It was very bad impression for us. We dont get proper service.Even they did not provide Coffee more than two cups per day. It was totally hopeless. I will never ever suggest to the people to stay at that hotel.

I stayed 1 night at this hotel. The reception area was nice airy and clean with nice lighting. There were vending machines for you to buy drinks and snacks. I bought a passion fruit and mango ice cream and it was delicious. My room was nice and clean including the bathroom. Towels were provided in the bathroom. Tea and coffee were also in the room together with kettle and bottle water. The bed and pillows were good and nice sheets. The shuttle bus laid on by the hotel was good. I would definitely stay at this hotel if I happens to be in Zurich.

It was not the best experience, I decide to stay in this hotel bc I had a flight early in the morning, but the toilet in my room was not flushing so I called for assistance and the solution was offer me to use the front desk restrooms, and after about 2 hours and a lot of calls back and forth they gave me another room, but the worst part is the toilet was not working well neither. I sleep there because it was 1am and I had to leave early. When I did the check out I explained the issue and I don't even received an apologies from the front desk people.

Great hotel, super breakfast. Only complaint is that the room was too hot - it felt like a sauna and we couldn't get the temperature down. Otherwise, wonderful stay!!

Our first room was not clean so the staff quickly got us another that was clean. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we've had.

Lovely hotel but the heating was on way too high so didn’t sleep particularly well

The hotel would only let us check in an hour early with an additional fee of CHF60. We had to change rooms because there was an issue with the toilet. We had heard that breakfast was included which turned out to be incorrect.

I wasn’t able to get the fridge working. I
couldn't control the heat, therefore had to keep the window open which made it noisy because of the traffic and then when I went to dry my hair, the hairdryer stopped working.

Love the facility close to the airport with a shuttle.
Was disappointed of the food choice no cut meat to add to my rôsti and when ask was not able to accommodate. Expect more from Movenpick

The shuttle from the airport was prompt and the staff was helpful. The front desk employees were helpful and quick with check-in. However, the room that I was initially assigned was not cleaned. The shower had hair all over the tub and the towels and rags were not restocked.

Oh overall was fine however i stood there and watched few staff acted like they were too busy to attend to customer. I appreciate the fact person helped me decided to upgraded my room.

clean, big beds, good shower pressure. The shuttle to the airport was very crowded however; perhaps asking guests when they would like to go would decrease the amount of laps people have to sit on.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and property. The airport shuttle was very convenient for traveling to the airport train station so we could explore the city.

Mothers beware. The toilet wasn’t clean; urine and pubic hair left all over and under the toilet seat. Moldy bathtub with unwiped cleaning product residue. Stained chairs and a broken ottoman. My 3 year old found a pin on the carpet. One drinking glass left left in the room with a lip mark still on it. A random collection of napkins left out. It was an uncomfortable stay before our 9 hour flight home. I didn’t want to leave my bed.

The hotel is very nice and close to the airport. The shuttle runs from 5 am to 11 pm, so most every flight time is covered. It is a great overnight location for an early morning flight. The staff at the front desk was welcoming and personable, even at almost midnight. One issue we noted was that the sheets did not seem to have been changed since the last guest.

The hotel staff from the airport pick up to the check in has been truly phenomenal. This hotel was a blessing for us - a bit of R&R on our extended journeying to India, from the US.

The reception staff especially Ms Alice Ott, is the greatest asset of the hotel. They are all so Courteous and Knowledgeable.
I am sure by completing the room’s renovation and reactivating the outlets it will be in a much better position. Good job 👍

We checked into hotel, toilet was completely broken in the room. No other rooms available so we were left stuck for 2 days woth no toilet. We had to go to a toilet near reception. There was 4 of us in the room. The guy at reception was the only nice person making any effort to help. For final night we were put into another room, then tv was not working and blankets and pillows werre in very bad condition. Food was just ok for dinner. Drinks were made very well. Staff nice in restaurant. Breakfast was good and set us off for the day.

Very disappointing stay. Confusion during check in. Room provided to two parties at once. This could have been very embarrassing! No working heating in the room, which was left cold and humid, especially during the night. Bathroom was tired and in need of a some work. Overall not the hotel it used to be.

Old washrooms with no ventilation causing black mould. Heaters in both rooms did not work. Nice and close to airport with efficient shuttle.

The property was not easy to access, the room was smelling when we entered and was not ventilated properly. Since it is situated next to the motorway, we couldn’t open the windows for ventilation due to noise.

Great family hotel, and would recommend. But if you are British then you won’t like the breakfast as it won’t be to our British breakfast standard. they do have a variety of different items but they were ok. Not great but “it will do”. The location is good for travel as trams and trains are only a 5-10 minute walk. The trains and trams are superb, when compared to UK, it’s miles ahead!! So clean and super safe for families. Easy to navigate also with help of google maps. Overall it is a great hotel with everything you need for a short stay.

Check in was excellent. Friendly agents. Room was adequate. Not fancy but ok. Location was good. Shuttle to airport was good. Food was an issue. We had the worst dinner we had in Switzerland. A small, not very good rosti was $30. Breakfast buffet was good but was $37 US

Great room suitable for 4 adults. Restaurant is available and we tried the dessert menu. The ice creams tasted amazing, however the Belgian waffle was too hard.
The scenery within the hotel was stunning and great for photos.
The room was cleaned by housekeeping on regular basis except for the day before we were to check out of the hotel.
We had to constantly ask for more toilet rolls even though there weren't any in the bathroom before the housekeeping team clean the room.

It was such a nice surprise to me given my experience at Movenpick. From all perspective, I loved it. The cleanliness, the service, the convenience... It is also walking distance to a train station. I ended up taking the train to Zurich downtown the night I stayed at Movenpick. They also have good ice creams if that is important to you. :)

Everything was terrible and I will never book again and teach your staff how to explain the customer everything and make them aware of everything not after checking out!!!!
