I woke up before my alarm to the sound of construction above me. It was not subtle. The sound made it impossible to sleep and impossible to relax once awake. You really should not book guests in rooms where their comfort, especially their sleep, will be affected.

Really old, no real amenities. Bar kept closing early and the barista for the coffee stand called in sick - no food coffee or cocktails. Bathroom shown in photos is somehow a decade newer than the bathroom you are actually using in the room. Serious need of an update. Dove shampoo and soap. That being said, check in was easy, staff was very friendly, beds were comfortable and location was excellent.

I wish I had paid a bit more for the room at the hotel down the street with better reviews. This holiday inn left a lot to be desired: water damaged blinds and bathrooms, dirty pool, broken hot tub, hot water problems, generally outdated and used/damaged, and to top it off a centipede was crawling across our wall. On the upside, the staff was really kind and helpful (gave us free breakfast and drink coupons for our patience), the pillows were comfy, and the location was great.

Near a very nice walking path along River. Beds were comfortable & nice size bathroom. Smoke alarm had a light that flashed all night long & sometimes stayed lit with a bright green light fir a couple of minutes which was quite annoying considering the cost for a one night stay. Close to airport was convenient for very early morning flight.

Rooms need a lot of maint work done. First room had water damage on ceiling and was still wet. The light was about to fall off. They moved us to a different room and the bathroom door wouldn’t close. It hit the floor due to it not being level. The wall paper was coming off the walls as well.

We liked the proximity to downtown, easy parking, and friendly staff. Parts of the property were a little run down, shower pressure was variable to non existent, and the atrium doesn’t have skylights/plants/water feature so if you have an atrium view room there is nothing to look at besides carpet.

The hotel is located in downtown with free parking, but no complimentary breakfast. The location is excellent and has many restaurants nearby. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel had a little bit of wear. My biggest problem was the price. It was not a $300 hotel!

This Holiday Inn does not provide a complimentary breakfast, and the dog fee is $40, so when you add those costs in, it's a bit expensive. Otherwise it's in a nice location and very comfortable. Staff was friendly.

For the price, I expected much more. Ice machine was broken, Nothing to drink at breakfast except hot coffee (not even any water - the water station was totally empty and hot water and teabags were not even offered), lukewarm shower water at all times of the day and my air conditioning didn’t work on check in so I had to call someone immediately to come and look at it (they did). No food for purchase after 11am except a couple of mostly empty vending machines with some horrible junk food cookies in them or you can visit the ‘market’ downstairs to get a couple of additional snack options. For over $300 a night, this is laughable.

The room was a bit musty and you could tell there has been some recent water damage. This may have been localized to the top floor where we stayed. Hotel was clean and comfy. The price was a bit steep.

Traveling with 2 teenagers and stayed here because of advertised free breakfast. Once we got there, we discovered that there was a $12 charge per person for breakfast. When I inquired about this, I was given some lame excuse about a remaining COVID restriction beyond their control. When I consulted the web-site again, it still boldly offers free breakfast to all. Fortunately, there was a grocery store within walking distance.

The Holiday Inn in Missoula was wonderful for our visit. We were there to participate in the Missoula marathon. The hotel is very close to all of the event's activities, and the hotel welcomed the runners. The hotel staff is amazing...nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. The hotel offers free parking, which was a very nice feature during a crowded weekend in Missoula. Thank you for a great stay!

The hotel was under some kind of renovation/repair which made the atmosphere rather bleak. So the price we had to pay seemed excessive. On the plus side, the hotel was in a good location for walking around Missoula and going to restaurants.

In disbelief that breakfast is not included when paying over $300/night for room. Water fountain on main floor out of order. One in basement fitness room worked though. Easy parking. Convenient to restaurants.

The hotel is in a great location. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and updated. Pool was wonderful, hot tub wasn't quite hot. I only wish there was breakfast.
