We checked in at 3 but had and event and We didn’t get to our room until really late. When we did we noticed the bathroom sink had a huge piece missing. We tried calling front desk to let them know and even went down there but no one was available. We had to leave early the next morning and tried calling them again to no answer. I need to make sure I am not charged for this outrageous ordeal as it was that was when we arrived.

It is rare for me to leave reviews but this time I must. I want to start by saying that the staff, everyone, receives 5 stars. They were all nice and friendly. The hotel itself lacks in all areas - the bed was warped, the pillows were tiny and not comfortable, the bed cover was basically a blanket between two sheets. Overall, very uncomfortable. We were there 3 nights and never had the room done. I had to ask for clean towels. The shower pressure was weak and water didn’t drain. The only option for food after hours was limited to vending machines. The hotel structure needs repairs. I was very disappointed. I can’t imagine Best Western execs would approve.

The hotel was nothing like the pictures online. It was under construction and loud and very outdated. We didn’t get room service one time in the three days we were there. I would not stay here ever again.

The property needs a renovation. It is old and outdated. Paint is so thick on the walls. You can tell it has painted over multiple times. Has that musty smell in the room. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was okay. Amenities were average. Recommend complete reno.

Staff at front desk were friendly and helpful, maids were nice and helpful and breakfast staff had everything nice and setup and clean for breakfast....overall good atmosphere!

Nice property, large rooms with sinks outside the bathroom always a plus when travling with teenagers. only complaint was lobby was under renovation so no breakfast and small room to check in and out...i am guessing will be nice when done.

It was clean and the bed was comfortable, this hotel appears to be a place that people are using as a residence. Several people in the parking lot, all seemed friendly.I did not feel unsafe.

I was not happy with the hotel there was dirty water in the bathtub. There were plumbing issues room smelled like moldy water. I was very disappointed. I will not stay again.

Great shape for older establishment. Although it is casino resort. Lawton soccer fields is just across Hwy 7 adjacent to the property. Casino is totally separate. Convenient parking.

I would just like to say that although the hotel was a bit aged, the staff was extremely kind and went above and beyond in accommodating myself and my parents during our stay.
I would like to especially thank MELANIE, the woman at the front desk who was EXTREMELY HELPFUL and went ABOVE AND BEYOND the perimeters of her job. We were there all the way from Pennsylvania to see my son graduate from basic training at Fort Sill and she made us very much as ease as we navigated in the area. A special "God Bless You" to her and the staff who made sure the building was cleaned daily. The free breakfast also did not disappoint and we were all grateful to receive it.

We had such high hopes for our stay to visit our son graduate Army basic training. We were never notified that the hotel had lost power the day we were supposed to check in. We were lucky to call ourselves for another reason and thats when we found out. When we finally got to our room, we had blown fuses to the fridge and phone and several wall outlets. They got fixed but when the fridge turned on, it made a horrific smell for the entire duration of our stay. The front desk staff couldnt care less as they sat on their phones away from the desk. We thought best western was better than that

When we check in the room it was 105 degrees outside. The air-conditioned went out .But we let them no and thay move us to a new room so it was great .or room was clean so I would recommend this hotel to anyone

Stained covers, assuming stained vs not washed. Pool is in horrible condition, stairs very slippery. AC didn’t work in room so first night was gruesome until they switched it out day 2.

the hotel was very different than how it looks online, the pools were dirty and outside pool was green, the outside areas were dirty, our room didn't get cleaned, there were flies in our room, I wasn't expecting something awesome because the price wasn't high but I didn't expect what we saw for that price

As soon as we walked into our room, we noticed a huge gap under the exterior door. We covered it with a towel, and began looking closer at the room. The carpet was filthy, to the point that there were countless dead crickets and trash under the bed and the carpet was too dirty to walk on without shoes. There were mosquitoes flying around the room by the dozens, and we saw two cockroaches running around under the AC unit. My husband caught one in a cup and took it to the front desk, where they stated that it wasn’t actually a cockroach and there wasn’t anything they could do for us for our stay that night. When we mentioned the mosquitoes, they said “We’ve known about that for a few days, I’m not sure what’s going on.” We checked out immediately after that, but the day time manager refused to give us any sort of refund the next day.
