Washrooms in pretty bad shape. Shower head cover was lose making piping viable. Wifi signal was absolutely disaster. Getting 2 mbps in the room. Upon adivising the front desk, I was told there are a lot of guests so the signal strength becomes poor. What a joke. They should cater for sufficient bandwidth assuming the hotel is at full capacity

Very surprising that this Ramada was that good. Would recommend for a quick overnight trip. Very easy on & off the 95.

Hotel is in poor shape, along with the room. Room was dirty and furniture falling into pieces. Parts of the wall were missing. I booked for four people and got only 3 sets of towels. Room was dark and lighting was terrible, including in the shower. When checking in, I spotted two bedbugs on the couch at the entrance. Expedia page tells the hotel has EV charging station, which is accurate.

I was looking for a basic hotel that met my needs, and I found it. The staff was helpful and the hotel was clean and functional. The stay was very nice after I got into my room. The check-in process was arduous, though not at the fault of the person at the front desk. She was working diligently to help everyone. The key machine w also not working as it should. The hotel is clean, the beds are comfortable, and the shower is hot. The staff were also friendly and respectful. I also like that there is a later checkout time than other hotels I have stayed in. I would stay again!

Was very comfortable

Best by far staff was very friendly everything worked properly anything I needed was provided free breakfast great outdoor area for the kids to play 2 entrance doors. The only dislike was squeaky beds . Best price around right next to the mall grocery store and eateries. Thumbs up from me and laundry area a bit pricey but convenient.

This property can use some updating. There were roaches in 3 out of the 5 rooms our family had reserved. The water pressure was almost non existent in our bathroom sink, and one of the wall outlets was sparking. The free breakfast left a lot to be desired. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel shows its age, in spite of some obvious recent updates, including granite tub sourround and vanity. The flooring has been replaced with vinyl planking, which I can appreciate may be better for keeping clean, but the room feels very bare and echo-ey. There is very little decor to try to soften it at least a little, I used some bath towels as bedside rugs. The chair at the table was in extrememely poor condition, I wouldn't sit on it in fear of getting injured. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the staff was courteous and helpful Another issue I have is that the ac/heating unit can be turned Off for heat or ac, but the fan NEVER STOPS and the noise is amplified by the emptieness of the room, It served my p urpose in a pinch but I would not stay there again

The hotel is nice and easy to get to. There are a lot of places in the area to eat. Our bed did have very loud springs. To the point of sounding like a drum kit whenever my wife or I rolled over or got up for any reason. That was a bit strange. But, I'd still stay there again.

This Ramada was very accommodating. They had no problems with us putting our bikes in our room. We got woke up with some loud people at 5 am and the Manager booted them. She didn't put up with the nonsense. Very understanding. It is an older hotel. It was clean and the staff was helpful. We will probably come back next year.

Good customer service

The hotel was older and not improved. We ordered a room with a king bed and were given a room with two smaller beds. I told the girl at the counter immediately and was told they were booked and there wasn't anything she could do. keep in mind check-in is at 3pm and we arrived before 4pm. When I contacted Hotels.com they called and were told that I was offered a refund and I refused which was a lie. There was not an elevator and the guest before us had a cart full of luggage and was not even offered assistance. I hate to say the only part of our visit at the hotel that was positive was breakfast and checking out....

We had stayed other places in the area and been disappointed, so we were very happy to find the Ramada nice, clean and well managed. The folks were very friendly and we’re looking forward to going back.

Disappointing. I remember staying at a Ramada property 30 years ago in Virginia. It was at that time on a par with the best Marriott and Sheraton properties. No more apparently, at least not in Christiana. Fortunately, the sleeping experience was fine. However, none of the electrical outlets could securely hold phone charger plugs. How can this happen without neglect. The complimentary breakfast was at best mediocre. Would I stay again? Maybe, if nothing else was available. Oh, one more thing. The write-up on hotels.com indicated there was EV charging at this location. This is false. There is a Tesla supercharger about 1/4 mile away. But, having it close doesn’t make it convenient.

Really clean but dated. I have a bad knee and to find out that the building doesnt have an elevator wasnt the best news. The staircase leading to the back of the building where i parked was missing one of the two handrails. My room was clean but the toilet seat was about to fall off. The wife went to use it only to find it not secured to the toilet. The issue was the plastic screws that hold it to the toilet were loose and almost unscrewed. I took a few mins to tighten the screws securring the toilet seat. The bed was ok. The memory foam mattresses seemed to have lost their memory. They were only firm at the foot of the bed, but who sleeps on the foot of the bed? The room was ok for the short stay, but updates and repairs would be good.

Checked in on Thu night. Till Fri 2:30 pm EST it was fine. Then the nightmare started. House keeping came asked for cleaning and I was busy in a meeting. I've requested to come after an hour. We'll move outside, so they can clean. After coming at Fri 9:30 pm EST, found nothing was cleaned. Talked to front desk. He noted some comments in his system & assured me that on Sat morning house cleaning team will come. We left room on Sat at 9:42 am EST and came back on Sun 1:00 am EST. No one came for cleaning. Dirty room, dirty bathroom, no cleaned towel for use. I was super tired but still went to front desk. He again assured me for Sun service. Also he promised me to provide a 1 night discount for my stay. On Sun we left room at 9:45 am EST with some hope. But all went in vain. We came back at 10:30 pm EST and again room & bathroom was in same state. No one came for cleaning. It's very suffocating env. with bad smell. Dustbins were overflowing. This time I talked to a lady at front desk. She simply told me there will be no room service at weekend. But on the contrary I've seen house keeping team cleaning other rooms. When I informed her about last night conversation, she didn't say a single word. Also she found the previous note in the system. She also agreed about one night discount and assured about it. Next day Mon at 10 am EST we checked out and requested for 2 nights discount. But she stick with 1 night discount only. Till 10 days past, I didn't receive any discount amount.

The room is clean and place is quiet.

Not good, better sleep in your car

Room confortable with mini fridge and microwave oven. Room located at ground level where there was lots of water underneath prefab flooring system

The bed was comfortable. The sleeping area was clean. The hotel was quiet. The check in staff were friendly. The bathroom floor needs a good scrubbing especially in the corners and the tub had mildew around it. Also the bathroom door on the inside of the bathroom needs cleaned and painted. The coffee was old and not drinkable. This was the coffee that was available throughout the day.

Nothing like the photos. No elevator that was not listed anywhere. We were on the second floor and we had someone on a cane. The upkeep was very disappointing. I could not believe it was listed as a Ramada by Wyndam. Needs carpet cleaning. I had to call to get the bathroom light replaced as it was not working. They did replace it but not till the next morning. We had to keep the door open to get any light. I was very disappointed of the upkeep. I would have not stayed there if I knew this was the condition. Will not stay here and will question any further Ramada by Wyndham hotels in the future.

The hotel is flithy. We walked into our room, immediately walked out and went to another hotel.
