find out they overbooked the hotel and had no rooms for me. The guy at the front desk didn’t care they overbooked and wouldn’t help me find a hotel that had availability.

The hotel owners allow all night parties. People running up and down halls all night. Staff was rude. Security guard in the lobby was cool. All the rooms smell like weed. Room was 89 degrees when we walked in. Do NOT stay here!

This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. The clientele in the next rooms were very shady and very very loud at all hours of the night. Would NOT reccomend.

My room smelled like cigarette smoke. Room contract stated 5 minutes after checking in, you are obligated to pay for the room.

The staff was kind of rude even the manager. They barely had any breakfast. Apples, bread, and really bad coffee.

Didnt like that there was no parking on the wekend becuase of some club things going on. Phone didnt work and rooms smelled like cigarsttts even though was considered non smoking. Constant noise from people throughout the night oitside walking around.

My stay was perfect!!! I checked an about 10:30pm the lady at the front desk was wonderful she check me wit kindness I was coming from New Jersey silly me forgot my ID but she didn’t give me a problem she let me used my finance. The room was clean a couple of holes an the streets but that just lets me know they been wash 😂😂 overall I enjoyed my stay will definitely stay again wit no problem.

The room was very old The property houses the homeless the nonsmoking room has been smoke in people out side there rooms smoking in the nonsmoking area construction workers working until 6pm on a Saturday

They are currently working on replacing the pool with a central plaza and garden. I hope they take care of it. The check out lady at the front desk wasnt very nice but the check in guy was wonderful.

Greeted by an incredibly rude and unhelpful desk person who kept going on about a deposit for "incidentals". No mention of this during booking. Couldn't be bothered to explain the amount until I demanded that she would.
Place stinks of weed constantly. Rooms have off odor.

We requested towels daily to no avail. I called daily about towels. I left messages daily about towels. I was in meetings daily from 7:30am to 8:30am so there was no way I could make it to the office in a timely manner for towels. When I would go to the office, there were no towels available. The front desk clerk said she would leave a message but the next day NO towels. On the third day she gave US the towels that you place on the floor after you shower. I believe the clerk did that out of SHEER HATRED. It was uncalled for. I have many more business trips in your state but will NOT be staying at your hotel. I do NOT recommend this hotel. Customer Service is unacceptable. She could have given me towels from a VACANT room. The front desk clerk needs to be trained in customer service etiquette.

The computer systems were not updating properly so the first room I was given to check into had not been cleaned up. The second room did not have any coffemaker and the toilet clogged on the second flush - which was rather inconvenient.

Breakfast time is supposed to end at 9 AM and they got there at 8:45 and the lady said the breakfast is over

I love the reasonable price offered for my stay during New Year 2023 weekend and the motel was near Martins west establishment ; but the parking lot at Quality Inn was scarce.

They have roaches, parking was horrible it was like a club when going into the lobby to check in. There was literally nowhere to park due to the lounge they have on site. When I notified staff of the roaches they didn’t offer a solution or anything it was simply “ok” no acknowledgement nothing.

The property came up on line as "pet friendly", so I booked, and travelled there to learn they ARE NOT pet friendly. I could not stay there because I had my pet cat with me. I had to locate other lodging.
