The stay was okay. Breakfast was good. The pool was warm.

This hotel is dated with old carpet in the hallways. The rooms were clean. A small patio of the room with a nice view of the beach and water. Breakfast was good and there was a nice big deck right outside the breakfast area to eat on and relax. I’d stay again.

I enjoyed every minute that I was there. The room and the view were awesome. The boardwalk, beach, and the food were great. We will be back soon.

This hotel is extremely old and outdated. When I walked in the hotel, there was no one in the lobby and when I said “hello” someone from the back yelled I’ll be there and took about 5 mins. Once I received my key I went to the 8th floor and when I got off the elevator, my kids yelled “ it stinks up here and it looks like Jail on TV” the entire hotel has an unpleasant odor. The halls are dark and gloomy. Which is different from the pics on hotels.com. My room was ok even though I found that it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. Hair was on the sink and residue was in the tub. Overall I would never book this hotel again. Yes, it does have breakfast and the waffle and yogurt were the best food items. The eggs were literally swimming in water and the sausage was tough. I was here from a Friday through Sunday for a cheer competition and I will just say that I stayed in better cheaper hotels. What I will say is that I had an ocean front view and the view of the ocean was so serene. I’m not going to mention the garage and maze that I drove through.

The hotel is, in general, quite dated and in need of upgrading but the location is spectacular and the staff very helpful.

Overall my stay was good. Only stayed one night. Was in town for business. Not a bad place to stay for the price. My room was a little ran down, so it gave the impression of not being so clean. The floors seem to have something on it that made to where you didnt really want to walk on them. It might have just been something they used to clean them. Bed was clean and comfortable. I give it a 8.2 out of 10.

The water went from hot to cold during the 2nd person’s shower 5-10 min after the first. We were told that we had to let the water run cold for several minutes and then the hot water would come back on.
Also, our door from the hall into the room, would not latch until the repairman came and fixed it.

Excellent place to stay alone or with family. Place feels relaxing. It is surrounded by allot of places to eat, clubs, convenient stores. It is located on the beach/boardwalk. Parking included with stay. Breakfast (included) is good but there were only two protein options (eggs and sausage patties). There is coffee, tea, juice, cereal, juice, bagels, etc. Friendly staff. Tidy place.

Water pressure was horrible. Sink barely drained. Parking garage is a nightmare to navigate.

Housekeeping was not thorough. The staff was not organized, we were initially checked into the wrong room( that was occupied). Definitely not pet friendly.

Was told we could have first floor my husband isn’t able to walk far room was not ready on time we were to go do some thing till they could get it done it was already 5:00 in the evening were told to come back at 6:00 when we were already on the road for 8 hrs then they sent us to the fifth floor far away from entrance very mad

It met my needs for a weekend getaway. Visited in March so not to many people. Pool does have cloudy water and a lamp was broken on the side of the pool, didnt stop my kids from swimming. Very convenient to the beach. No jacuzzi. Breakfast was simple but good. Very packed but lots of seating.

The curtains were not totally attached, there was a cigarette burn in the curtains. The dresser drawer would not close. It was an average stay, but being ON the beach made it worth it.

The hotel staff was very friendly. The room was alright, but the hot water in the shower was almost nonexistent. We took luke warm showers the whole time. There was a bad draft through the wall unit as well. It got really chilly when the wind blew. The hotel definitely needs some work.

I liked the view. Absolutely beautiful. The pool was good but a little cold. The room was nice except the door was very hard to open. Maintenance was called but never showed up until we were in for the night on our last night. Breakfast was good liked it started at 5:30.

This was a great price to stay oceanfront for 2 nights and the room was relatively clean, but housekeeping needs to clean surfaces closer to the floor like the bottom front of toilet, bottom front of tub, bottom edge of couch and bottom frame of bed. They all had questionable "streaks of substances". Also the pool was disgusting and we couldnt believe anyone went in it. There was a visible layer of oil and scum on the surface and you couldn't even see to the bottom in the deep end.

Have your balconies cleaned more often. Had a lot of stains and cigarette butts in a glass sitting under the ac unit

This hotel is dirty (hair on the bed, musty smell), dated (terrible bathroom, old linens), noisy (heard every noise from the hallway, and BONUS — we could hear when the people above us peed in their toilet!), and trashy (drunk people partying like it’s spring break in the dead of winter). Truly one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. The only nice thing I have to say is that the staff were friendly.

Beautiful and clean room with an amazing ocean front view from the balcony. We will definitely stay here on our future visits. Would recommend to anyone!

House keeping and staff great! Sanitary fine. Property seemed a little run down. Gum in elevator carpet, tile base repaired with white caulk not painted, paint pealing on patio ceiling, stain buildup in corners of tile, hall doors chipped paint. We thought if we reserved in the upper cost bracket we'd get upper ambiance.

Fire alarm malfunctianed elevators shut down wouldn't work checked out early because the fire alarm went off two days can't walk stairs because my health and fire alarm scared me twice

The fire alarm went off many times and woke me out my sleep. The staff wasn’t that friendly and we had to walk up 7 flights of stairs. Also no hot water

Very nice hotel. The elevator floors could use some new carpet. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and kept plentiful. Beautiful view of the ocean. We had oceanfront. Comfortable bed. Extra blanket in the cabinet.

Oceanfront view was beautiful, right on Boardwalk. Found a dead roach when we entered the room. Strong smell of marijuana in hallway. Eggs at breakfast were WAY too salty. Large TV in room. Beds were pretty good.

I loved the look of the inside. Breakfast was ok, normal choices for the buffet. Everything seemed clean & in order. The only complaint is it took forever to get hot water from the shower. But then, really it was only luke warm. In January after a long walk, luke just wasnt enough.

nice room and all was very clean, only issue was parking, i drive a chevy 2500hd pickup and parking was tight.......
