We were welcomed by the friendliest gentleman who made a stressful trip slightly less stressful. House keeping was exceptional! My 2 year old had dental surgery that morning, house keeping was so sweet and asked if we needed anything for him so he’d be comfortable as possible. All we needed was extra towels and washcloths. But they even offered to get us something from the store for him if we needed it.

We waited about 45 minutes to get checked in. The man at the counter did not listen to us and had a side conversation with a female manager throughout check in. I use a cane and told him upon booking that I was supposed to have a handicap room or lower level room. We found out that we had the absolute farthest room from the elevator on the top floor. The pool was supposed to be heated and it was ice cold. The comforter was full of cigarette holes and frig was filthy (refused to use it). The best thing was the comfortable mattress, location, and breakfast.

Quality Inn is the worst hotel i have ever been to. On top of the fact i have to wait half the day just to check in. What they dont tell you on the app is that if you live in the state of the hotel there is an extra 200 dollar deposit. Yes that is right the state that they do thier business in they want them to pay more. The breakfast was horrible as well

Sheets were stained. Could not take a bath no stopper shower only but it had a tub. Breakfast sucked. One waffle iron 10 people waiting toasters didn’t toast for the price it was a terrible hotel

Dirty linen and bathroom. Friendly check-in staff but overwhelmed with busy hotel. Staff at check out was friendly and helpful.

We had two rooms, one of them the air conditioner wasnt working. They quickly got a new room close to our room.

$50 was charged to my card which I still haven’t gotten back upon check in that I wasn’t made aware was being charged. Tried to turn up the heat in the room, it was set to stop at 65, had a toddler with me, this was entirely too cold. Things left in drawers from previous guest, not very clean room. Lobby was clean however. Refused to give me a receipt at checkout because I booked through third party although I’ve never had a problem obtaining a receipt when booking in this fashion at other locations. I needed the receipt for reimbursement of cost. Location was difficult to find although it was listed as being close to Shriners for children, it was 20 minutes away. Could hear the tv in the next room the entire night. Overall a very poor experience. Will not be staying again.

I went through Expedia to pay for room I was gonna stay 2 nights but my daughter got out hospital so we checked out earlier than planned the manager said they couldn’t refund my card because we went through Expedia the manager said contact Expedia and have them contact quality inn and they would refund my card so Expedia did that and quality inn wouldn’t refund my card I tried calling quality inn several times they won’t call me back manager is never there when I call I left message for him to call back so I will never come back to this hotel and I will not recommend it to no one

Hotel was pretty worn, lobby and hallways were grubby. Bed was sooo comfortable, though.

Hair everywhere in bathroom, towel was dirty, stains on beds. Chair was falling apart. Really gross and in need of updating.

Roads were not clear of ice. There has been a main water line burst in the lobby and there’s loud fans blowing and the lobby looks terrible. They advertised continental breakfast but served brown paper bags with a couple things in them. The yogurt was old. The rooms are not like the pictures. But the bed was comfortable. And the pool was cold but not crowded.

Quite hotel, near very many options for food and shopping. Easy on/off the interstate
However, due to the weather there was a water main break and the set the sprinkler alarms off about 10:30 pm. We were able to go back to our rooms after the alarm was silenced because the water damage was in another part of the property ton our room. I know this was not the fault of the propert, it was an inconvenience, but it didn’t ruin the trip. Hotel staff excellent under the circumstances.

I enjoyed some upgraded technology for the check in process and the pool area was decent. The rooms seemed to be dated and definitely not up kept with maintenance.

Dallas at the front desk was wonderful. He was so helpful and polite. He took the time to tell us about local restaurants and diners place was clean. Pool was great.

The room had old food wrappers from other guests and the shower curtain was dirty! The water pressure wasnt good either! The host at front desk was awesome and lobby very pretty!

Convenient to shopping and all areas of Lexington and interstate. Dallas was excellent when checking us in. This is becoming our go to hotel when visiting the area.

Everything was great except the soda machines would take your money, the shower didn’t get very hot and the shower curtain had some mold but I’d come back again because of the friendliness of the staff, the room was great and it was a good location to everything.
