Greeting staff was great but it fizzled after that. Had one staff stop us to ask us to take a baggage cart down on our way down even though we didn’t even use one. Also when checking out I mentioned to the front desk 3 issues we had with our room (remote for tv didn’t work, fridge was not cooling, shower soap was empty) and she acted like she really didn’t care. The room was clean though and since we didn’t spend much time in the hotel it didn’t really impact our stay but not sure I’d stay here again.

Awful experience. Homeless person laying in parking lot space. Woke up to eight vehicles broken into. Hotel staff could careless. No cameras anywhere.

To begin with, the front desk person did not know where our room was, and sent us to the wrong floor. We asked a housekeeper, who gave us correct directions, and was very pleasant. Our room was in the basement, and shared a wall with the breakfast room. My sister wanted a blanket, but when she tried to call the front desk, we realized that the phone was broken. She went to the desk and got a blanket, and they sent a maintenance person to check the phone. He tried plugging it into different outlets, and then went to another room to get a different phone to try, but that didn't work either. He said they would fix it the next day, but we were checking out in the morning. While he was there, we realized that the window, which looked out onto the parking lot, did not have a curtain, only the semi-opaque blind. The maintenance person said he would bring us a curtain, but nobody ever came back. And, of course, we couldn't call, because we didn't have a working phone. We complained at checkout, and they refunded our parking fee.

The room was clean and we had no issues. Enjoyed our stay.

was excited to hit the pool after a long day on the road. Nope it was closed and the area looked horrible. This hotel is a bit past prime.
Watch out for the $30 for parking. Seems absurd

The conditions of the room are horrible. I would never stay here again. The first room I was put in, I had to switch to another because of a leaky/dirty shower. The next room I was moved to was only slightly better. It was very old and run down, the shower was slightly better, just stained and the bathroom was not stocked with tissue. Not a very comfortable stay. Spend an extra $50 for a better hotel!

It was dirty and outdated. Staff was not helpful.

We received a “how was your check in” email 3 hours BEFORE we got to the hotel! I called the hotel to confirm our reservation, but they did not have one for us. I finally located a number for hotels.com and a very helpful agent contacted the hotel and re-did the reservation. Our confirmation said King room, but when we got to the room it was two queens. The front desk said they had no king rooms available even though that’s what the reservation was for. I don’t know what happened, and I’m glad it was fixed, but it was very frustrating ABs took at least an hour of my time to fix. The hotel did refund our parking fee at least.

Overall location was great cleanliness was not the best, short on towels. No remote in the room for the tv, shower head leaking couldn’t be adjusted.

Cleanliness of the room was terrible. Stains on Carpet, make-up on the bathroom sink area, and bathtub looked so bad didn't even shower in it!

Bedbugs. Disaster.

Easy place to stay for business at the state capitol

The drapes in my room were damaged and the property maintenance guy didn't repair them in time before I ended up checking out. Plus my credit card was overcharged, which I will dispute. I won't be staying at this hotel again.

Let me check in early but people on both sides of the room are very disrespectful and loud slamming doors.

Such an amazing staff. Everyone was so polite and accommodating. Best hotel staff I’ve had to deal with in Nashville.

Good location but our room (120) was at the rear of the hotel and it was very loud during the night with 3 garbage trucks emptying dumpsters at 3:30-4:00 am and again about 45 minutes later

Hotel was nice and reasonably priced. Room was clean but lights were not working well.
Unfortunately some rude guests came in and made a lot of noise for two hours at 12:30 in the morning. Children slamming doors all the time. Disturbed sleep and I am sure the entire floor. Not the hotels fault but I would think management would step in and enforce quiet hours. It was ridiculous!

Walkable to bars on Music Row and several eateries (recommend The Row for good eats directly next to hotel). Bus stop at the corner of hotel parking lot takes you downtown for two bucks. Clean room and nice enough bathroom with good water pressure. Comfy pillows and mattresses. Will stay again when I come back.

I love the location here. It is "less modern" than the nearby Elliston Pike location, but it is quieter and in a less busy area. The staff was friendly (not so on my last stay here in 2023 I must say) and the room comfortable. It was a bit noisy, as we were overlooking a dumpster area, but that was not a big deal except when they came to empty it in the early AM. This is my go-to hotel when in Nashville. Amerigo, one of our favorite restaurants, is right across the street, and we were able to walk up to Vanderbilt and catch a basketball game! This was a win-win for us!

It's only a short walk to the main strip from this place to all the bars, downtown area, hockey stadium, museums etc...the place is quiet in that part of town. Plenty of places to eat in the area. The hotel was clean but it is fairly older looking and dated on the inside of that bothers you. Never had a chance to experience the breakfast (from the west coast so my body clock is a few hours behind for that). Rooms were spacious, bed wasn't the most comfortable but by no means terrible. Bathroom tub had a fair amount of stains on the inside base of it.
The staff though was nice and extremely helpful. They got me in a room much earlier then check-in due to my flight landing so early. They definitely are the main draw for that place. I can't remember the two ladies names that work super early in the AM but they were amazing to deal with!

We stayed for 4 nights for a wedding. We were told at check in the our room would not be cleaned during our stay. After the first night we asked for extra towels multiple times before they were brought. The hair dryer did not work and I waited 2 hours for a replacement. Our sink was clogged and slow to drain. Although we believe that someone looked at it, and did something, it never drained easily. The closet was very small and hardly fit our wedding clothes. And all of this for over $900 for 4 nights. If I knew that there would be no service, we would have been more comfortable in an AirB&B.

Remodeling going on during our stay, not any amenities on our floor

One night stay on a Tuesday night. The location is good relative to Vanderbilt. Room was comfortable. Serivce was good. Only real comment is that it seems old and musty- mostly the hallways. Maybe time for an update.

The room was clean and comfortable. When we requested more pillows they were quickly provided. The breakfast was good the first day, but the second day they didn't have any coffee at 9:30 (breakfast was to go until 10) and they never replaced it, removing the coffee table at 9:45. No coffee at the front desk either. We didn't even bother going to the breakfast day 3 because we were rushed out of the place. They entered our room at 8:00am. We were just getting out of bed! They were knocking on the door at 9:30 again and I was in the shower! Check out was supposed to be noon but we hurried out of there. We felt rushed out the door!

Overall ok comfortable rooms, but the age of the facilities show, also the cleanliness of the common areas, not what I was expecting.

Property was handy for us. We have stayed there over the years, but it is beginning to look dated.
Will probably stay there again.

This was not a particularly pleasant stay. The hotel itself was nice enough from the outside and inside. The Wi-Fi did not work. The fitness room treadmill did not work. On the first night, at no later than 7 AM in the morning, there was a worker with a blower blowing leaves in the parking lot of the hotel. It was extremely distracting and impossible to sleep. The breakfast was OK at best. The price of the hotel was very high for the low level of services provided. They charged $25 a night for parking which may be common for the hotels in that area, I don’t know. But I felt for the amount that I was charge for the room it should have been included. I was really disappointed with the stay. I would not stay there again.

The hotel is a bit dated, but the rooms were comfortable, bed comfortable, and clean. Great location with lots of restaurants nearby.

Excellent front desk staff. Older building with a lot of work being done on repairs. Drywall dust all down our hallway. Good breakfast, large room.
