I didn’t have no issues honestly they was help and breakfast was good as well

First the room I wanted had a sofa bed, when I went to open it there were no sheets. Second when my husband went to get breakfast the Spanish lady only asked him out of everyone else if he was staying there and asked to check his room number, he was the only black man there. Would never be returning

a lot of road construction around building difficult to get to parking area. I was disappointed in the condition of the building. My daughter washed her face water smelled like bleach and some water splashed on her shirt and she end up with discoloration on her shirt. Girls were afraid to use shower. I went to take shower and the water spout was rusted and falling off it made it hard to turn shower on. The room next to us was up all night partying and then slamming doors at 6am.

The staff was great especially doing breakfast. The hostess was very nice, friendly and attentive. Front desk was ok

House keeping didn’t speak English nor did they clean our rooms they would bring towels fix the bed and I had surgery so I needed clean towels sheets toilet paper etc

The night of my stay, there were issues with the airconditioner and because Miami is a very hot place, it made for a miserable and sleepless night… the hotel also needs some updating and some cosmetic maintenance…

Bugs at room. Changed room 4 times. Because each room have bugs find out.
AC not working. Hotel offer me 3000 for points.but thats $20 later I found out. Still didnt get points. (hotels.com offer me refund 1night. But i want to know what hotel offer me. But I should take hotels.com offer….i figured that)
Hotel front desk people looking at me lier. I feel really bad bad bad.

Greta hotel and very nice staff in housekeeping and engineering. The only thing we wish the air conditioner was colder for room on the 8,9, and 10th floors. It seems to work better on the lower floors. But it’s a fun hotel with a great location!

The only thing that I can say is they do not Give you thick blankets. Luckily, that I brought my own. And also breakfast is not including in the price and it’s a pricey $15 per person on top of the price of the room. But overall, it was a good stay.

It was noisy i couldnt sleep due to the trafic from the hiewey. Dont expect drinking bear at the bar. This hotel needs renovation quikly

We had 2 rooms and 1 floor was wet. We complained, they said they would switch it out the next day and it never happened. There also was confusion on my reservation cost. I’m sure my total price will be correct however, I’m not so sure about the deposit holds that put a strain on our spring break trip. Should’ve went to Dadeland Hilton like we usually do but we chose to change because of the distance to our events. Also, it may be my fault but the picture for the room we reserved had a sofa bed. There was no sofa bed, I didn’t complain because I didn’t verify it was in writing vs just going off a picture

The lady manager that ran the front desk on March 25th was extremely rude. Not only at the desk but over the phone as well.

The hotel attempted to double charge my credit card. The rooms were moldy and bathrooms horrible. It was a moldy smell in both rooms with dirty sheets and wet stained carpet.

Construction outside and very noisy all night. Pool was closed and the front staff didn’t even know it. Had t door locked so no where to sit outside. Very busy road.

When we got to the hotel, we were told hot water was not working. We could not take shower. Heating was not working in the room. They fixed the hot water problem next day.

For a high franchise hotel their bathrooms are like in a homeless shelter. Front staff were good but long lineups.

No hot water as boiler was broken. Room smelled of bleach. Floors were worn.

The hotel lists airport shuttle service but the shuttle only operates during certain hours which did not line up with our flights. We had to use an Uber which was almost $30. The hot water boiler was broken so there was no hot water. The pool area was nice but very limited seating.

There was construction going on outside. When I addressed my concern with the staff. I was brushed off and informed that it wasn't their fault. They declined to change my room to the back of the hotel away from the construction that went on well after 1 a.m. I was overly tired!!!! Worse hotel experience ever. Staff was not helpful or courteous.
