It was an ok stay. I was really looking forward to getting into the pool but that quickly changed once we seen how dirty the pool and area was. Our room was decent we hand the lushe room with the balcony it was pretty clean had a weird smell but I came prepared with toiletries.

It was terrible very noisy stuff was broken or loose had to make multiple calls to manager to have maintenance come fix things or complain of marijuana smell constantly

Mirrors were not cleaned, other than that room was clean. Halls smelled like marijuana and witness three gentleman smoking marijuana just outside the side door to hotel. We were at a childs event, with other than my own children attending the same event, i as an adult can deal with the smell but the kids shouldn't have to. Breakfast and pool were great. Staff was good

Not the best room that was in top condition. Walls showed some damage with bad patching & hole that was never sealed. Room was missing a chair near the desk. No plastic cups were included for drinks of water. Only one basket for garbage was provided. Much noise was heard out in the hallways from other tenants.

The room was dark but I understood the ambiance it was attempting to provide. The jacuzzi in the room was great. However the bathroom and the ceiling look as it had prior water damage, and bathroom ceiling began leaking the next morning. We were afforded the opportunity to shower in another room before we left for another hotel…. Ruined a our getaway

This was a terrible experience. The hotel was dirty, staff so unfriendly. My toilet would not flush so they just moved me to a different room that ended up being dirty. They then said that I could have both rooms and use one to sleep in and one to use the restroom in. There were people arguing all hours of the night. The photos of this place make it look very nice. Buyer beware this place is a pitt.

This was a very poor experience. First thing, room was much smaller than pictured. Only had one chair, which you wouldn't really want to sit in. See picture. Whirlpool tub none of the jets worked properly, wouldn't stay adjusted. Turned on tv , and only got 6 channels. From about midnight to 3 in the morning people were fighting and screaming. Very disappointing stay. Won't go there again. Stay anywhere but here! Should have taken more pictures. Just wanted to leave come morning.

The rooms and property are so gross. Tons of signs about being a non smoking property but the tons of cig. butts. The first room we got has a bunch of signs they were barely cleaned, the tables were sticky and the bathroom area was not in the best of shape either. We got an upgraded rooms which we really appreciate the effort. Second room was not as bad as the first but it also showed lack of cleanliness. My partner and I slept on top of the bed not trusting to sleep in the blankets.

I checked in and 10 minutes later I checked out it was so nasty and dirty and then the front desk was like I’ll give you another room . If that room was dirty the other is dirty. How do you check someone in a dirty room.

They have two floors and no elevator we have a handicap person with us and they had to go up the stairs. Then the area around the pool was so rough on the feet it was a bad stay

The room with the hot tub is full of mold. There was a weird stench, but in the morning our throat hurt so bad that we could hardly swallow. Too expensive for such experience.

It was a nice room. The hot tub was nice. The toilet seat was broken so that was a challenge. The bed was alright not overly comfortable. It definitely wasn’t the most comfy hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. It was fine for a one night stay for sure. It was safe and quiet.

At first glance, the pictures on the booking sites make the view desirable. Upon arrival, you will be disappointed. Perhaps it was the color of the outside but it was an average looking hotel on the outside. The landscaping wasn’t too lux it was average. Secondly, upon arriving, there was a smell in the lobby of mildew and smoke. The area was very clean and there was no decoration in sight. The receptionist was a friendly man who quickly attended me and was quick with giving me my keys. There was another person behind me who claimed her room was under construction and could not be habitable. He apologized and sent her on her way with new room keys. There are no elevators. The hallways smell of smoke. There were construction materials in the hallways. The room I had was balcony view and it was dreadful. Just two chairs out in the balcony. The ceiling was stained and the room had a dusty smell to it. The room was clean, and there was plenty of towels for the amount of guest. I unfortunately ran into the issue that my door once unlocked by the key, wouldn’t close. So I had to double lock it in order for the door to remain closed… You get your moneys worth and this is a very economical hotel to stay at. There is a pool in the building, small size and questionably clean. The court yard would be the highlight of this hotel. Beautiful and peaceful atmosphere. It also appears that they serve continental breakfast but nobody confirmed..

There was dust and debris in the whole room there was mold in the tub and under the faucet cob webs the floor was not vacuumed or properly mopped at all. The only thing that was done correctly was the bed. Never got my room cleaned or clean towel. A horrible experience.

The room was beyond nasty. Front desk guy was rude and they really don't care what happens on the property. No security, very sketchy parking lot and the whole hotel smelled like stale smoke and body odor.

We got a room with a Jacuzzi looked very dusty and old!! the first room we stayed in the TV ane refrigerator didn’t work so they put us in the room next to us the next day! So we had to go a whole day without refrigerator and TV!! Very unsatisfied, and we checked out a day early

Renovations underway but not disclosed. Room we booked was an exec suite and a dump. Options offered were worse. Some doubles renovated but not most. This hotel has signs everywhere what guests can't do. No cleaning service unless requested. We were there for 5 days. Gave us towels but never really cleaned room . I did myself. When cleaned didn't even give us an extra roll of toilet paper. Had to request toiletries at front desk. Pool opens at noon to Nine
