So, first off, let me say the room and lobby was clean and the staff was friendly. If you are looking for a nice place to stay, it's good. The extras however were disappointing. We were looking for a place to relax after a hard holiday season at work and the extras were what we were looking for. Unfortunately, the hot tub was out of order, which happens, so we tried the indoor pool. It was way to cold to enjoy. But, at least we had a jetted tub in the room. Well, unfortunately if you are larger than a 12 year old, it is anything but relaxing. We ended up just going home.

The employee who checked us in was very courteous and had genuine interest in taking care of our needs, although we ordered food and another guest must have taken it, the same employee apologized profusely and kindly informed us what options were available to make our experience better. I will always choose IHG hotels when available while traveling since the service is always above and beyond.

Needs a major upgrade. Beds were like concrete. Bathroom was small and needs a major ungraded, walls were dirty and and peeling. Refrigerator didn’t even work. Was a horrible stay and very disappointing

The room was very clean...bed was comfortable...pillows had variety of types so very much to my liking...indoor pool was supposed to be heated...but was cold to the touch...breakfast was good...they had a pancake machine...check in was courteous and quick...our room was on the third floor and when getting off elevator there was no plaque to advise where to go but there was for all the other hallways on that floor...wallpaper had been removed and wall was obviously not cleaned after removi

Beds were needing to be replaced shower huge crack and fire alarm went off at 7 am w something burning in our room smelled electrical

The rooms were unclean, the pool was closed for no reason, etc. The only thing we enjoyed was the staff that worked at breakfast and their breakfast itself. It was yummy.

Charging full price when no elevator, pool, or hot tub. Hotel called me the day before my arrival with the hotel decencies but it was too late for me to change hotels

I didnt like that there was mold in my restroom everywhere. Our fold out couch was completely broken so my kids slept on the floor. This wasnt a holiday experience im used too

The bathroom floor was dirty. The pull out couch was probably 20 years old, ifeltso bad my grandson had to sleep on it

The beds. The beds were absolutely horrible. It was like you were sleeping on a piece of plywood. Very disappointing for the price we paid to stay one night. Definitely not worrh what we paid.
Breakfast was good but they couldn't keep it stocked.

Not what I would expect from Holiday Inn Express. This must be an older property. The front lobby is nice but the rest of the hotel shows age and uncleanliness. Drains were slow in our room too.

Good hotel, a little bit dated, but very functional for a one-night in transit stay.

The whole establishment was very clean from the lobby to the rooms. Beds were comfortable, hvac system kept room perfectly comfortable, and the shower heads were some of the best I have seen in any hotels. I will stay here when passing through again. Oh yeah, the breakfast was solid nothing special but again clean and plenty stocked up.
