A so-so stay. Didn’t expect luxury but expected more thinking it would have a certain level of cleanliness being a Holiday Inn. It was clean enough but not 100%. Still found a couple little hairs in the shower…
Called down to the desk after 9pm to get an extra blanket and couldn’t even get someone on the line - took 3 attempts.

The hotel is die for renovations, my room had a terrible smell. The bathroom was disgusting, towels has stains on them and smelled bad. There was mold in the bathroom and the toilet/tub was not cleaned. The rest of the room had hair everywhere and was not vacuumed. I wish I had taken more photos

The property is fairly new so that is not an issue. The sheets were stained so we slept above them. They wanted to charge us extra for our teen which we argued about. Their restaurant is non existent. Only open for breakfast but all we saw in the morning was coffee. Would of expected more for my $300.

Stay was good. Bedsheets seemed clean with the exception on one of the pillow covers (looked like a boot mark). Water side of the coffee maker in the room was full of coffee grinds and hard water scale.

I stayed in your hotel from July 28 to 30, 2023 in room 116. I was so disappointed, the room was located right next to the hallway door which slammed all night when people passed. Also, we heard the laundry room all night. We asked to change rooms, we were told that the hotel was full. I think it was wrong, the parking lot was almost empty.
In the middle of the night of 29 to 30 at 4:00 AM a employe try to enter in the room with physical key.
I always choose Holiday Inn when I travel because I really like your hotels, but this time I was very disappointed.

Uncomfortable during sleeping. There is mechanical high sound, intermittent and happed mostly during late evening hours and early morning. I found out the our room was located immediately behind the elevators ( room# 114 ) , which was most likely the source of that irritating sound. Also the room was very very cold but the Thermostat in the wall box was not functioning . I have reported those 2 problems to the front desk staff next day morning. Very bad experience.
