Unit was large and comfortable. Clean. Quiet. Quick trip and the room worked perfectly. Property felt safe.

The only bummer was that a car alarm kept going off

We booked through Hotels.com, but the motel couldn’t find our booking. Thus, our room had been given away. After the registration desk checked another computer our reservation was found. The staff was helpful. Before we got our key we were asked to sign a piece of paper that stated we would not punch holes in walls, punch or break the tv, stain or steal the linens, not stay longer than 3 weeks and not have more than 2 cats and 2 dogs in our room. At that point you realize what you’ve signed up for. The room was clean, except the entire edge of the dining table was gummy. Different dogs barked all night. My allergies went crazy with stuffy nose and itchy palms. The room smelled like an old ashtray. I think the filter needs to be changed. Again, the front desk person was very professional.

I was super happy with my stay. They did early check in for me, were so easy to communicate with. During my stay check in was so easy and they had everything available when we needed. Great stay!!!

The bar behind the place can be noisy into the late hours but the room was very clean and the desk staff was kind/welcoming. Even called the room to make sure things were good.

Joy was working the front desk and checked me into the motel, she was GREAT! She made me feel very welcome and comfortable from the moment I arrived to the day I checked out. The property was very clean and parking was directly in front of the rooms which was very convenient. The shower in my room was a little dingy but the room itself and bed were very clean and comfortable. There are lots of food options, gas stations and 711 in walking distance.

When I arrived to check in the front desk lady Nikki was very welcoming and funny ! She was very polite and even called to make sure everything in the room was ok and up to par , I've never had any hotel employee do that at any hotels I've stayed at before . Room was very clean , and neat

Close to alot of places to eat. Walk if you leave at night. Kids and i had to walk about a block in a half to room because there was no parking in facility. Really need to fix thisnissue.

Nikki, the young lady at the front desk has excellent customer service. She followed up with me once I was in my room, to make sure everything was sufficient and helped me with a bandaid from the 1st Aide kit. So helpful!

It was very funny. It was a big room. Young lady at the front desk was very very friendly. She told me about the good locations where I can go have dinner. I would definitely go back there again.

Thankfully smoking in the rooms was not allowed, but that seems to have driven some guests out onto the verandah to smoke and party quite loudly.

At first glance when you enter the room everything seemed great and clean. But once inside we noticed a lot of dust under the bed and hair and mold in the shower. Hair in the bathtub and drain and mold on the shower curtain and around the shower head and silicon caulking around the tub. A little more attention to detail would help and this understanding that housekeepers are swamped with having to clean rooms quickly and having 10 or more rooms depending on how many house keepers are staffed the day off. But attention to detail should always be the utmost importance.
