Stayed the night prior to boarding our cruise. The lobby area clean and seem updated, but once you get on the elevator to your floor that’s when things changed. Our room was
The 4th Floor and as soon as the elevator doors opened there was a n overwhelming smell of mildew and inside our room there were holes in the wall, outdated furniture and the bed was so uncomfortable.

The front desk employee that has the night shift (Indian male) does not know anything about the room configurations. He was not helpful at all

This hotel is a DUMP. When you walk in, there is an a very unpleasant smell. They are trying to mask the smell of mildew and using an awful air freshener.
The hotel smells horrible, the smell of mold. The rooms smell, bed uncomfortable, and the bathroom has mold and falling apart.
The night manager turns the volume off of the phone so no one can call to ask a questions. This place is terrible

Our stay was decent. Hotel seems to be an old property, corridor to our room had a strong smell . Other thing which we weren’t satisfied was the key card had to be reset every time we used to exit the room .only silver lining is proximity to Miami I to and Dolphin Mall.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The hotel bathroom is disgusting, it’s full of mold and mildew. Bedroom wall was patched and it was a terrible job. I had to leave the hotel and book a room elsewhere, as I couldn’t stay there for the night as it was that terrible. Pre paid for a king in advanced amd got a twin bed. Front desk said they are sold out and housekeeping moved me. Worst hotel ever. I want my money back!!!!!

When we got to the hotel we were told that our room had been canceled. We never canceld the room nor did we receive a refund for the cancelation. It was very upsetting because it was 10pm and they are saying that they are fully booked with nothing that can be done. After asking for the manager the front desk person called him and somehow found an available room in a fully booked hotel. The room itself had a bad odor, smelled like apple cidar vinegar. The bed was too soft for me and I usually sleep on a 45 for a sleep number bed. The shower had rust and I didn't want to go barefoot on the carpet. Overall, I would not stay here again and not because of them canceling our room wothout notice or refund.

Nobody told us at check in that they don't clean the rooms unless you specifically ask for it one day in advanced.
Monday to Friday they only serve breakfast from 7 to 9 am. At a quarter to nine they stopped supplying food even though there were a lot of people still trying to get something from the breakfast bar.
We checked out at 5h30 in the morning and the receptionist was nowhere to be found. We just left. Luckily we left the guarantee with the credit card. If It were cash, we would have lost either the flight or the money.

Great for a Cruise Pre Stay hotel! Nice room, pretty neat and free breakfast! Super accesible also! My only concern is that customer service is a little bit bleh but everything else pretty nice

I arrived at this hotel and was given my room when I went in it had a smell like mildew or old laundry. I went to use the bathroom and it was mold all in the bathroom the tub and paint was Peeling in the walls and around the tub. It had stains all in the carpet. I let the front desk know but they act like they was shocked. The breakfast was horrible and it was overcrowded. The second room was ok but the toilet was plugged and when I went to tell the housekeeper know one speak English. It was also mold in the bathroom there. They need serious renovations and upgrade.

I’m so disappointment and frustrated with staff attitude, arrive at 2AM, even my room was paid in full, my room was cancelled and after almost 2 hours provide me another room and had to pay again, due “system issues”. In the morning I spoke with other person for refund and attitude was terrible, there’s nothing to do because other person was in charge and may made mistakes, so I must wait next week to speak with manager Alex. Customer care is terrible, rom was dirty with tissue paper on bathroom trash, etc

When I got to the property the reception area was pleasant and smelt fresh and clean. The minute I got to the room it stinked of mold and mildew. The bathtub had mold and did not drain well. The carpet in the room had stains and the room was nothing like the images displayed. The staff was friendly but was not able to assist in providing a new room. I slept with a mask on until I was able to get a new hotel room the next morning.
Will not be staying here again as I do not recommend it.

It was a fine stay. Room was big. Staff was friendly. Area was clean and safe. Only downside… Bed needs to be updated. Slept in a king size bed and I felt like I was sleeping in a hole. Mattress needs to be flipped if anything.

I liked their breakfast. They had a decent variety of food selection. However, our bathroom tub is not in good shape. Also, the signal for the tv cable was glitching that we had to to turn the tv on and off for multiple times.

Smelled like pure mold and moisture. Place wasn’t clean. Phone didn’t work. Dogs had a hole. Walls dirty and patch in a horrible way. They don’t do housekeeping unless you ask for it due to Covid in 2024! Would not recommend. Hotel is very old.

This is the worst place I ever stayed. The bathroom is dirty top is messy and rust. The staff at this facility don’t even speak English so you can’t even get assist when you’re needed. I saw one of the housekeeping lady use the same jet brush to clean the toilet seat, I wouldn’t advise anybody to stay at this place the chairs in the room have more mass on it I even called copper office to complain and nobody did anything
