The staff went out of their way to ensure my comfort. When I entered the door, an assistant directed me to a luggage carrier. Later, the desk attendant printed out a map for my local run. In the evening, she changed my room to ensure absolute quiet. Later, when I asked for help setting the room temperature, she came to my room personally to set the controls.

Had to leave the Days Inn in Towson and check in here because of deplorable conditions. This property was great.

I have to come for work a lot in Towson 4-5 times every year. I alway stay at this holiday inn it’s always clean

Cleaning crew took wet towels but did not replace them. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was hot and varied. Hotel does charge a fee for your in room safe whether you want it or not.

Everything we could ask for - pleasant service, comfortable, clean. We switched here after a hearing terrible reviews from a family member about another nearby hotel we had considered - what a relief to come here and have everything as it should be!

Was not told when breakfast ended. Thought a weekend would be open later than 9:30. My bad for not asking but shouldn’t have had to. No stairs from the lobby to the 2nd floor. You need to go outside, ( in the rain) while an employee goes inside and opens it up. Very very odd. Room condition and comfort were A1. Very clean Great touch having the bottled water machine in the lobby.

Very comfortable and clean rooms. Cozy bed. Loved the Cinnabons at breakfast! Very polite and accommodating desk personnel. Nice job IHG!

Even being an IHG rewards member I was not provided the complimentary perks (bottled water), the maid service did not collect all of the trash when refreshing the room.

Look, if you want to save some money, this is really the lowest you should go if you want a clean, comfortable, safe stay. This hotel is not luxurious, but it is always delightfully clean, the service is always good or better, and you're probably not going to find any complaints unless you should have booked something much more expensive.

Everything went smoothly at check-in and check out. I asked for wake up calls both mornings and got neither. If it hadn't been for a neighbor closing his door loudly I would have overslept and been late for conferences both mornings. (I don't use my cell for wake-ups because of spam calls.)

Great beds.., terrible coffee at breakfast. Eggs were spongy. At night a white car followed me in the parking lot.

The bed was also incredibly comfortable with soft and firm pillow options (embroidered pillow cases identifies them)- I slept great!

We had a great experience at this hotel. Service was fast and efficient. Hotel was clean. Room was comfortable and inexpensive. We were there to tour Loyola University and the hotel was well located for this trip. Restaurants were close by. The full breakfast was a plus.

It was located close to what we need to do. Breakfast was good. The room was clean.

Combination of a lot of small things. Bedspread had a questionable brown stain on it. We Could hear the neighbors talking and using the shower as though they were in our room.Staff was Limited. The people working were friendly but I’ve never stayed in a hotel where the staff dressed so casual. Couldn’t really tell that they were actually Holiday Inn employees.

Friendly and fast service, easy access from the highway, free parking service. Some rooms are bigger than others - there’s a maintenance issue my first night so they moved my room and I chose the 2nd one. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. Keurig machine and microwave are in the rooms is very convenient.

Perhaps it was room 631 that had an abundance of issues but based upon that room and the fact that there is nothing within walking distance or a short drive, I will not stay at this hotel again.

Booked a room due to needing somewhere to stay for my husbands surgery. Wanted it to be comfortable so he could rest. Room was extremely clean, bed and linens were beyond expectations. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Even received courtesy calls to ensure everything was going well. Breakfast was excellent. Something for everyone including hot food. Highly recommend to others and will utilize this location again in the future.

Clean well laid out spacious room. Fog free mirror in bathroom was nice. Air was a tad dry but overall good. Staff had a tooth brush for me and offered a weather report! Convenient location.

Hotel staff was nice. The room was just OK, HVAC did not work well. Television wasn’t working until I tightened the cable on the back then it started working and the front desk personnel had no idea of how to deal with this. Telephone did not work. Breakfast was just OK.
