Everything was great. Great food at restaurant. Hot tub was not hot (not surprising for April in northern Idaho). Not a pedestrian friendly city. Was a little of an adventure walking down to the river. No recycling

What an amazing staff. We were well taken care off. The food was incredible. We ate both off our dinners at the Meriwether located in the hotel.

Sheets are quite scratchy but the place looks clean and quite. They should serve coffee a little longer or maybe even throughout the day.

Wonderful staff, great food at the restaurant, clean/comfortable rooms and an outdoor hot tub that overlooks the valley and is open year round. We were orginially supposed to stay at the casino for our valentines weekend but due to a water line break, our room was cancelled. We booked last minute with Hells Canyon Grand Hotel and are SO incredibly glad we did. Such a great experience and we will be back for many visits in the future!

We were out in a handicap room. The shower floor was dirty needs updates! We are not handicapped. Morning front desk clerk was rude when asked a question.

Like i stated before. We could hear the people in the next room (with kids) talking. NOT just noise, but we could hear FULL ON CONVERSATION.

Good hot breakfast with many options to choose from and servers were very helpful. 1.6 miles from LCSC. Did not get to see much of the facility do to time constraints. Many computers available on sight along with washers and dryers on our floor for 2.00 each. Perk of being able to have dinner on sight. One issue of a mattress having a stain was addressed.

I had to move rooms 3 times because the tv and or toilets did not function in my room. Them was told take it or leave it on the 4th room. There was a big tournament in town and by this time it was past 9:30 pm and I just wanted to go to bed.
There was a gal trying to help- but take it or leave it wasn’t the phrase I wanted to hear and the front desk couldn’t care less.

Your Hotel Room seem clean, but not until I drop something under the AC unit and bed, there was a lot of dust balls, and small food items left by previous customers. The Bathroom fan was so loud, it sounded like a diesel truck, and the sound coming from outside was so loud, I was not able to sleep comfortably, and I was able to listen to people's conversations outside by the elevators; your doors are not sound proofed. Your employees at the front counter were not friendly at all, no one greeted me or say hi, not until I informed them that I had a reservation. You are in the hospitality business and they were not hospitable at all.

This hotel is gone downhill since it switched from Red Lion. Could not make any adjustments to our heater/air conditioner it didn't appear to work so we had to unplug it from the wall.

Hotel is older but rooms are well updated (no moldy carpets, modern room furniture). Free breakfast buffet does require you to wait to be seated and waitress serves drinks and a tip is expected.

It was fine, no major complaints but honestly just not worth the cost. Staff was friendly and helpful. Not exceptionally clean. Breakfast included was good. Location was convenient. Wouldn’t stay again as the amenities don’t justify $200 a night.

The reason why we choose to stay at this place was because everything in Pullman was booked or really expensive.
Check in was a breeze. And finding our room was easy. The only person I interacted with was the lady at the check in and she was nice and friendly.
Room was spacious and the main thing, AC was absolutely amazing! With temperatures in express of 100 outside the AC inside easily got into the 50s.
Would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

The worst hotel I've been in. Horrible customer service. Bed sheets were not changed, had numerous brown stains and hair on the bed. I have pictures of it. No blow dryer in the room.
There was a sweater left in the closet by previous guest. The room service phone was broken. You had to use your cellphone to call the front desk every time. When we complained about it at the front desk and management, we were treated poorly. Never we will ever stay in this hotel again. We were there to drop off our son to college. Stressful event as it is for us and the hotel staff made it more stressful, unpleasant and sad stay. We called a few hotels in the area because we didn't want to stay there but everywhere was booked.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good, a step up from the usual continental breakfast. However the extra reminders of the nit picky extra fees (early arrival and late departure) were annoying.

There was a child baseball team (s) staying and we’re super crazy at the pool (jumping off furniture) and the front desk staff weren’t concerned when several people complained

We love this hotel and stay here quite often. Staff is friendly and helpful. Food is great and rooms are always clean & tidy.

Food stain on the drapes. Upon entering room, we noticed a squeaky air conditioner. We asked to switch rooms. Lady at front desk was a little short with us while checking in others after we vacated our first room. Made a comment about having to see if there were any more rooms or not. It was a Sunday night and parking lot was not close to being full. The guy who checked us in even gave us a choice of floors. Just looking for an apology for the inconvenience. Never got one. Attached restaurant bar was awful. 10 minutes to get a drink. Had to return margarita because it was the worst ever. Again, no apologies for the wait or the bad drink

Loved the live music. The pool area was awesome. The restaurant and outside dining and bar combo was nice. Staff was friendly and smiled a lot. Would recommend this place.

When we came back to the hotel to freshen up for dinner after being gone all day, we noticed that housekeeping had come to give us more towels and what looked like made our beds. However, what they did was rolled our sheets into a ball and shoved it under our pillows and then pulled the comforter up to make it look like they remade our beds. They did this to both beds. That was extremely weird and lazy on their part. I would’ve appreciated them just leaving our beds alone instead of what they did. We have never been anywhere, where staff did that…so we had to remake both beds ourselves. That was just extremely bizarre and definitely made us happy to leave.

Beautiful hotel with great amenities. They even offer free use of the gym across the parking lot. reasonably priced. Will stay there again.

A beautiful hotel and we were surprised to find out that hot breakfast was included with our stay. Staff was friendly and the room was perfect. Downstairs restaurant had a wonderful dinner menu and a great bar. 4 stars only because the description said it had an in indoor pool but the pool is actually located at a neighboring gym across the parking lot.
