The service desk person wasn't really friendly and i felt like an inconvenience. There were no instructions given about breakfast, checkout or the pool.
The pool area is very nice, love that it has an 8ft deep end. There was a large group of kids that ran around out of control and the parents were to busy drinking to do anything. The beds were comfortable and we were tucked in a quiet wing away from the choas. The breakfast was phenomenal, but was a little hard to find at first, as its located.in the cenvention side of the hotel. The carpeting needs to be replaced throughout, its rippled up in many areas.
Overall we would stay here again.

It was a great and comfortable stay. Although on some business, I was able to relax when the time came for it. The room was comfortable and roomy. All was well except that I was in the very back of the hotel. Besides that, it served its purpose and made me comfortable.

This property is very convenient for those flying out the next day and don't care about anything else. However, it is NOT handicap friendly. The attendant did not even tell us where the elevator was and after walking all over with all of our bags, I finally asked them where the elevator was. It was all the way on the other side of the building. I had to walk through the pool area carrying all of our bags. My spouse is disabled and It was terrible. People are coming in with garbage bags of clothes and cases of beer. I will not be staying here again.

A very run down hotel. The beds were terrible and the room was very worn in. When we arrived at 5 PM, way past check in, we were told our room wasn't ready. I went back 5 minutes later to see if we could switch room types for anything available and suddenly they had one ready. This hotel should be $70 at the most, paying $150 is obnoxious.

The room it self was okay. It was clean and comfortable. My issue with our stay was the hot tub to start. That has not been cleaned in a long time; there was so much skin just floating around. We had dinner at the Aviation Bar and Grille that's attached to the hotel. We found a hair in one our meals, wings not fully cooked, and terrible ground beef on our nacho that I half wonder if it's dog food. Our waiter was excellent. When we voiced our complaint, he took it off our bill and was very kind about it.
Over all, it is not bad hotel if you need something quick, but I would suggest looking around first

We had bed bugs in our room! Told the person at desk, they said “call the manager after 9am”. When we called they just left our call on hold.

Hot tube didn’t work just had people seating it. It was dirty the pool was dirty as well rooms smell like they cleaned it in 2 seconds sad because it a hotel next to a airport

We had a great stay. The room was very comfortable, and the staff was accommodating. The area surrounding the hotel is currently under construction, and I can see some areas where the hotel could use some updating, but that's common for any hotel that isn't brand new. All things considered, it was a great stay, and we will come back again.

Overall the hotel was decent and the pool area was nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. Other patrons of the hotel were loud and disrespectful and staff did everything they could to still make the stay okay. Breakfast was limited, but staff let me know there was some recent changes and they were understaffed- which they were apologetic for. Upon checkout, I was asked about the stay and shared what I wrote here. Staff cared, apologized and gave us a discount. Stayed March 2024- 3 nights.

Okay, the shower In one of my room wasn’t working. But they gave me another room and I had to pay again which I shouldn’t had too. So I won’t be going back

Airport shuttle was excellent both ways. Arrived late night check in and all went very smooth. Gal when we arrived for shuttle was so friendly and helpful. So was the shuttle driver. Breakfast had a lot to be desired for. I would stay again

Quick stay overnight for a funeral. Few ants in the bathroom and a long hair in the towels. We were in the pool area and it was very muggy and hot, the air conditioner was barely keeping up. Thankfully I had a fan in the car. Check in process was quick and easy, everyone was very nice.

Was ok, only 2 complaints pool closed at 10:00 and there were screaming kids in there till 10:30 when front desk, kicked them out. Bar was super busy and 1 guy was doing his best while co worker was doing shots with the customers and many had to over 20 minutes for a

Honda, use condom in the couch. Cause we use the couch cushion. Sometimes to put my feet up and behind the dresser and stand there was a mess

My daughter woke up with bed bug bites on her face, the elevator was broken, and the pool area was dirty

Delayed airplane trip required an unplanned overnight stay. The Best Western was nearby and had a shuttle service. I was extremely tired after a day of airports and delays and the desk clerk was very slow in checking me in. Finally, he couldn't run my credit card so I had to book & pay online. The elevator was broken as well, but the room was quiet and clean.

Great service, accommodation. Within walking distance from the airport if necessary. Smelled like Burger King. Shower was lukewarm. Cold water was quite cold.

I get parting and all but when it's 1 am and there's a room attached to mine I can hear the music loud and clear and can feel the bass I have asked nicely 6 times and called the front desk once, people trash the pool area every night and the walls are extremely thin , this use to be my favorite place when I stayed around here but I'm going to need to find a new one cause I can't deal with this again

Room cleaning takes effect every third day. Not stated anywhere. Breakfast out of everything. No yogurt. No bagels, no waffle mix, no juices. Jacuzzi timer does not work. You ask workers and they tell you it will get fixed but no one does anything. Pool area closed at 10:30 am (locked) and they asked if i had use my room key. ( i think i travel enough and I'm not dumb) garbage cans near the back hallway stink the entire hallway and pot smell from who knows where ( again we will get it fixed)overall ok if you are going to need your room for sleeping and bathing.

My room was fairly dirty, didn’t even look like they attempted to clean the shower, the bottom of the white shower curtain was brown, carpet was so dirty I wouldn’t dare walk on it without socks or shoes, the inside of the dresser still had small bits of trash. The walls were paper thin, the room next to me kept me up all night with his coughing. Other wise the location was good & the price was decent, I just wish they did a better job of cleaning the rooms. Probably would not stay here again.

I like the area that it was in close to restaurants and certain stores. What I didn’t like was the hotel was heated but the pool area it made it very difficult for you to swim and the hot tub bubbles was not working. Also they was any hot breakfast barely everyday I was there almost 4 days and had to spend extra money on breakfast because they was out of everything they said that they have been waiting on a truck for over a week I definitely feel like that should have been handled differently considering they offer this with the stay
