Very clean room

EVERYTHING WENT VERY WELL STAYING HERE

For a cheap motel we were pleasantly surprised. Older, but clean, comfy beds, decent breakfast, friendly staff. Walking distance to several food options, gas station, grocery store and walgreens.

Convenient to Black Mountain and Montreat

Convenient location with a nice view. Room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. I enjoyed the free breakfast.

It was clean and quiet. We were able to rest and enjoy a good night sleep

The floor in the bathroom and vanity area are dangerous if damp. The tub should have some permanent grip surface or appliques applied as it is a danger as well. Other than that the facilities were very nice. The room clean and well appointed.

only reason i stayed here is that is says no pets allowed when i checked in i was asked if i had a pet? I asked why and was told pets were charged an extra fee. Never again

Limited parking

Staff excellent and helpful. Pretty location with view of mountains. Lovely pool area, laundry room and breakfast. Spacious room with large refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker, nice tv even got HBO! Bathroom had tub and separate vanity sink area. Full length mirror and large closet. Very clean and nice nature photographs on the walls. We chose this motel as close to LEAF music festival, but since also such a GREAT VALUE will be our lodging of choice next time in this area since also convenient to Asheville, Biltmore area, and Blue Ridge Pkwy.

The free popcorn was a huge hit. The breakfast was very good with many options. The room was very good overall. The desk attendant was very friendly.

The Breakfast service in the lobby was not explanied to us at all. The desk clerk seemed to be too involved in what I don't know to even greet us and ask us if we needed anything at all. He did come take a "disinterested" look at a waffle maker that we were unsure how to operate and told us it was finished cooking but in fact the waffle was not. We hadn't checked out before we ate but when we returned to the room it was already cleaned. The clerk took the keycards but didn't even offer me a receipt. Seemed I disturbed his time I guess.

Decent hotel. Room was clean. Absolutely nothing special, but a fine place to spend the night. You can get coffee, waffles, and cereal in the morning.

Clean room kind staff great views

There was barely any room service. I had to request it after 3 days. I needed towels and toilet paper. Also, there was no one at the front desk most of the time. Not sure I would stay there again.

There were visible spider webs around the tv and bathroom as well as 2 fairly large spiders found in the room during the stay

First room the TV didn't work, and the second TV worked, but had a line through the picture. Room was clean and maid service was great

It met our expectations. We'd stay there again. We expected it to only be pretty good, but not TOP tier. Most important, it was clean.

It’s a bed and shower if you’re in need, but nothing special. Toilet ran all night, chased out right at 11. No help from front desk when daughter forgot her toothbrush.

A clean place to stay with comfortable beds and pleasant staff.

Expected better at this price (more on price follows). There are stains on bath ceiling, slight mustiness in the rooms, and no maid service at all for the entire week. Not even clean towels or empty the waste baskets. They claim to give service every 3 days, but it didn't happen. Further, we were billed substantially more than the rate I booked thru Expedia. Only the first night was at that rate - the rest varied from $10-$50 more! I wasn't paying close enough attention and agreed to the rate when I checked in late Sunday evening, so I was stuck for the upcharge. You can bet I'll never come back again. On the plus side, front desk staff is good, lovely pool area, plenty of parking, decent continental breakfast (nothing fancy), room is comfortable and relatively quiet.

Over all AC did not work. They did turn the AC on when asked, but the AC stopped working that night. The stay sorry to say uncomfortable.

Friendly staff, clean & a great location to Ridgecrest Camps.

While I appreciate the cleanliness of this motel - the cleaning products are really strong. Luckily the beautiful sunset views and gazebo by the pool made up for it.

Very nice hotel, clean, quiet area, and the staff was so nice. The only issue we had was the noise of the air conditioner. It was very loud and seemed to run constantly.

This hotel is nasty. The bed sheets had feces in them the room lighting did not work. A bath towel was stained yellow from who knows what and the door to the bathroom would not close because it was installed wrong and hit the toilet

The room was super clean and had many extras.
